Service, food and ambience were excellent as usual. The only niggle is the 12.5% Service charge, which seems excessive in relation to other restaurants, even though service is good !

Excellent food an exceptional service. Visited for the first time will definitely go back the try more of the menu. The staff are so attentive and all courses were delicious

Very efficient prompt service. We had the pre-theatre menu which was good value despite the slightly small portions. It is within reach of the central venues.

Good food and service, pre-theatre menu gave a good choice. Staff very helpful. Service charge on bill was unexpected but all in all price of meal including service was not unreasonable.

First visit at this restaurant and definitely won't be the last. Ambience really nice. Service prompt and with a smile. Very reasonably priced considering location and choice of food from set menu £11.50 2 course or £13.50 3 course. Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant and will be visiting again real soon. Excellent menu choice with something to suit everyone. Service was good and we didnt feel rushed. Nice atmosphere. Lunchtime special menu was good value. Will recommend to friends.

Nice meal nice time between courses and not rushed at any point even though very busy. Good choice on starters and mains drinks not over priced

Nice food week cooked (eggs Benedict, fish pate, moules, haddock, pleasantly served with good value and excellent timing for a pre-theatre dinner. Nice southern France Sauvignon Blanc.

Great food, great service and unbelievably good value. The fixed price menu is very varied and has some delicious choices: how do they do it for just £13.50?! The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere and the service was friendly and relaxed. Strongly recommend - but book ahead, because it gets busy!

We recently visited Cote in Manchester. The meal was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We look forward to our next meal at Cote.

OUR usual haunt for breakfast in Manchester. Never disappointed as all staff are friendly polite and professional. Food was it's usual great standard hot and enjoyable.

Excellent experience, from the vibe in the restraunt all the way to the taste of the wine. Truly great service, which is hard to come by in England, really courteous waiting staff. The food was presented like art work, and packed a taste to match, you could really taste the essence of the herbs and spices that were put in the food. I went to the restraunt with my girlfriend, and she’s was just as impressed. I had the roasted sea bass they offer and the cream that came with it just went off like fireworks in terms of taste.

We were a party of 7 ladies and booked for lunch prior to seeing a show in Manchester. We were seated immediately and had a really lovely time. The staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. We were on a tight schedule and despite one of the ovens not working, the speed, service and quality of the food was brilliant. I would definitely recommend Cote Brassierie and we will certainly be returning in the near future.

Amazing food! Steak tartare and dark chocolate pot amazing! Rabbit dish was nice but it was tougher than I remember but still very yummy! Loved that the side dish was carrots! Definately coming again!

The service was amazing and the food was excellent. The price was reasonable but still managed to spend £135 between two of us (the booze didn't help). The crab mayo was fantastic and the steaks were good but not quite as rare as requested. Again the service was excellent and that goes such a long way with us coupled with good food of course.

Friendly welcome and good food. We ate starters, fish and lamb main courses and I had a crepe dessert. It was all very tasty and the service was efficient.

Fantastic service as always. Been to the restaurant on lots of occasions and have never had an issue from the quality of the food to the service received . Have tried other places as I meet up regularly with long standing friends but we always come back to cote .

An excellent occasion on a quiet night in Manchester - warm welcoming with a good menu and attentive but not obtrusive staff. They were able to do a customised order i.e. no dressing on the salad etc

Excellent from start to finish. Jennifer, our waitress, was superb. The boeuf bourguignon I had was a little dry but not so dry as to be unpleasant. Certainly wouldn't prevent us from visiting again.

We love this place especially if you are able to book a table by the window! Good quality food and wine professionally served with complimentary table water. A bit pricey but the do have a fixed price set menu for lunch and pre-theatre if on a budget.

Always a pleasure to visit this restaurant. Food and drink always up to standard, staff attentive and friendly. Will always try to accommodate your wishes if possible. Well worth a visit for the avid food buff.
