Great restaurant, staff very friendly and service of a high standard. Food good value it's just a shame no value deals mid week after 7 pm

Have been here many a times and always a good meal. This time not up to 100% standard hence the lower mark. Asked for water 3 times from two different waiters and no water to be seen. My partners steak was heavily seasoned and I believe when your orders the exact same meal you should get a meal that looks exactly the same. Last point that always bugs me they add 12.5% to the bill for gratitude. This should be my choice and not added automatically

Starter was delivered unusually quickly, the olives came at the same time as the starters. The mains were lovely. However i think due to having several large tables in they were really throwing out the food, didnt leave much time to relax and enjoy the evening. The dessert is where it all went wrong through; my Husband is a coeliac and ordered the creme brulee which came cold and without the caramelised sugar top. When we mentioned this to the waitress she said that the sugar top had gluten in, that is what the chef had said, when i said i didnt think this was right and he had had it before it was, 'did i want to speak to the manager', i said no, but then grabbed a more experienced person who may well have been the manager. I didnt even have to finish my explanation before he was frowning, no the sugar didnt contain gluten, obviously. I also expressed that i felt the waitress had been quite rude in her handling of the situation. He very kindly gave both desserts and our bottle of wine free, as well as removing the service charge, it was much appreciated. When the waitress came to take our payment she was very polite and so we did leave a tip. Unfortunately Cote continues to be very hit and miss, it is still our go to place to dine, especially due to my husbands dietary needs, but i wish it could be more consistent.

No cause for complaint on previous visits but on this occasion the food was not up to the standard expected. Declned offer for replacement food.

The food was great and the atmosphere was really good, the price was fair, we had a lovely anniversary meal and we would definitely go back.

My third visit to Cote in 3 days. A great value brunch with Cote's breakfast formule menu Great service as usual in a pleasant environment

Excellent service, nice atmosphere, lovely staff. We were welcomed warmly and treated like good friends throughout. A pleasure and very good value for money, the food was as good as ever.

Only issue was acoustics. Very noisy. Could do with some wall panels that absorb the noise. Only thing that would prevent us going back. With the percentage of older people growing, management would be well advised to give this attention.

Not our best visit to Cote. Items on the menu were not available. Because of this my wife asked if she could substitute one item on the Anniversary menu and was told very rudely this was not possible which I thought was very inflexible under the circumstances. It was not our fault items were not available. We have been great supporters of Cote at various locations but found this attitude very disappointing.

Faboulus food, great wine and very good service! Good atmosphere... did really enjoy our Saturday night out in town. Calamari was really nice and fresh :) :)

Excellent service and food,as always Our table wasn't ready,so we were offered complimentary drinks,while we waited Disappointed that the crab mayonnaise starter is no longer on the menu

Whilst very happy with service and food, very disappointed I could not register to earn points especially as our bills were over £240 last weekend!

As always had a great meal, your lobster tails were fantastic, yours is the only restaurant I eat steak because of the way you cook it. This time we did order a dessert, peach crumble amazing. Your wines are are very good and well priced.

Service was excellent, good atmosphere & nice food, although very salty. Would recommend the mussels. The fish pie was nice but as i say, very salty & had to order vegetables separately

Always have a great meal here, good service and the value for money is spot on. I would recommend it to anyone else thinking of going.

Very enjoyable meal, atmosphere was welcoming, and the waiter attentive. Sat upstairs which was nice as the evening was warm and it was cooler there than downstairs.

A very popular venue in Horsham for brunch. Excellent service and food quality. We ate from the great value formule breakfast menu, a lovely cooked breakfast with juice and tea.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Good food at a reasonable price. Lunchtime menu is just right with variety of food for all courses.

Great food and service, just what we have come to expect from Cote. Today we had breakfast and the forum Menu is a must, plenty of choice for those who want a full breakfast+fruit juice and a hot drink!

