Côte Kingston

It was easy to book the restaurant through Quandoo. Very friendly, attentive staff, so good service. The food was quick to arrive and very tasty.

Food was good but service was again very slow. It must have been at least 10 minutes from the point we were shown to our table before anyone came to see us

Excellent early evening menu and plenty of helpful advice around the menu. House white continues to punch above its weight. Great team on duty to enhance the overall experience. Back soon...

Food excellent as was the service. Would recommend to anyone. A good tip,this time of year I would you booked in advance can get very busy.

I’m a fan of Côte, having eaten in a variety of their locations. I had lunch with a friend in Kingston upon Thames, our second visit in 2018. I booked a table which I strongly recommend as it does get busy from 12.30. The waitress was charming and efficient. The food was tasty and delicious. We both felt it was great value for money in a riverside location, and in a restaurant with a really buzzing, pre-Christmas atmosphere.

Excellent service and food up to its usual high standard. My only slight quibble is that the noise level is high and that makes it difficult to talk to others in the party esp when one’s hearing is not what it used to be!

We were greeted by a charming maitre d, and shown to a table by the window which I had booked, not expecting to get such a table! We were treated with friendliness and courtesy, and although my food was not up to the usual standard, this was reflected in the bill, which I considered to be very generous. They all agreed that the chicken dish needed "tweeking"!, and thanked me for my constructive criticism. I think Cote is by far the best restaurant chain as it is great value for money, and the service is exemplary.

I eat at Cote regularly, all different areas, and never had a bad meal. Service is very good too. The menus never disappoint, something for everyone. Kingston is a local branch to me.

The food was fine but towards the end of the meal there was a strong smell of drains and so we moved to another table away from the air vent producing the smell. We told the waitress but I have no confidence that she took our complaint seriously or that she would inform the management about the problem.She was obviously anxious to get rid of us although it was only 9.30, she returned several times to try to take our payment while we were still chatting.

Lovely Restaurant, very attentive staff, great food, good Menu, there is a nice buzzy atmosphere. Well worth a visit,. Situated on the River Thames, very pretty views of Bridge and river.

The food and hospitality was wonderful. The view by the window made it memorable and staff helped as I had forgotten to bring reading glasses so the manager lent me some glasses so I could read the menu

Staff always helpful , but sadly I found my chicken dish to be tasteless ! I did mention this to my Waitress & she said that she would tell the Chef . Not the best result !

Great meal! One of the best we’ve had at a Cote! Disabled guest, mentioned need for an accessible table when booking online and staff were aware and very accommodating, good table was reserved for us. Great service and atmosphere!

arrived early but table was ready,staff always smiling and nothing was to much trouble. as always the food was very good and at a fair price.

Great food - steak, fish parmientiet and cod all lovely, and good service. Helpful accommodating staff. Wheelchair accessible and they have a disabled toilet. Thank very much.

Good food and good servive. As ever Cote Brasserie provides a decent eating experience. The food was delicious, I had Coq au vin, very tasty.

We always enjoy dining at all branches of Cote so yesterday was no exception. The food was good and the staff very helpful and courteous. We even got a discount for having to wait a little longer than usual but it was not a problem.

We had lunch on a Monday and the restaurant was full, fortunately I had booked. In spite of it being very busy both the service and food were excellent. Always good value.

Enjoyed a wonderful catch up lunch with a friend really nice food, buzzy atmosphere and excellent service. Also great location so beautiful next to the river and Kingston Bridge and great for a little shopping after lunch.

We had a lovely meal and excellent service - all six of us enjoyed our meals. The lighting was a bit on the low side.

As always we had a fabulous lunch at Cote Kingston yesterday the food was excellent, the service was prompt and the staff were highly efficient and friendly without intruding upon us. Highly recommend!

Another great consistently good meal at Cote in Kingston. The special lunch menu always seems to be very good value for money and also very seasonal. Great service as always and the place always seems to super busy and buzzy.

We often eat here, we enjoy the ambience, food and friendly helpful staff. My husband is coeliac and there is an excellent gluten free menu .

As always a most enjoyable evening. We were promptly greeted by a member of the team and shown to our table. The food was tasty and piping hot, and the November special bread and butter pudding delicious....we will definitely be back in the not too distant future

Excellent pre-theatre dinner. Delicious food and good selection of choices. Restaurant packed at 6.30pm, which tells you how good a deal this is! Absolutely amazing value & excellent, prompt service.

Food was very nice but the noise level was very high including screaming babies. Service was pleasant and attentive. I met a friend who I had not seen for a long time and it was difficult to talk as it was very noisy

Lovely venue and great staff that bend over backwards to make your dining experience perfect every time. We keep coming back because of this fabulous service and great food.

Over many years, I have been a very loyal customer of Cote Esher, always ordering the same choice. Met a client to discuss a business deal in Cote Kingston and made the same request. Chicken and Walnut salad .... WITH NO FRISEE LETTUCE. The salad arrived containing ONLY FRISEE LETTUCE a few wet soggey green beans, and I searched for the walnuts - or avocado pieces. When asked if my meal was OK I immediately said it was TOTALLY not what I had asked for. The manager Alex offered to replace it, but because I was with a business client, I didn't want to make a fuss. It spoilt the whole evening, and I will never go back there again.

Main course took a long time even though the restaurant was only 1/3 full. Two of the 4 main courses were very dry and the staff were very good in replacing one of them. Three of us had ice cream on crumble and the crumble was barely warm and were sent back. Disappointing in terms of pace of meal and mains over cooked and desert undercooked.
