Côte Kingston

Lovely late lunch in the Kingston branch with a table overlooking the river. Lovely food and attentive service. We were able to take our time and did not feel rushed at any point. Excellent Covid safety practices in place. Tables and chairs all cleaned and sanitised as guests leave and toilets cleaned and sanitised very regularly. We felt very reassured. All in all a lovely lunch and we will be back.

I have emailed you before praising your food and staff in Teddington and Barnes, but not Kingston, my first time here. I was on my own, shown to a central table outside in the shade, then forgotten about. Today was one of the last days of summer and I wanted to be outside supporting one of my favourite restaurants. I was not given any water, another woman came in 15 mins after me, was given water immediately and 3 mins later her order was taken. I'd been waiting for nearly 20 mins, at this point I walked out. Ended up eating indoors at Pret! This ruined my day, only one more day of summer to go, I shall have to try somewhere else.

Arrived there late on Sunday morning and managed to grab a table outside. Were served instantly and the food arrived very quickly. Good service and good food.

We went yesterday (saturday 19th) for lunch. First we were 15 min late, ive been trying to call 3 times to tell them about our delay but no one picked up. Then when we arrive, We have been welcome by the worst Host i ever seen... we apologized, explained we tried to call for the lateness, the only answer we got was «  I give away your table ». Nobody try to call me before to give away our table so really not great service. We finally managed to get one but seriously Change the guy who host the customers.. I never seen such poor service... no smile, no consideration of the customers, not helping at all.... i work in the industry and i was observing him, seriously, he was rude with every single customer so definitely it doesnt help you I guess...

Everything was absolutely delicious, king prawn gratin, chicken caesar salad, tuna nicoise and cod goujons!! Compliments to the Chef and to the smiley staff. Our family enjoyed a perfect moment yesterday noght. Thank you.

Good food - good service - good Covid protocols - felt safe. However shame that on Sat lunchtime only the brunch menu was available.

Wonderful eggs Benedict with one of the best views of the Thanes in London at Cote by Kingston Bridge. Best sauce Hollandaise in town; I would like to do an apprenticeship with the Chef to practice the Hollandaise

Our waiter was very helpful with food options and informed us what was not available on the menu. May I add our waiter was not only helpful and efficiently to us but to every single one of his tables, constantly with a smile on his face .

We were served promptly by a very pleasant young man . The food arrived promptly , and enjoyed a desert each . The complimentary cocktail was very well received, very refreshing on a warm day . Very good value for money, love the tubs of water served automatically.

We have used Cote before but last night the service was exceptional. our server was very friendly and attentive without being a nusiance. They were adhering to the self distancing rules without it being too obvious. All in all, a very nice experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, led by a good manager. We started with a very good glass of Champagne. We had three courses, all of which were delicious, finishing with the best creme caramel ever It was a huge pleasure to sit outside overlooking the river. Felt like we had the best table. Thank you all for making it a memorable evening.

We were pleased to be able to get a table outside and delighted to see Darina back at work after her maternity break. We have been regulars since this branch opened. Our meal was OK....my wife started with the crab mayonnaise. In a blind tasting it would have been hard to identify the crab. I had Moules as my main course but had to send them back as they were just not right - the 'meat' stuck to both halves of the shell and was impossible to extract. They also looked all wrong and I was surprised the kitchen sent them out. Everything else was fine and the face-shielded staff were good. Welcome back.
