As always a lovely relaxing lunch at Cote Kingston. Excellent service. Wouldn't have been a 6 if they had got the bill correct the first time.
Pleasant venue beside the Thames in Kingston. Food choice and quality good and staff attentive. All made for a most pleasant evening meal for us.
Not haute cuisine, but good bistro fare in a relaxed pleasant space which is busy but not too noisy. Good service. Consistently good steak frites and creme caramel.
Cote is always consistant with good food, the service was excellent, overall a good experience and enjoyable lunch. We were able to choose our table as we were early. Thank you
The food was really delicious and the service was great. It was really lovely and I would recommend Cote to my friends. I will definitely be going back.
Had a fabulous meal on Saturday 4th from the anniversary menu, so decided to go back on the following Saturday, took friends but wish we hadn't. The steaks were supposed to be medium rare but we're rare and gristley ( very chewy ). Then I noticed on the bill a surcharge of £2 on each steak, why have a set menu and then stick on a surcharge for certain items? Very disappointing after having such a fabulous meal the previous week.
Excellent service and food, good value for money, weekend specials limited for vegetarians Staff responsive cheerful and helpful. Excellent coffee and Danish earlier as well
We had an enjoyable meal sitting outside in the sunshine. The service was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere relaxed. The meal was good value and well presented.
We arrived and were greeted by very friendly staff. It was really busy so we were happy to have a booth at the back of the restaurant. Food came out quickly and was tasty. Good service all the way through
Manager was really helpful. Despite it being a very busy, sunny day, he accommodated us well within 15 minutes outside overlooking the river. Thank you.
We had no problem and table was waiting for us. The choice of menus was extensive.... The meal and service was of a very high standard and very enjoyable.
We sat outside as the sun set, the restaurant has excellent views of The River Thames and Kingston. The staff were also very polite and attentive.
Our table was ready and waiting, within a very busy lunchtime restaurant. As usual, the food was excellent, and we are never disappointed whenever we visit a Cote restaurant.
It would of been more but my dining companion was served with the wrong pudding. It was speedily recitifed but still the error was made.

Our request for a specific place to sit was honoured and Alessio looked after our every need. The food was up to its usual very high standard.
Great location, managed to secure a table outside, which was lovely. Excellent food, as always. Service was attentive without being over bearing....which was perfect! Thank you
We had a lovely evening at Cote Kingston. We dined from the set 3 course celebration menu. Great value as it included a glass of champagne. Food and service excellent. Restaurant has a great ambience too.
Good food, well served by properly trained waiting staff. Very busy but no pressure to hurry up and tables spaced out well enough to give some privacy. Pleasant riverside location.
Good value lunch by the river. Pleasant staff although very busy. Food is good for the price. Buzzy ideal for meeting friends for lunch. The chain seems to be very reliable.
Usually, Cote is very good. Today the service was incredibly slow and sloppy. In addition to this, the toilets were filthy. Again, very unlike Cote. I really hope this isn't the start of a slippery slope.
Excellent food and service. The Breton Fish Pie was unbeatable. Cannot wait to go again. My friend had the chicken and walnut salad which was enormous and beautifully presented
The staff put themselves out to make sure that our party of 7 had a great evening. Nothing was to much trouble. Everyone liked the food. Atmosphere was good as they had a couple of birthday celebrations going on as well.
Excellent food and friendly staff. I have visited several restaurants; Teddington, Kingston, Dorking, and several in London. You know that which ever restaurant you visit you will receive the same excellent service .
The food was delicious, a shame you had run out of the starter I would have liked. The staff were attentive to our needs. We would definitely visit again. Thank you.
Very quick and efficient service, lovely food, and very pleasant service. A little bit noisy as lunchtime service attracted a lot of young families - but overall very good!
We had a lovely evening, I was greeted with a glass of Kirk royal as a little perk for my birthday, which was a lovely start of the evening. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Food was delicious. We were seated outside as we requested what made evening even more enjoyable as the sun was shining, lovely summery evening.
