Our group of four all very much enjoyed our evening st the restaurant. We were greeted warmly and served dinner efficiently. Our meals were all excellent. The personnel looked after us well. Weronika, in particular, was helpful and charming. All in all, a great evening.

Very good breakfast and service while seating. However, the final greeting, lack of help and almost complete passiveness when leaving with the baby buggy through a very busy terrace, left me a rather negative taste.

Food came too quickly before we finished our aperitif . Our fault for ordering too soon,so not really the restaurants fault. Will in future drink our aperitif then order.

I am a fan of Côté. I regularly eat in Cote in London and Kingston. Recently I’ve felt the service in both has declined. Today in Kingston I asked for the bill to be split between two credit cards. The waitress couldn’t manage to do that. We gave her the maths. She did not give me a receipt. Moments later I asked her for it. She said it wasn’t possible to give me one as she couldn’t then identify the card machine used. She told me to just take her word for it. Very poor customer service. I’ll try another restaurant next time.

The food was wonderful, the service was prompt - and the teapots were generously proportioned! The atmosphere was wonderful. We could have been in a brasserie in Paris!

Had a celebratory birthday lunch with old schoolfriends. The birthday Kir Royale arrived as soon as we sat down without having to ask for it - what service! All very much enjoyed what we chose from a very good range of options on the February lunch menu. We'll be back for the next birthday celebratory lunch. Well done Kingston Cote.

We were welcomed to our table although we were early. I had the May special of grilled lamb chops with Roquefort butter and peas and my husband had his favourite of ribeye steak with peppercorn sauce and chips. Both were delicious. Cote is our restaurant of choice whenever we dine in Kingston. The food is always consistently delicious and the service is always charming.

The Coté Brasserie in Kingston offers excellent service and value for money. Staff are friendly and the food is always good. Those are the reasons I keep going back and recommend it to others.

We had a late booking after a concert. The restaurant was still fairly busy at 10 15. We felt very welcome and were served quite promptly with freshly prepared food which was excellent . We had lovely views of the Thames and illuminated Kingston Bridge. being near the window. Despite the latish hour the restaurant and facilities were immaculate. The staff remained attentive and helpful throughout. Thank you.

Cote does great food but the experience starts before the food arrives and continues after the meal ends. We’d booked on-line (just an hour ahead) and on entering the restaurant, they confirmed I was gluten-intolerant and we were using a discount code. Service continued to be re-assuringly attentive throughout the meal, including helpful guidance on the gluten-free options, and an ad-hoc order of extra potato gratin mid-course was delivered within 3 minutes. Following our dessert, we felt no pressure to vacate our table and received our bill rapidly upon our request. We left highly satisfied and commented to each other how much we’d enjoyed this visit. On arriving home, I was delighted to receive your email asking for feedback, which simply confirms to me how highly you value your customers’ experiences and opinions. Well done, Cote!

Very busy, but staff were efficient. our waitress was exceptionally helpful and the food ,although good at our previous visits ,was much improved. We both had a great time and will return. Keep up the good standard. Only minus point for me was the 12 1/2% service charge. I would rather pay less or more depending on the service provided.

The Prawn gratin was just warm and not gratin.... just had pieces of bread crust in it. The Muscadet was poor quality and I come from the the Loire valley where it’s made, so I truly know what it should be like. The saw was poor. I actually think it wasn’t sea bass. It had the texture and flavour of plaice....seabass is meaty and is a substantial fish... I received what seemed to be the end of the tail and was so thin and small it barely constituted a meal. I would have never have served this as Seabass to-anybody. You should change your description to say Cote: Disappointment in every fork.

I booked a table for two at one o’ clock and when I asked if we could sit outside in the sun at that time, was told it was first come ,first served . ....so what is the point of booking.? Just to turn up seems to be the order of the day .... Once served, lovely food, lovely waitress. Great value.

Always a pleasure to eat at Cote Brasserie in Kingston. Very pleased to see Asya again who looked after us very well and we also greeted Yvonna and met Veronika but were sorry not to see Diego who had finished work for the day. Our friend was celebrating her birthday and she also enjoyed it very much. It was a bit noisy but maybe that's because we are elderly! However we appreciated being able to eat without background music.

Appalling! Cold, unfriendly, unengaging, robotic staff. Starters ok although I could not taste the crab in the crab mayonnaise. However both main courses, chicken and sea bass, were over cooked, dried out and looked like they had been kept warm for ages. Side of peas was cold. Never again!

I'm a regular Cote visitor as usually I have a meal which rarely disappoints. Last night at the Kingston restaurant was excellent. Good quality food, served hot and well presented. Pleasant atmosphere and staff efficient and friendly. It was a lovely start to enjoy the complimentary martini and it is nice gesture from Cote to reward their customers in this way. Cote obviously have a good reputation because they always seem to be full, even on a Tuesday evening. Well done Cote.

We were 6 for lunch yesterday. It was crowded inside as it was raining. It was extremely noisy We had the menu at 19.50. 3 of us liked our food but out friends left nearly all of their chicken saying it was dry and spongy. Staff should have asked if anything was wrong. The staff was pleasant l and service was prompt.

Hi, we are regular diners at your restaurants, so when I received the email offering a free apparitif and what really looked like some exciting specials, I made a booking using the email link at the Kingston restaurant for Saturday 2nd March. Therefore, perhaps you can understand our disappointment when we asked for the complimentary G&T only to be told it didn’t show on their system and therefore we were not eligible. The manager suggested I rebooked while we were at the table, so re-entering all my details we eventually became eligible for the offer. When the waiter came to take our order, we both chose the Monk Fish off the March Specials menu, only to be told it was sold out? This seemed to be surprising given that it was only the second day of the month? Can you please ensure that your monthly specials are really available and make sure your booking system recognizes booking that include any offers. Finally, your table service is normally really excellent. However, on Saturday we had to ask the waiter to take away empty glasses, bowls and plates during the meal as the table was getting cluttered. It was probably just an oversight or a new member of the team, but it wasn’t up to the normal standard. Keep the excellent menu’s and customer service please, we do enjoy dining at Cote. Best regards Francis
