Excellent lunch and despite COVID restrictions it felt very relaxed and safe

We were sat outside on a chilly but bright day, the blankets provided were really great to keep the chill at bay. We all ordered off the prestige menu and the food was really really great. The French onion soup was a welcome warming starter, the Breton chicken was crispy and we'll cooked - the gratin potatoes were really great, definitely need more of those! My friend had a chocolate mousse and said it was very tasty. Our server Robert was great, attentive without hovering and he was very funny, we had a good laugh with him. Can't wait to come back in January!

Initially I was alarmed by the number of diners in the restaurant and I was glad to be in a booth but the tables were well spaced out and it was just SO NICE to dine out - the first time in a year. The staff were friendly as ever, a great menu and the toilets were clean too

We thoroughly enjoyed our late lunch which was enhanced by the first class service we received from both the duty manager and our waiter. Here's to nex time.

This was a long awaited return to one of our favourite restaurants in Kingston, especially after the recent lockdown. The staff are always great, however, some of the waiting times were disappointing, while the waitress offered an update that we should get our mains soon it 25+ minutes after they cleared plates from the starter, and the Filet steak was very well done and not medium/well as asked for. A highlight of the menu is always the Creme Caramel, however, this time the caramel was so burnt and bitter it was a real disappointment. Please don't let the standards slip, as we do enjoy eating at Cote and the home deliveries.

Was a nice atmosphere, socially distanced measures were in place. Service was efficient and friendly. Food was yummy!

Just delighted to be back with the whole team and to enjoy another great evening.

Mains arrived within 2 mins of ordering, drinks however where a disaster. We had both finished our food, when after asking 2 times, where our drinks are, they arrived. They said it was because they was short on bar staff etc. Fine I accept that, then delay the food coming out of the kitchen until our drinks had been served. I have never in my life been to a restaurant where drinks arrive after the food had been eaten and finished, and not before.

The Christmas menu is good! Had the chicken and soup. Soup was not hot and that would be my only complaint.

Lovely to be back at our favourite restaurant. Busy, and very noisy. Our server was very nice but a bit slow coming to take our orders - we had to call him over to take drinks order, meals and then pudding. Overall we had a good time.

Had a lovely Sunday Brunch on the 1/11 for my mums birthday. Food was lovely and great service by a pleasant polite young man.

Great. But...... I thought social distancing efforts were poor. Tables close together, no obvious checks in QR code, many tables with obviously more than 1 household. I appreciate the strain on business but it has to be safe. Safer.

Food up to usual high standard and service was terrific, waiter was exceptional.

It was one of the best cote meals we have had. Very tasty main course and good desert.