The food as ever was excellent, however, service was painfully slow, perhaps due to it being Sunday and the proximity of the Hampton Court flower show.
Great food, lovely atmosphere and caring service. Very good selection of meat, fish, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Good selection of wines. Prices very reasonable. A most enjoyable eating experience. Thanks.
The food was really tasty and good portions and staff were excellent - very helpful and we had a lovely time. The only not so good point was the noise in the restaurant. We normally sit outside, weather permitting, but the noise is really loud inside.
From the minute we arrived everything was perfect. The great table in a booth - the attention but no too much of it! The menu was great and I could have eaten it all. We had the celebration meal, glass of champers and three courses for £27.50. The food was classic French and the taste of it all threw me back to Lovely trips to France in our campervan ! We will be going again very soon.
Good fresh food, nice service, pleasant surroundings being in window overlooking river . My guest very impressed and I will look forward to returning soon.
Food was very nice. waitress very friendly and accommodating. My only comment is there were 9 of us altogether- but for some reason we were advised two tables could not be pushed together as we were outside. It was 8am and very quiet so we couldn't quite understand the reason for this.
Lovely position by the river. We were served promptly and the food was good. I would recommend and we would definitely visit again when in Kingston
Service just a little slow but otherwise lovely atmosphere as always at a Cote Brasserie and food was delicious also as always. Perfect for graduation celebrations, thank you.
The service was very poor, example main meal came with no napkins asked but never got. Recommended menu wine very poor, soup was warm not hot, fish plate no presentation feed a sparrow. Would not rush back.
I eat in Cotes quite often and, as always the experience was good value with delicious food, and pleasant service. The Kingston branch is in a particularly agreeable spot, with river views.
Lovely atmosphere and great food. Staff are always attentive and polite. Sitting outside by the river adds to the pleasure. Eat early to avoid the crush !!
Worst service ever for a Vote Restaurant. We were a party of 3. 3 of us ordered melon which just never arrived. After a long wait we were told they would be coming, after another wait were told the kitchen couldn't do it. So approx 20 minutes after 1 starter arrived we had to reorder. One of us ordered tuna and requested it to be well done and it had to be sent back ad it was not as requested. Very busy and staff struggling to cope.
Great service and a very good food. Perfect for any occasion and any number of guests. Will definitely return to Cote in near future. Overall a great experience
Went for dessert and wine, lovely food as always although service slow (it was a friday night though so understandable) and the pomme tarte came out cold
We had the three course special menu and were very impressed with the quality of the food!!! The portions were generous and very well presented and cooked...... faultless!!! We keep coming back !!!!
Good food, excellent service. I'm always impressed with the way Cote manage to keep up their standards in all their various branches. The Kingston restaurant is particularly attractive with its riverside setting. Highly recommended.
Always good... and very understanding when we explained we would be late... and when four of us turned up instead of three... definitely back soon...
Good service and lovely food on a busy Saturday lunchtime. We had the steak frites which is consistently good quality.Waitress was very attentive without being intrusive overall a great experience.
It's always a great experience at Côte in Kingston: great service, good atmosphere, delicious food and good value. It's also at an unbeatable location! Highly recommend.
Really bad service and the food is too expensive for the quality it is offered. I wouldn't come back again. There are better restaurants with better prices
Always a good meal, with good service. Having an extensive Gluten Free menu is extremely helpful and reassuring. Would definitely recommend it, however, be prepared for slower service if dining on a saturday evening as it is so popular.
Lovely restaurant: friendly staff, good food and great location. We were delayed, so I rang and they were very understanding despite it being a busy Saturday evening. Highly recommended.
The coffee at this particular restaurant always takes ages to arrive at the table and the food order invariably comes with something wrong as again today. There was a goodwill gesture but we would prefer it to be correct.
1st time at at a Cote Brasserie, won't be the last, excellent service, superb food, nearly perfect experience. Times between 3 courses just right, 2.30 hours in total with drinks and coffee. book in advance, people queueing at 20.30hrs. not surprised.
