Cote always delivers. Buzzy, great staff - especially the front of house. Food consistently good and value for money We go often and will continue to do so
Excellent friendly and welcoming service, excellent breakfast, good start to the weekend. Just what was needed after a very busy and hectic week. Thank you!
We had a lovely meal th food was well presented, tasty and hot. The staff were very attentive even though the restaurant was very busy. Everything we needed was dealt with quickly and all with a smile. Thank you
Delicious food as always and a friendly and efficient service. Always a warm welcome and a buzzy but not too frenetic atmosphere. As always, looking forward to our next visit.
Nice Food, good service at reasonable price. Just a little bit noisy. The restaurant could do with some sound deadening to make conversation more comfortable. We have resolved to return.
Very nice lunch helpful staff good value for money will visit again .The weather not so good we couldn't sit outside .It was a 46th wedding anniversary treat
Excellent food - good menu choices on a la carte, specials menus. The complementary wine offer was very good and the service was fast and efficient .
We had a great family meal at Cote. Good food, excellent service and all in all a great experience. I had the Fishcakes with Minted Peas, which were very good. My wife and daughter had steak frites and my other daughter had the Cote burger. All-in it was £77 including drinks.
It is a regular place for lunch for me lovely location overlooking the river. It is always busy and they generally cope well -the - food is always reliable but sometimes I think that there could be more overall control
Always good quality food served efficiently by nice staff. The restaurant can often be fully booked so I would advise booking ahead. Good with kids too.
Good food, good service, good location even on an overcast evening. I would recommend a visit especially if you want to avoid the plethora of commercial restaurants that have no character.
I have been to several Cote outlets, and they all tend to share very similar (good) standards in terms of service and food. Of all the chains, I think Cote regularly delivers what it promises. The Kingston Cote has the added benefit of a very pleasant setting.
Service a little slow but a busy sunny day by the river. Steak had lovely charcoal taste. My friend found the tuna really good, but only 3 small slices of new potato was not enough.
Busy on Friday night but excellent service-as always our steak frites were just pink and tasty The crab starter was good but the 'toast' with it was rock hard and risky to teeth! Why not change to a user friendly option The bottles of red and white wine were excellent but our glass of white was not cold so a bigger stock in the fridge required!
Always very good value. Kingston location on the river is great, could do with some heaters and big umbrellas for dealing with the English weather in Summer!
A warm welcome on arrival and the staff looked after us well in a busy environment. The food was delicious and all the guest left very satisfied.
The service was very slow, there was also a lack of communication from waiting staff about why certain items of ordered food hadn't come to the table with the rest of the starters, food however was tasty when it came.
The food was excellent, very good value and the service was very good as well. Friendly staff, very willing to help with anything. Wine by the glass was e xcellent quality.
Very fast service and attentetive! Tasty meal and very nice restaurant! We visited for my birthday and got kir royal as a special treat! Very nice!
Overall a good experience but food was quite cold when arrived. Was a busy time, friendly service, could probably do with more staff at key times.
Food very good. Only pulled down by waiters not being as attentive as you would expect More attention to customer requirements would help. Although staff very polite it can be difficult to catch their eye.
Hate to say this, sausage was at breakfast was a little pink, convinced by friends in my party it was just the light, as a result extremely unwell later that day. This will not prevent me from returning to Cote , but I will be more assertive next time if I'm not happy with food.
Excellent, genuine French food as always and superb value. Such a lovely "buzzy" atmosphere as well! We will keep coming back again and again. Well done Cote!
Warmly welcomed at this friendly restaurant, which had a great atmosphere. The meals from the daytime menu were of a high standard and it remains great value for three courses. Just the Croque Monsieur was a little disappointing and on reflection perhaps not ideal as a main course, otherwise another great experience .... Many thanks!
Our main meal very slow coming out however the manager did make amends! The actual dish was very good as was the desert - will definitely return
I ordered the roasted pork belly which was more soft liquidy fat than meat. I tried to talk to the waiter about it and he laughed it off. I was put off of finishing my meal. It was very busy as it was a Saturday night but the service was painfully slow and it took us over half an hour to receive our pudding.
Really delicious food, booking for 6 easy to make. Waited a little longer to be served as it was quite busy Waiters friendly and helpful
Use Cote frequently; great location and ideal meeting place for lunch with friends. Food and service always reliable; good to book ahead, it gets busy.
Great lunch, with the new manager Mat certainly seen a great improvement in service which has been rather slow and unorganised in the past. The food is always consistently good.
The restaurant was totally full when we arrived and we were shown to the last table. The food was good as always but I would not choose to go at lunchtime again.
The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I go to this restaurant a lot and I am never disappointed! Kir Royale to start is always good too.
We had a lovely meal here. Service was good and the food was well prepared and presented. Good value too. Very happy with our visit to Cote in Kingston.
it was busy bank holiday Monday morning. Had a fomule. it was good quality food. waiting staffs are very helpful and friendly. The manager looks a bit stress I am sure because it's busy. overall nice as usal.
Kingston Cote has the advantage of a beautiful setting. The staff are helpful and the choice of the menu is small but but just right .very tasty.
A bit busy, we took a long time to get water and even longer for our meal. The food was very good and the desserts well presented and tasty. The availability of a gluten free menu was also a huge plus!
Lovely atmosphere, helpful staff and beautiful and delicious food. The deals of the day were worth trying, especially tuna starter. Finished lunch with superb creme brûlée and amazing cappuccino.
good atmosphere. staff friendly and efficient. only criticism was that some of the portions were very small - cod gujons in particular. will not prevent me coming back.
Very easy and uncomplicated experience to reserve a table at Cote Brasserie. The system is very simple to understand and very efficient, making the whole booking process simple.
Unfortunately the the service was very poor. We were also seated at the rear of the restaurant which after a while the smell of sewerage became apparent. When i mentioned this to the waiter his response was " Yes we know it sometimes does that !!!!"
Cheery service. Whilst they have specials, I do wish they would change their menu more often - particularly for vegetarians. I would come much more often!
Cote delivered a great dining experience as usual - the staff were lovely, the restaurant is atmospheric and the food is tasty and cooked well - you always know that you will have a fab time here!
The service was terrible. We had to wait for over 1 hour for our main course. The glasses for the wine and the water were dirty and had to go back. We had to keep asking where our food was. The food when it came was lovely. Not impressed at all.
Cote is our favourite breakfast place, after a walk. Welcome staff and efficient service makes it a venue , and great choice on the menu always good makes it a place you want to repeat .
Wonderful food, beautifully presented, real feast for the eyes and the palate! Great speedy service, friendly waiters and waitresses, lovely atmosphere! Will definitely come here again; highly recommend!!
Good food and choice as always, nice location by the river, but service a bit slow, although it was a very busy lunch service today
Service slow and food not quite up to scratch. Creamed spinach arrived cold. One meal was served several mins after the other 3. Wait time for the bill etc just a little too long
Fantastic breakfast in wonderful surroundings. the formulae breakfast was incredible value.
Fabulous breakfast. Superb service and a lovely direct view of the Thames. Couldn't have been better. I would definitely go again and highly recommend this restaurant.
They always serve nice food with good price. Service is always good no matter what. We have visited this place many times and every time we go there, we are impressed by the quality of food and service.
The service was slow and inattentive, and we had to wait 10 minutes to order our drinks. During the meal, we asked for several items, and these were all slow in being brought. Overall, disappointing.