Hottest day and sat upstairs with non working fans and NO air con - £77 wasted on poor service and badly placed seating - would never go here again and would not recommend - lots of assaying in air con area so why oh why place us in the hottest, loneliest part of the restaurant - no atmosphere, music or air is a no no for me!

Good service and great food. We had a balcony table which meant some privacy on a busy Saturday evening. Wine was also excellent and whole experience was good value

Very attentive service and the food was excellent. We were not sure on what wine to order and the waitress spent time going through the wine list with us and her recommendation was just what we were looking for

This was our 3rd visit and first time everything was ok. Served quickly and all food good quality this time. Staff attentive and well looked after.

Best steak & frites in town - any town! Good service, nice to sit outside in the sunshine and not be forgotten about, a very pleasant lunchtime visit.

Really good menu and great food. Went for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed! Would definitely recommend visiting and trying some of the food here. Very very yummy

Very friendly service as always and tasty food. Looking forward to our next visit. Not so keen on the 12.5% service charge but will go back.

Very disappointed with this visit. Had to wait an hour for main course, they seemed to have forgotten about us. Single massive fish cake served only with a poached egg!? My omelette was meagre, anaemic and totally bland in taste - cuisine française? They at least attempted to compensate by offering me an alternative main course and took money off at the till. Altogether a shame, as we have eaten well there before.

Visited Cote Horsham with friends on Sunday and found it the perfect venue to enjoy good food with friends and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Greeted in a Very polite friendly manner. Service was professional but friendly. Food excellent as always. I have visited cote Horsham numerous times and would recommend highly .

Excellent food, service and atmosphere as always received here. My friend fully enjoyed their new vegetarian menu. I opted for pork belly over fillet steak for a change as wasn't let down.

Delicious food and very friendly service. Would recommend this restaurant to anybody. We chose from their special anniversary menu which included a complimentary glass of champagne.

I am a regular customer & rate this Cote Restaurant above other Cote Restaurants that i have visited in West Sussex.They are extremely well managed & have a lot of very good dishes.

Dined from the Vegetarian Menu. Good selection of food and will return. Quality of the food and service was good. Also pretty good value. Overall happy with the Dining experience.

Our first experience at Cote Brasserie and I have to say it was a great one. We and our friends had amazing food and great service and we will certainly be going back.

Saturday midday - Excellent Brunch - scrambled eggs and smoked salmon perfect. Can't fault the food or service. Olivia looks after us so well. Thanks once again!

Been going to Cote for many years. It remains reliable unfussy and pretty good value. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. One small criticism - the sauces, for which one pays extra, seem to have been pared back! The calamari remain some of the best anywhere!

Nice but a bit pricey for brasserie food. Noisy echoing setting but lovely building so a trade off. Service too expensive at 12.5% so an occasional venue as other place more special for the overall offering

Great food at a great price with the early dinner menu, very friendly service and very attentive, we really enjoy the dining experience at Cote.

As it was busy, we had quite a long wait for our starter and between courses. The main courses would have benefited from having some additional accompanying vegetables, rather than having to add frites or salad or extra sides to make a main meal rather than a meagre plate. Aside from this, the service was friendly and the food tasty and well presented.

Very nice meal for 3 of us. Unfortunately the one who had a birthday had a steak which he found difficult to eat. Not quite sure what was wrong. However we didn't have to pay for his main and dessert so we're happy it was taken seriously.

Excellent meal and very friendly staff. The service was a little on the slow side given that there were only ever around four Tables occupied at the time we were there (4pm onwards) but fortunately this did not bother us on this occasion. Perhaps our visit coincided with changes of shift as there seemed to be a number of staff entering and leaving and eating at tables before going 'backstage' in the restaurant.

Good food and service as always. Reasonable prices and a nice atmosphere. Food speedily delivered and hot. We had a lovely evening and will return.

Always enjoy the set menu each month, excellent choice of food and good price. Also wine list has good wine at good prices. Service at Horsham is always excellent too.
