Sat outside by the Thames enjoying Kingston Regatta. My lunch was really super. I chose the lobster from the July menu followed by the strawberry pavlova. Quite delicious especially preceded by the complementary St Germain gin and tonic., which had a really unusual, but pleasant flavour. Altogether a great Sunday lunch.

Attention to detail was lacking....cutlery missing. The starter came quite quickly but the main course took a while and I had to ask for an update. Not particularly attentive and I had my elderly in-laws with us.

River view table, food delicious and waiter very attentive without being too pushy. Slightly noisy but that adds to the atmosphere.

As usual perfeclty good food, the service however was rubbish, the young lady serving wasnt interested at all had to ask for water 3 times, the place wasnt even overly busy.

Had the July set menu of starter and main. Food arrived quickly, hot and well presented. Food was of good quality.

Delicious lobster with a chilled glass of Muscadet. A busy day but none of the staff seem rushed which instills a sense of calm and that nothing is too much for them. Perfect.

Wonderful ambience and a tasty breakfast. The hollandaise sauce is to die for and the poached eggs ion which it was poured were perfectly cooked. Just a shame that my friend had to wait too long for her coffee.

Ive never had a disappointment with Cote ever!! till last night... it’s wasn't the food that was amazing as usual. I had planned this meal to thank 5 clients & had prebooked requesting seating to the front by the boi folds doors or in the front forecourt when I arrived the receptionist said you are down the back with your Party He said We don’t hold seats ‘ look at our terms and conditions!! So why do you ask for Special Requests’ he was rude and abrupt very disappointed! So noisy had to shout to talk

I was pleasantly suprised at how good the food was (I’ve been to another French restaurant and my experience was terrible) and the service was quick and came with a smile (which was really nice). I think that I’ll come back and will certainly recommending the restaurant to all of my friends. Great experience.

Cote have mastered the difficult task for a large chain, of maintaining the consistency of choice, presentation , flavours and quality of their food which was excellent, as was the service. Keep it up Cote JS from Putney

We generally avoid chain restaurants like the plague but Côte is the exception. Excellent food, service and ambience.

Very full at lunchtime, but we were able to get a table close to the air-con! Despite being very busy, service was very good and also friendly. With good food as well, we enjoyed it.

I was very pleased to find that the high standards of food and service that I knew from this restaurant some four years or so ago have been maintained.

Booking was in order, service exemplary and no issues with menu items. The food is very familiar but does not disappoint and served in good order, neither slow nor too quick.

Overall a very pleasant evening, although the moules portion in moule frites a bit stingy. Food delicious, atmosphere very pleasant, service very good until it came to the bill. But then the bill was wrong, when it was corrected it then took an extraordinarily long time for me to get change (eventually I went in and tracked down the manager), despite my saying that we were going on to the theatre and were in danger of missing the start. Because of this I have given the service one star, although otherwise it was very pleasant (and I had been planning to increase the tip beyond the standard %)
