Excellent as always. It’s always a joy to visit Côte, always welcoming and the food, for the price, is the best this side of Paris! Will definitely be back again soon.

Geeat food and service. Well worth a visit even though it is a chain restaurant. Some great dishes well presented and served. Give it a try.

This is my send visit to a Cote restaurant and they didn't disappoint. Really great food and we sat at the head table as it was a birthday celebration. The waitress looking after us was so nice and at the end of the meal we even got a complementary desert for the birthday boy.

Excellent, hot food. Staff were all very friendly. It was a very relaxing, pleasant evening. The only complaint was there was an automatic 12 1/2% gratuity added to th bill. A bit cheeky!

Excellent as ever. Service speedy and staff so pleasant. Food top - loads of choice and great value. We will be back very soon indeed!

Great service from all the staff and all of our dishes were lovely. Three courses for 13.50, great value! We will go back as often as possible!

Food was excellent and service very good until the end. Although my wife's coffee arrived quickly, I had to remind the waiter about my dessert order (it may have actually been on the way at that point), and then we had to wait to ask for our bill. When we did, it hadn't arrived after 5 minutes so we asked another waitress who brought it straightaway. However, we then found we had been charged for an extra glass of wine so a new bill had to be printed. I was tempted to request the service charge be reduced to 10% but we had enjoyed the meal so I didn't bother. Having thought we had plenty of time to get to our concert, it then meant a brisk walk to the Bridgewater Hall. The staff were very pleasant and if it hadn't been for the issues mentioned, I would have rated the experience 6.

Côte Brasserie never disappoints. The food is great quality and consistently good with lots of flavour, the staff are friendly and efficient & the decor is super stylish! Really good wine too!

Excellent menu choice and attentive service. We enjoyed our lunch so very much. The standard of food was high and the staff know how to look after customers.

The food we had was good but we asked for some bread and olives before the starters and these never materialised but we were still charged for them. Unfortunately we only noticed after we'd paid. However everything else was excellent.

Great service and the food was excellent as always. We had the fougasse and French onion soup to start - both delicious and then the sirloin and moules for main. Best Côte we go to!

Good food, good service, good ambience, good location, good decor but the service charge is set too high at 12.5%. It's Central Manchester not Mayfair.

Excellent food, good and quick service. Recommend for any type of occasion! Menu doesn’t change too often, but changing specials make it worth a trip over and over again.

We had the lunch menu and as usual the food was excellent. Always a good variety of dishes on the menu. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Avril Bevan

Disappointed that several items on the menu were not available, eg sea bass, and when ordered beef bourguinon the quantity was very small and quite dry. Other than that service was very good and restaurant had a good ambience.

Friendly staff, speedy service and good food at a reasonable price. What's not to like. The early bird offer is very good value - have used this on several occassions.

The food we received was of a good standard and the service was excellent however the total bill for the two of us did not represent excellent value for money. The place was a lot quieter than I have seen it in the past perhaps others are offering better value these days.

Food and ambience were lovely- but the restaurant was so hot that it felt like we were the ones being cooked. Service also wasn't very efficient. We just couldnt wait to leave the place.

Lovely meal. Excellent value. Well trained staff. Recommended. High quality cutlery, linen napkins, sparkling clean glassware. All these things create a very favourable impression. Well done, Cote Brasserie!

The Hungarian lady that first served us was amazing. Food was stellar as always, lamb was brilliant. Wilted spinach was very garlicky though on the fish cakes.

Good meal spoilt by slightly cold chicken As a suggestion use warm not cold played 12 1/2 % service charge is a bit high suggest 19%

Very enjoyable lunch for two, good menu choice, great food and efficient service. Very busy but enjoyed the ambiance. NB service charges are added to the bill.

Good food, what I would expect from a brasserie. Not too fancy or pretentious, but good quality. Relaxed atmosphere. Attentive staff, but not irritatingly 'over-attentive'. Efficient service. nb: music a bit loud & intrusive for my taste & can make conversation difficult, especially if sitting beneath loudspeakers. Food & good conversation go together & It's a pain trying to be heard over background music! A bit more light over the tables would be appreciated - it's actually difficult to read the menus in parts. Other than that, I like this restaurant & have been back several times.

We went for a late lunch today. The food was excellent as was the service. The steak in garlic butter and frites reminded me of meals in France when we used to holiday there. We certainly will go back to this restaurant.

I was dining on my own and was found a small table in an alcove where I could read my book and enjoy the food and ambience. Great service from the waiter - unhurried but efficient and the food was excellent.

Excellent service, food was great, the stag totally looked after us and made us feel so relaxed, so would recommend this place as we had an amazing time

Great food nice atmosphere. Staff a bit clumsy at times. overall very good. would defiantly go back. Great creme brulee. Also very warm inside the restaurant.

We had the set menu lunch. Delicious mussels but some bread accompaniment would not go amiss. Ratatouille with goats cheese also very good. Chicken with salardaise Potatoes very tasty as was the seabream. Bit disappointed there were not more fries for the £3 side dish. Very pleasant and attentive staff, and good service. Pleasant surroundings. Overall a great value for money lunch. We will certainly return.

Great food and amazing service! Portions are spot on. We always go there when we want to have a quality couple time. Ratatouille is amazing!

Food was lovely, staff well trained, we have visited this Cote quite a few times and it has always been good. Would prefer to not have 12.5% service directly added to your bill. But this would not deter me from visiting again.

Nice place. Warm welcome. Friendly, attentive staff but not overbearing. Varied menu with lots of choice. Lovely food, good value and nicely presented. Consistent high standards. One to go back to.

From the minute we arrived we were taken care of. It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary - the Staff the food the wine and champagne were all superb we had a lovely time and will definitely return

Great service and great food, would definitely go back. In fact we are going for breakfast. Never early had a bad meal. Usually I have a steak but this time I had the chicken with mushroom sauce mmmmmm

Had a really great time at the Cote Brasserie. The food was lovely and plenty of it. We chose from the pre theatre menu and there was a good selection of dishes available. The only reason I gave a 5 rather than a 6 was because a gratuity of 12.5% was added to the bill. I have no problem with tipping and always do when I get good service but I object to being pressured into giving a set amount. I would rather decide this for myself. Hopefully all the tip goes to the staff and not the management.

Excellent food and service. I go there regularly with friends and we are never disappointed. The staff are lovely. Just think that the suggested service charge is high.

Great convenient venue, pleasant staff, good service, priced correctly. A pleasant lunch time experience in clean and well maintained environment. Would recommend as a city centre venue.

Customer care was impeccable with the staff very attentive. The meal for a party of six was excellent with all courses being of a high standard. Highly recommend.

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, attentive staff, good selection of wines and spirits, reasonable prices and of course delicious food. I would highly recommend a visit.

Booked an hour before arriving, the meal was gorgeous, plenty to choose from and good value. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. Would recommend
