Great location and the quality of food is always fantastic. Côte can be relied upon for the warm welcome a great service every time with very competitive pricing

Cote Brasserie provided fast service, good food and good value in a very good location. A particularly good place to cater for families and young children.

Good food and very good service Have no hesitation in recommending this branch. We were going to theatre and had informed waitress of our time constraint which was recognised by prompt service.

Most enjoyable. Food delicious. Service very good. The location is very convenient as it is only a short bus ride from the Angel Tube Station. Or indeed a short walk.

Excellent location facing Islington Green and probably one of the best Cote Brasseries in London. Good choice for both lunch and dinner very quite which makes it a perfect spot for a business lunch

Yet again Côte delivers a delicious lunch - fresh ingredients, well presented, great service - thoroughly enjoyed our meal with good friends in an relaxed atmosphere.

I visit this branch of Cote on a fairly regular basis. Staff are always friendly and helpful. On this occasion the two of us were offered a table for four, this meaning we had more space which is always a bonus. The restaurant wasn't full but was fairly busy. Service was excellent with no sense of rushing us as you get in some establishments. Food was up to the usual good standard. I have been to various Cote restaurants in and out of London but I think Islington Green is my favourite.

Great food and great service. We've been coming to Cote since it opened and it's one of our favourite places. Their set menu is incredible value and changes monthly.

Food good the service was excellent delightful staff very attentive and it's very close to home for us so we will go again a la prochaine!

We enjoyed our meal at Cote islington. We were seated quickly. The staff were extremely pleasant and obliging although they were busy and there weren't many waiting staff. We waited quite a long time between courses but this didn't matter at all at this visit.

Cote has a comfortable atmosphere, thoughtful efficient service, and wonderful food selections. It has always pleased the pallets for my husband and me. We look for it at a few locations that we frequent.

Good food and good service. Only drawback was some of the preferred items were finished and it didn't seem that busy. Would like to see a Sunday set menu too.

Lovely service as ever. Cotes Islington seems to be favourite with all ages, families at brunch/lunch time at weekends & adults at night. It's easy to see why with a nicely balanced & varied menu & perfectly reasonable pricing.

Service was rapid and efficient. The food was well cooked and tasty. The only suggestions we would have would be to change the main menu more often, as it has been raughly the same in over 2 years.

Had a lovely birthday dinner at Cote, the food is delicious, staff were polite and reasonably attentive without being overpowering. 5 of us shared 3 starters, all had a main and pudding, 4 bottles of wine between us and a couple of soft drinks bill worked out £43 each (including optional service charge). Will be back!

Made welcome. Good food, as usual and the service was up to standard. No complaints at all. My companion and I enjoyed our meals. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Brilliant as always. Fabulous service, not too stuffy. Beautiful food and beverages. The restaurant has lovely surroundings and a really relaxed feel, always friendly and welcoming.

Excellent service. The wine was lovely as was the starter of chicken liver pâte. The skin on the pork belly could have been more crispy.

Excellent service staff very helpful. The new menu was appreciated with some favourites making a return to the menu. The monthly specials were also good.

Food good with excellent staff. Manager extra helpful, everyone attentive without being in your face. Relaxed atmosphere, and you can have a conversation without struggling against the music.

The staff are always terrific. My food last night wasn't as good as usual. The endive salad was a little 'tired' and the (supposedly) Roquefort dressing seemed to be missing the Roquefort. The grilled chicken was so over-cooked, it was like chewing cardboard. I wasn't charged for this.

Food was ok but certainly nothing to rave about. I was there for a business meeting and the Restaurant was largely empty between 9:30-midday. So it was great for business conversation but had I been there for personal, I would have felt it lacked ambience. Service was likewise ok but not great. My water glass was only ever filled once (I was there 3 hours!!).

I loved the choice of food on the menu and all came really quickly! I enjoy the food thoroughly and the staff were very pleasant. Overall a great experience!

I love the food at Cote and the service always outstanding. The Islington restaurant is a favourite and a great place to meet friends and catch up with our breaking the bank costs wise. Lovely staff there who make it a special night.

As always a good value meal but probably not quite to the same high standard of other Cote restaurants we have tried in other parts of London.

Great food, nice atmosphere, charming service and very good value for money. We have been numerous times and have never been disappointed. The set menu is spectacular value if you don't mind dining early.

Great ambience, and lovely food, good quality, fresh food as always! We had the early evening menu which is very good value. Seabass was perfectly cooked and crumble warm and delicious!

We really enjoyed our meal, never disappoints. Very good quality food, and at a great price too. We had the fish stew, steak and chicken and all were excellent. Plus all the staff are really lovely. Definitely going again.

Generally fine for Sunday lunch but nothing special. Champagne was flat and had not been freshly opened. Poor presentation of roast chicken, looked rushed and too dry.

Cote always has a lovely atmosphere, the staff are always so friendly and helpful, the service is excellent and the food is delicious and varied. It is also very good value.

The second Cote restaurant I have used this year. September menu offered some good choices. Service, staff and general surroundings great; particularly on a quiet Monday.

Food and service very good as always One small criticism is that the chicken dish I had was small and had no vegetables But was still tasty

Excellent fresh food served without too much delay or fuss. Staff very attentive but not intrusive. No music just the chatter of other satisfied diners. Will recommend and visit again.

I meet friends for supper at Côte fairly regularly & we're never disappointed. The service & the food are excellent. Even though I arrived late they let us order from the early evening menu which is an absolute bargain.

This was our first visit on a recommendation. We visited as it was our wedding anniversary and we very much enjoyed our first visit. Staff were very nice, food was great. The crab starter was amazing. We will definitely come back ourselves and with friends. Thank you for making our evening special and happy 10th anniversary to Cote.

Great food, and the service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Most of us had the weekday lunch menu which was excellent value and plenty of choice.

Friendly staff, amazing food as always. Booking was easy although not really necessary as they weren't overly busy on Sunday morning. We will be back..yet again
