Visit with friends from Edinburgh, who were Aldo very impressed. Excellent food, friendly staff and lovely restaurant in a central but quiet location in Leamington Spa.

Sadly the server wasn't in a happy mood and it didn't make our time here feel special. The food was great as usual though :-)

Food was good and we loved idea of 10 year anniversary menu. Service was a bit flakier than other visits, took time to clear plates and glasses and our table / the one next to us both had to ask for cutlery.

Excellent food and service with attention to detail, great family birthday celebration. There was also a great menu for our daughter who is gluten free. We would definitely go there again and would highly recommend it.

Always a pleasant and calm atmosphere when we go for breakfast. Seating well spaced so you never feel you're sitting on top of the people on the next table.

Food and service were generally good but potions seeed somewhat small compared to similar restaurants and the steaks were over done. Not sure if we'll return any time soon.

It was so good that we are gong again next week. The 3 course offer is good value although the wine list is expensive - perhaps some better value wines from other countries eg Australia, South Africa would reduce the prices

Beautiful restaurant with a lovely ambience. Warmly welcomed in and taken care of throughout the meal.Advised by the friendly waiter on dessert choice. The food was good however, the additional charge for garlic jus with the chicken was surprising and off putting as it ought to have come as part of the meal. Overall, a lovely experience.

Dissapointed this visit, we booked online to get the kia royal offer which was question although we were given it. Also I rang almost a week before to request a dairy free fish parmentier which had been done before on Lesleys instructions. when we arrived it clearly hadn't been prepped as I was told all the dairy free mash had been used for other guests. I was given the dish but it wasn't as good as the last one. Then they brought our main course before we had finished the starter. ...Not impressed.

Lovely Father's Day brunch on the terrace. Cooked breakfast was a little cold but was quickly replaced. The jam on the table was what we thought a nice touch, until we discovered it was for ornamental purposes only, but only after we'd used it on our toast!!!!!! Otherwise, a very pleasent experience and will definitely be visiting again.

We had a lovely evening with great service and great food. It was my husband's birthday and we were given a nice booth with a birthday banner and a candle in a complimentary ice cream dessert. The food was perfect in terms of portion size, presentation and taste. I particularly enjoyed the Fish stew with sea bream, prawns, clans, squid and mussels! A great restaurant which is definitely recommended for couples and older families - our 12 year old daughter somehow ate 3 courses of the main menu and thoroughly enjoyed it all.

Lovely meal for the most part. My guest said the soup was too salty for her taste but we really enjoyed everything else we ordered. I really like the minute steak from Cote.

I visit Cote in Leamington Spa fairly regularly and always enjoy good food and service. On my latest visit, however, I was slightly disappointed with my dessert - a peach crumble. Although the dish it was served in was piping hot, the crumble itself was only luke warm. However, it was quickly replaced - the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Really easy and effective booking system. Amazing staff - so polite, attentive, just perfect service. The waiter chatted to us, but wasn't over bearing, he was so nice. Food was excellent, wonderfully tasty, good portions, and fast service. We were really impressed with our dishes and told the waiter so. We got our bill promptly, the only thing was that service was included on the bill, so it would have been awkward to have not tipped IF we'd been unhappy with the service. But because it was such a lovely meal, that wasn't a problem to us (I just always think it should be at the customers discretion) When we left, all the staff made eye contac, smiled and said good night. We had a really lovely evening, in a nice environment, excellent food, and a fair price.

Good food , slow service . Manager attentive and apologetic , but staff disorganised. In a price bracket with Ask , Carluccios etc , value for money needs to be better . Our £20 voucher took the edge of things .

Lovely atmosphere, friendly we're staff, great puddings - chocolate fondant was fab. We enjoyed our meal. The fish however, could have been filleted better - lots of bones!!
