Always good food and excellent young staff, always ready to please.

Very pleasant table with river view, prompt and very helpful service especially in regard to a gluten free menu. The food was good quality, well cooked and attractively presented, just the right temperature, too. From drinks, starters to the main course everything was much appreciated. The only disappointment was the noise, cutlery, crockery, customers conversations and movements all combined to make hearing my guest difficult.

Very enjoyable meal, well cooked steak. Charcuterie Board is a delight. We chose it every time. Pleasant staff and good service.

We had the Breton chicken with vegetables which was very tasty. Very good value and nicely presented.

We had a lunch at Cote in Kingston on Saturday 19th October and were pleased with with the food and service, thinking of how busy it was. I was especially impressed about how they handelled my order, which was gluten free one. They have good selection of tasty options for both gluten and lactose free meals. We can warmly recommend it!

Apart from one member of staff, Odina? ( a lady of colour) who was very good and an asset to your company, the service was not up to your usual standard. The food was very enjoyable.

Consistently great food, well presented and friendly service. In a fabulous setting. Particularly fond of breakfast boudin noir.

Our friend came down from Oxford, so we took her out for her early bday dinner. We got the free martinis welcoming drink, ordered 2 crab bisques, beef tartare, smoked salmon, crab mayo starters. Mains we had the mushroom crepe, duck breast and peppercorn steak special. For desserts we had the praline crepe, chocolate mousse, bread pudding. Every single item was so delicious, service was amazing. We highly recommend cote. Everytime we come to the Kingston branch and try different dishes, it's always been excellent.

Delightful welcome/service as always ... excellent veg brunch and full English. (By so sorry seafood stew has disappeared from lunch/dinner menu!)

Lovely meal - very good value for money - hospitable and warm environment which secures return visit to restaurant with even more friends. We were a party of 11 and all our meals were excellent.

Have dined here many times and always think the lunchtime set menu are good value for money.

As always food was good value, although we used a voucher this time. My only complaint is the noise levels in the restaurant, especially when there are a lot of children.

I and 2 very good friends ate here tonight. Good value for money and a very nice atmosphere. The food was pretty nice. Felt that we were rushed through our courses,despite the restaurant not being particularly full. Would recommend it for any occasion. The menu options cater for all budgets.

Food quality not particularly great on this occasion, in general a bit flavourless and definitely under-seasoned. Deserts were a bit disappointing too. Could certainly be better.

Lovely warm welcome, all staff really friendly and courteous. Food really very good for a chain restaurant. Slight delay for mains as really busy but without asking the waiter kindly gave us free drinks to compensate for the wait. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Your special weekend menus wasn’t very clear .we ordered Chateaubriand for two to share on the assumption that the price is £19.95 when the bill arrived you charged £39.90 , a bit upsetting, it should be made clear that £19.95 is for each person !.

Very good food, except: I was disappointed in the creme caramel - you've changed the recipe? Not as rich as it used to be and really rather average. The starter of celeriac soup was lovely. The sea bream and vegetables really very good. Staff pleasant but not all attentive. My glass of wine ordered upon arrival didn't turn up. My friends beer did. I asked about about my wine when the starter arrived. The different waiter didn't go on the computer or talk to the original waiter but asked me what wine I wanted and what size glass an, not having paid full attention had to ask me to repeat. The original waiter did come by later and apologised for forgetting my wine. That was nice,

Côte is consistently good, with a varied menu always well prepared, excellent staff, and good value. Despite being surrounded by dozens of competitors it’s always busy and customers keep coming back!

A friend and I have been going to Cote weekly on a Thursday for about 3 years. The waiters and waitresses are excellent, always smiling and very polite and the food is always superbly presented and above all extremely tasty. Hence why I have marked you with 5 stars.

I am shocked at the up grade of price for poached egg and salmon with some avocado What because I am GF and have specific diet requirements there’s a mark up? My friend had two courses £11.95 and bottle Perrier. All cost over £30 ? The waiter had a few anger management issues Which resulted in him being bluntly rude Nota pretty lunch for me The eggs and muffin were cold

Excellent food and service the staff are great We are regular diners at the Cote, arrived to have a relaxing meal for 2 unfortunately for us the atmosphere and noise level were not good due to very small children seated close by, its appears that to dine before 8pm you must be prepared for a different experience. A voucher given at the end for 4 diners eating of the Christmas menu is of no use to us if dining as a pair. regards Michael
