Excellent service. Breakfast was sufficient and very good value for money, hot breakfast, tea or coffee and fruit juice for £9.99 would advise to book as was very busy but service not compromised

Went there for Saturday lunch with another couple we met on holiday. It was a great visit. The atmosphere was lovely and staff were super attentive and friendly. Our table was booked for 1 o'clock and we didn't leave until about 6.30(ish)! We weren't rushed by the staff and were looked after extremely well. Thank you

Great food and service catching up with former work colleagues. The lunch set menu is incredibly good value and has such a good choice too. Would recommend to anyone!

Service was an absolute joke! And they got my order wrong twice, my partners food went cold because of this. Food was nice, and the manager was kind enough to take money off the bill.

Unfortunately one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Terrible service - little attention to guests, just felt like we were on a conveyor belt of get them in, fed and out again so that they could relay the table for someone else. I eat at Cote Brasseries a lot - so much so that I signed up to their reward scheme. I booked the incentive for my birthday for some friends and I to have a birthday lunch. The restaurant was so busy, when we arrived we were seated at the only spare table they had which was by the door - despite the fact I had booked. It was as if we were treated as walk-ins and we were just told that was the only table they had. There was no acknowledgement of the 'reward' offer I had booked or any of the usual attentive service you'd expect from Cote. Food was pleasant enough but nothing spectacular and a terrible let down on the service front.

Our breakfast food order took 45 minutes to arrive. My eggs benedict were cold. Very disappointing. We ordered extra tea and coffee and that took ages as well. The food was good overall but the services was absolutely terrible especially as we had invited friends and we had told them in advance how good Côte's is.

The service was a little slow on our visit which was a little annoying. The food was up to standard though and the meal was enjoyed.

You know what you get when you go to Côté: efficient and good value. However very busy room (noisy) and our table was not clean due to the quick turnover.

Great food, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. We had a newborn baby with us and had requested a table with a bit of space for the pram, which was fulfilled. Made our first night out as new parents stress free!

Good dinner - waitresses very busy and this gave a slightly frenetic air to the restaurant but overall pretty relaxed place to dine and we enjoyed the meal.

Went with three friends. We all had steak frites which three of us found delicious. Unfortunately one of the group found her steak was tough and running with blood. The Crete caramel desert was absolutely delicious, the best one I have ever had.

We enjoyed a pleasant evening in the Kingston restaurant. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The food was of good quality and cooked well. The menu was quite varied and gave a good choice including gluten free options. It was easy to book online, and our party of eight was well catered for. I would certainly book again on another occasion.

Veal loin arrived virtually uncooked and cold in the middle. This was rectified quickly by staff and no charge made for the veal although the Kir Royals which were supposed to be a complimentary Birthday offer were charged for. We enjoy Cote in Kingston (and elsewhere) but there always seems to be some minor issue when we go there, it is always dealt with well but it is a shame that it almost always the case. Still doesn't stop us going back I suppose.
