A lovely lunch with friends on a horrible wet Wednesday
We had a lovely meal.Lots of time and our waitress was so attentive. Good value as always
Sunny day, sat outside for delicious meal with great service. Couldn’t want for more. Thank you
Very busy but served quickly. Food very good and value for money . We thought we would wait for at least half an hour due to mother’s day
My starter, Bake Crottin, was delicious; but the disappointment came with the main dish, a Rlbeye steak, which should have been medium-well done. Unfortunately it was served as medium with average meat quality about what I complained as it wasn’t what I ordered. I was than simply told by the serving young lady this stake was medium-well done as the cook told her so. In short: Disappointing service and average steak quality.
Always a pleasure to eat at Cote Brasserie in Kingston. Very pleased to see Asya again who looked after us very well and we also greeted Yvonna and met Veronika but were sorry not to see Diego who had finished work for the day. Our friend was celebrating her birthday and she also enjoyed it very much. It was a bit noisy but maybe that's because we are elderly! However we appreciated being able to eat without background music.
We were welcomed to the restaurant and quickly seated with a wide choice of seats as the restaurant was only 20% occupied. The staff were very friendly and efficient in taking our orders and just as good at serving us.
Always good food and polite staff. Sunday brunch always lovely. Can be noise at brunch times due to families. Doesn’t bother me but it’s difficult to have one on conversation
There is a lot of good food and lovely places to eat in Kingston, but none have as good staff as Cote which is why I go there regularly, its always a really pleasant experience.

Food was lovley, very nice atmosphere the only thing that let the evening down was the waiting times. The restraunt was very busy so it was to be expected.. overall a lovley meal.
Dinner for 2 proved quite pricey for pretty average fare. £88 for slow service (they were busy as it was Sat eve peak time) 2 glasses of wine, mains and pudding but a shared starter.
Love cote have been twice this week already however staff at Kingston a little surley which is a shame as food fab!! A couple of complaints mainly due to staffs attitude all and all though thoroughly enjoyable xx
All three of us really enjoyed our meal. The waitress looking after us was in training and looked after us very well! Staff polite and helpful. We would all return
Very obliging staff - our waitress tried to cater to our every need. The food was delicious and eating early, we were given a choice of table.
One of my favourite places to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Service is great. Location is great. Food is also great with a good choice of gluten free and vegetarian options, and they also cater extremely well for me with my Nightshade allergy.
Eight of us dined here on a busy Tuesday night and were well taken care of. The food is good, but it was the service that made the evening. We were well looked after.
I thoroughly appreciated the policy whereby a manager takes the order of a person with allergies. It means a lot to feel safe! Great food too.
We always enjoy breakfast at Cote Kingston. We both chose the Formule which was perfectly cooked and served on hot plates.
Fantastic for brunch, great value and really good service. We were two families with three children in total. I reserved online and got seated in a lovely spot. Will come back for sure.
Excellent service and atmosphere Food always good the specials menu gets better and better. The noise level is high but somehow it does not seem to matter that much.
Great breakfast in the perfect setting on a sunny Saturday! Excellent service, as usual.
Usually my favourite Cote, Food as always good, but found the service pretty poor today. Waited for ages before even being offered the ‘complementary water’ Had to flag down a waitress to order a drink. Plenty of staff, but not particularly attentive. Apparently now on warm days you have to wait at the front of the restaurant to be seated rather than going inside even if you don’t want to sit outside! All very odd, but what was even more bizarre was the attitude of the man who was in charge of seating. He was virtually frog marching people (who had dared to walk into the restaurant) back to the front! And was really quite off hand if anyone questioned him. Surely what would be better is to have a sign out front that says ‘Please wait here to be seated’ ?? Not my best Cote visit.
Very nice for evening meal with friends. Quiet on a Monday evening with good friendly service and reasonable value for money . Recommend the modules mariners
First time coming to Côte Brasserie in Kingston, The quality of food was to a very good standard.Overall service was poor waited a long time between courses.
Great food and great service. The manager gave us a free drink as the dessert was a little late. Fantastic lunch!
Very pleasant and obliging staff! Made a fuss of my daughter on her birthday and gave a complementary dessert. Very kind. Lovely evening with delicious food and blood orange martinis!!!
Average, plates very hot but food wasn't especially hot. Reasonable value for money. Wouldn't be in a rush to go back as it wasn't very memorable, but I guess that's typical of a restaurant chain. It was pretty noisy, would be better with some consideration to sound absorbing materials.
Excellent food always consistent, staff are friendly, give an excellent service and the atmosphere on the river is fabulous
Nice dinner. The food was delicious and the service was good
We simply love this restaurant. Wonderful food coupled with service with a smile in a buzzing pleasant atmosphere. Always best to book a table especially at the weekend.
Table ready with welcoming service. Pace at which attention paid made for a comfortable relaxed experience. The food did not disappoint and was well presented, as usual.
Loved it as usual - Hugh standards of friendly, professional service and excellent value for money. Only difficulty was deciding which menu to go for!
Always a lovely atmosphere, good food and service. My go-to restaurant in Kingston.
Went there for my husbands birthday. We ordered starters, unfortunately my husbands did not arrive and we had to chase it up. Our plates were not cleared away for a long period of time after we had finished and we had a long wait for the mains. Too much cream in the mussels for my liking. The mains were nice, we had the rib eye and sea bass. We had booked a table but they didn't seem to have the booking on the system. Good location by the river and very busy for a Tuesday. Had previously been with a friend for lunch and that was very nice. One thing to mention, if you want a quiet romantic meal, it is very noisy and hard to hear people speaking!
Very busy at the time of dining, however, our server was delightful - welcoming, friendly and engaging
From start to finish was excellent both food & lovely staff
We usually visited the Chiswick branch and had recently stopped as the service was very bad our last few visits. However Côte has always been the place to go to for good food so we decided to give the Kingston branch a try. We were very pleased, food was just as good but the service was excellent and has certainly redeemed its place as our favourite place to go for good wholesome food.
A busy Good Friday and we really wanted a table outside, which I did request but didn't read the small print! Had I known we'd be on a list for outside tables then I probably would have got there earlier!
Lovely, friendly staff and great quality food ! Despite being very busy the waiting time wasn’t long at all and we always had a waiter on hand when we needed anything .Had a lovely Mother’s Day meal here :)
As always a super meal served excellently. I had the added bonus of eating outside with a great view of the River.
Great food, attentive service, good price, perfect pre theatre experience
Great welcome, food lovely as always and enjoyed our blood orange cocktail- thanks. The timings between each course are good too, main course doesn’t arrive straight after starter!
Lovely location by the Thames, very good service, food was lovely and good value for money (afternoon meal deals). Cost of wine by the glass was a bit pricey,
Lovely breakfast in a superb location. Great value for money. Good service. It’s our favourite restaurant for food, ambience and location. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.
Great food, great service and very reasonably priced. I love eating at all of the Cotes restaurants as they always deliver on all of the above.
Lovely evening with friends improved by you very helpful staff and great food Thanks
Food good as usual however the service was very slow. We had to ask to order after 10 minutes, juice was brought at 20 minutes, tea at 30 minutes and our breakfast after 45 minutes. Unfortunately not our best experience at Cote - a bit disappointing.
Great food, service and friendly team, pleasure to visit. Consistent product at all their outlets, great value and never disappointed, we look for Cote whereever we visit.
Consistently good food and attentive service. Great for coeliacs too
Nice tasting food, portions seem to have got bigger. Excellent service as always. Whole concept is very professional. Restaurant was really busy at 17:30, non of the nearby pubs and restaurants were.
