As ever at Côte I enjoyed a really nice meal. Just marred a bit by the noise level. It was Sunday lunch and there were a lot of families with babies. I was in the rear of the restaurant which tends to deal with noise rather poorly!

Really enjoyed the meal which was delicious and at a very good price. Appreciated the fact that we were allowed to stay and talk even after we had paid the bill (we didn't abuse the privilege, but certainly appreciated it). We will certainly be back - hopefully soon. Our only criticism, and it was absolutely no fault of the restaurant or staff, was the volume of noise, due mainly to the fact that it was half term (a fact which we had overlooked when booking). But that wasn't really of any real consideration when contemplating our next reservation.

All the food was excellent (the February special) even though the restaurant was very busy on valentine's day. The staff where all very cheerful and efficient, we had a very enjoyable lunch.

Cote at Kingston is our favourite place to dine out - both on our own or with friends and family. The service is always excellent and the staff are very friendly. It is lovely to get such a personal greeting when we arrive.

The staff were not very attentive. The time taken to greet us was somewhat prolonged. The food did a tour of the restaurant before it got to the correct table. The main course was cold when served. Not the best service we have experienced.

We ordered the Saint Valetin pairing menu for a late lunch. Everything was cooked to perfection. We particularly enjoyed the dessert wine suggested by our waiter with the Assiette Gourmand to complete the meal. I must say the lamb chops were exceptional! Service was superb as always. Very friendly staff but a bit disappointed that they don’t have pork tenderloin, so I have to have pork belly instead.

A good meal and nice waitress but I was very disappointed by the management of my booking.I had booked a table for 2 at 1.30. I arrived early, was shown my table and I said I was waiting for a friend to join me, at 1.45 my friend discovered me, she had been shown to a table and had been waiting for me for over 25 minutes as I had been waiting for her. The tables were at the opposite ends of the restaurant so it was impossible to spot each other. How can this happen ?

We pre booked and were seated by the waiting staff's work station within the restaurant. This table I believe should be retained for "walk in" customers who have made no booking arrangements. The table is too busy for the relaxing enjoyment of the very good food we always enjoy when we visit Cote Kingston. We will always specify in booking that if this is the only available table we'll pass & eat elsewhere

Food and service generally very good. The acoustics were dreadful - so hard to hear conversations. Cassoulet was rather salty.

The food when it arrived (supposed to be roast duck) was raw, so it was sent back. When it reappeared it was now not only raw but barely warm. The only thing that was hot was the plate. Never eating there again!

A beautifully cooked dinner with superb service. The busiest restaurant on the riverside that evening and no wonder with such great value for money and attentive service.

Delicious food, well cooked. Service a little slow at times and could have been more attentive but it was busy.
