The staff were a bit hectic but my Roasted Seabream was excellent. {and now some more words because this site is insisting that all reviews must have 25 words}

Very attentive service. It was very busy on a Saturday morning and food could have been slightly hotter - waiter had to wait a little while by our table for someone to serve our food to us.

Without a doubt the worst meal I had for a long time. Burned calamari, boiled chicken, fried tough tasteless lamb, chicken salad with no avocado and cold meat . To add to that very slow service .

Very enjoyable experience. Our drinks came quickly while we were deciding on our meals. The waiter was very attentive and extremely patient as we took our time choosing. The meal was delicious, as always and was piping hot.

Great food and service at a restaurant with an unbeatable view of the river Thames. The value of the set menu is amazing and together with a great glass of wine made for a fabulous evening.

Enjoyed our visit. Not busy so not as noisy as usual. Sat too near the place where they store the cutlery so there was lot of loud crashing of clean cutlery returning from the kitchen. Perhaps they could do it less enthusiastically. Food good and appreciated the wine offer.

I was given a choice of tables for our party and made to feel very welcome. Service excellent and food absolutely delicious! What more could one want?

The food and service is consistently good and good value at Cote. I scored 5 instead of 6 because mains came before bread that we were going to have as starter. Very busy that day

The staff are very helpful and welcoming even when the restaurant is extremely busy. The food was enjoyed by all (5) of us and we were not rushed at any point to release our table

Cotes restaurant continues to produce very good food at reasonable prices. Service was very efficient and ambience very comfortable. Always know what we are getting.

The food is very good but like all Cote restaurants at lunch time it is extremely noisy. Can you do something to cut the noise level please . The same is true of Richmond restaurant. Older ones get tired of trying to hear and be heard !

Good position with a window seat overlooking the River Thames. Efficient and Friendly service as well as excellent food. A very pleasant lunch and very good value

We had exactly the table we requested. The service was excellent and the place was buzzing. The set menu was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.

Our dinner at Cote in Kingston was excellent. The only problem we had was incredible noise generated by other guest. At some point we could not hear each other. We recommend lamb with vegetables which was perfect.

Really delicious breakfast ( I had the vegetarian one), beautifully cooked and great service. I particularly like the location with a lovely view of the river.

I was a little disappointed as a friend and I went for the early evening 2 or 3 course menu but were told we could not have that as we were having a free bottle of wine. Last week myself and 3 friends were at the Kingston restaurant on the same deal but we could have the early evening set menu. When I questioned the waitress she was adamant this was the restaurant's policy even though it hadn't been the week before.

Excellent food and service on a Sunday evening.. Would definitely recommend. Really nice atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff were attentive but not pushy.

The food here is always consistently excellent and the service friendly, and efficient. My only criticism is that the noise level is ALWAYS truly painful, even when there isn't a large group present. By the end of the meal, we feel like we are shouting to each other to be heard, which of course is exactly what the other tables are doing too, so pretty soon people are shouting even louder, until we give up talking all together. Several couples we socialize with refuse to meet us a Cote anymore solely due to the uncomfortable noise level. I do wish they would sort the acoustics here, then an evening out at Cote would be perfection.

Excellent food have been going to cote for about ten years and food is consistently very good. The service is also very good and value for money.

As usual, a great meal. My friend said her Breton stew was the best restaurant meal she had enjoyed for months. My lamb special was delicious. Service at Kingston is always good. A great evening at a fair price. What more could we ask?

Had a very nice evening celebrating my husbands graduation in Kingston Cote, the staff were really helpful and the food was the usual high quality and we were given a bottle of good wine too for free.

Excellent service: I was offered more bread when the waiter saw I had pate left on my plate! Good food and wine. My only criticism would be that the music was too loud and completely unnecessary as the restaurant was busy and noisy.

As usual the service, food and atmosphere was excellent!! We keep returning to this restaurant because the standard is consistently good and staff extremely welcoming.

As always, excellent service! As always a superb menu with seasonal specials! As always fantastic quality! We booked on line while on a shopping trip for a table with just 90 minutes notice - no problem. Arrived had a quiet drink ordered and ate well. Never rushed, never pushed Back soon!

Everything went very smoothly. We were expected, shown quickly to our table and given menus, and asked for drinks. Those arrived quickly, and our order taken. We received our food in good time, despite it being fairly busy, and the food was delicious. At all times we were made welcome and checked that we were satisfied. After dessert and coffee our bill was settled quickly. We were most satisfied and thoroughly recommend the restaurant. We look forward to our next visit, and when summer comes being able to enjoy fully its river front position.

Was very busy so service was a little slow. Food good as always. Fixed price menu is very good value. Had an offer of complimentary kir royales that were initially not removed from the bill.

Great service, excellent food. We didn’t like the position of our table so the manager kindly moved us to a booth. It the best Côte in South West London.

Food and service generally good. However, the portions of the sea bass as a main meal on the set menu have reduced and looked like a starter.

Always a favourite, fantastic value for money Breakfast. Warm, friendly and attentive staff. Slightest of criticisms but this is all Cote Brasseries. For a while have not offered Wholemeal Bread but seeded instead. It s not the same thing! Small point and hasn't prevented us from returnng over the years.

Great experience, love the food, and service. I just would prefer the gratitude to not be included in the receipt but as optional in the machine.

Excellent tasty food and good service, shared the mushroom and cheese pancake to start then chicken with a mushroom sauce and a minute steak, all excellent. Then just to make it even better received two kir Royales for my birthday and a bottle of wine for visiting in January, can’t see how it could be any better!

Always great service and delicious food that is served in generous portions. The restaurant has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere without being too formal, and has outdoor seating for the Summer beside a picturesque part of the River Thames right next to Kingston Bridge.. I've been to most restaurants in Kingston and this one has always been great after repeated visits, highly recommended.

Excellent lunch .... delicious food and good service. Lost one point as I do find this restaurant quite noisy and the tables are quite close together. Very busy but quietened down mid afternoon.

The staff at Cote Kingston were very friendly and helpful. The menu choice was varied and our food was well presented and delicious. We would certainly recommend this restaurant.

Service very good but charcuterie meat was tough as anything and the chicken was dry. Nice crumble though - I have the pre 7pm set dinner

Visited with a party of 4 persons ...Our other 2 guests were first timers so wished to introduce to Cotes . Our visit was an offer of a free bottle of wine so thought “ideal” The offer stated the wine would be an offer if 2 or more diners used the full menu .. NOT SO as we we’re advised all 4 HAD TO USE THE MAIN MENU not as printed BUT we were with first timers we accepted . The meals are always of a great standard tasty and reasonably priced but after a poor start not our usual visit so I have made that point in my scoring

Deal was for free bottle of wine if two booked off a la carte. They refused to allow our third guest to eat off day menus! Total cost with "free" bottle exceeded three meals plus wine. Feel rather doupped and will carefully examine these special offers in future. Rather disappoined especialy as they charged for the complimentary bottle so we had to call manager to get our accurate bill. Not the overall experience we were expecting as regular returning customers

Great service and good food will go again. Cote is aways consitant,every one in our party enjoyed their food. The free wine offer was also a bonus.
