Great food, lovely location and excellent service. Even highlighted to us they had made a mistake on our bill - after we had paid it - and offered us an immediate cash refund. Well done Alex at Cote.

Very good meal and service as always but the interior noise levels were very loud and uncomfortable. Glad to see the outside seating area being expanded.

The consistency of Cote’s food and service combined with a reasonably priced but varied menu make it a winner every time. The wine complements the food choices to make it favourite in the mid-price range. One to enjoy!

Very easy and straight forward to make a reservation. Sofa seat was reserved as requested. No waiting time. Food was delicious. Complimentary drinks were perfect to quench my thirst!

The lunch through to early evening menu is very good value for money, It also offers better choices than most set lunch menus. The main disadvantage of Cote, which is shares with most other restaurants these days, is the earsplitting noise you usually have to shout over tho make yourself heard. It's really unpleasant and could so easily be avoided with the use of acoustic tiles , or the use of other sound absorbent materials. No wonder everyone goes outside if they can! The noise level reminds us of a canteen, or Saturday night in an over full bar. Not pleasant if you're out to lunch with friends to catch up and have a chat without raising your voice. I had a sore throat at the end.

The ambiance of this branch of Cote is unique with its view over the Thames. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The service was impeccable and efficient despite the fact the restaurant was completely full. The wine list is comprehensive and has vintages to suit all tastes. An excellent dining experience overall.

Lovely table by the Thames, had the set menu, food was really delicious, good value for money,, service excellent. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

I have never had a bad meal at Cote Kingston. The staff are always friendly and courteous and the food excellent. I am a regular customer and have no hesitation in recommending the restaurant to others.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely atmosphere and great food. Always enjoy going to Cote, but this time they made it especially lovely for my mum's birthday by giving us complementary kir royales.

Very good service. The three of us weren't terribly hungry due to the heat so we all had Crab Mayonmaise which was delicious. The complimentary Spritz was enjoyed, too. Thank you.

I wish the web site mèntioned thèy had air con.we Sat outside and a swarm of flies descended as soon as the food arrived.we had to move. The change of brioche to French bread for the liver parfait is awful. And I think the food in general is going downhill. Also no chutney with the parfait.

The manager who was leaving that day to transfer to Windsor was particularly helpful with regards to our food allergies. Visit this restaurant at least one a month and always have a great time ! Thx you

From the friendly welcome we received when we arrived, the excellent service and delicious and varied menu options, we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience, which we always find at Cote Kingston.

Poor reception by manager. Long wait for food. NOT child friendly (no free puzzles while waiting for food) Will not be returning to this Cote!

Great service - friendly but professional. Great value for money with good quality food at a reasonable price. Lovely lunchtime atmosphere. We always have a good dining experience at this restaurant and this consistency has made it our restaurant of choice in Kingston. Thank you to the Manager and their team.

We enjoyed the meal very much, service was excellent. The portions were good and choice on the menus good too. All in all a very nice place to lunch.

The staff were very good particularly with one of our party a vegan helping with s suitable selection the restaurant was very busy but we were dealt with in good time

Had dinner on Sunday evening. Fillet steak and fish - both cooked just right. Service was excellent and a great friendly atmosphere. Great location along the river.

This lunch was a post cinema treat for a friend. The restaurant was very busy as it was graduation day for the local university. Food etc was at its usual standard. However my friend is visually impaired and asked for a large print menu. The duty manager didn’t appear to understand the request or the reason for it. In the end I had to read the menu to her which did slightly spoil the experience for the both of us.

This is the best Cote restaurant I had ever been to: from the service, the food, staff to the location! I couldn't fault it! The staff were bending over backwards to help us and always with a smile, and made sure everything was ok every step of the way. Highly recommend! :-)

The service in this restaurant is excellent - we eat here on two evenings while in Kingston last week - brilliant serve on both nights

This is one of my favourite restaurants of choice. Food is always delicious and the staff are always very efficient and friendly. It is a pleasure to eat here.

The service was very good. The food was generally very good but one of the main courses was rather dried up on top where it had obviously been sitting under a hot lamp for too long

We found the Manager's attitude condescending, bordering on arrogant. His opening remark 'Who is the one with the allergy?' was clumsy and indiscreet. He asserted the 'gluten-free menu' as directed at diners with an 'allergy'; please note Coeliac disease is an auto-immune disease - not an allergy. When we pointed that out he argued that it was 'gluten intolerance' and seemed determined to have the last word. Not good customer relations. We were also unable to accept your complimentary summer cocktail reward for booking, since it contained grapefruit. I am one of 4 million in the UK prescribed Statins; we are advised against consuming grapefruit in order to avoid adverse side-effects. It seems a shame to create an incentive to dine at Cote which excludes 4 million potential customers. We are frequent visitors to Cote and generally enjoy the experience, and we will return for sure, but on this occasion we were disappointed. It took the edge off our Wedding Anniversary celebration dinner. Yours sincerely. Ra C.

Great food and great staff! We have been there several time and we are always impressed. It is easy to get a booking online so no worry there. Go to Cote and enjour your meal!

We had chosen Cote to celebrate a friends birthday. Our table reservation was 8.45 and the restaurant was packed but we had a nice table and were well attended by staff. However as the restaurant emptied out it felt we were forgotten about and we had to ask where our desserts were as we had been waiting so long. Also my cod goujons were not very nice, felt like leftovers, small pieces of over cooked cod! Sorry to report this as I love Cote and I felt letdown yesterday.

Friendly stuff, nice starters, good steaks, and a delicious creme caramel all with a gorgeous riverside view. Like in the add to a coffee brand, "what else?"

The service is always consistant and the staff are always extremely pleasant. This restaurant chain gave the formula absolutely correct, food is good and it’s a winner, long may it last

We went on a hot sunny evening and it was very crowded but they honoured my request for a table near the window which we really appreciated. The service was very good especially considering the number of people they had to deal with. There was some slight confusion over whether a complimentary aperitif that was part of an offer we were sent. It was sorted out and it was really nice. Everyone was pleased with what they ordered. A pleasant evening.

Food was good as usual, the 2 course lunch is very good value for money. However, I found the service was rushed, maybe not enough staff. Next time I will query the service charge

We dine here 2/3 times a month, enjoy the ambience , friendly staff and excellent food . Plus they have a good gluten free menu and policy, my husband who is coeliac can relax and enjoy his meal.

Lovely location on the river near Kingston Bridge. As always food delicious and service good. We are never disappointed. Another excellent addition to add to our growing list of Cote restaurants. Well Done Cote.

Food and service really good as always . Although booking system didn't allow booking of 8 - booking 2 tables of 4 achieved want we needed, as restaurant combined both bookings into 1.

Unfortunately the 7th main meal was forgotten. However staff rectified this by not charging for the meal and also giving us 2 free glasses of wine. The food, however, was excellently prepared and very tasty.

Always reliable for a delicious reasonable meal. We took a friends daughter and with the complimentary kir royal it was the perfect venue. Options for more expensive menus items is a good addition.

Once again we had a great time at Cote. The food was absolutely divine and the staff were nice and friendly with a good sense of humour.
