The food and staff were amazing as always our waitress was Magdalena who is a credit to Cotes she was very efficient and courteous.

Lovely to be back at Cote, one of my favourite restaurants and always feel so welcome. The service was excellent and good superb, thank you!!

Enjoyable evening. Sitting at front and noise levels OK. Originally offered table at the back and the noise was really bad. I would not have enjoyed a meal there.

Ordered from set menu and found the food to be hot, well presented and of good quality.

Lovely meal, nice restaurant and service was great with a very friendly, attentive waiter.

Evening started so well, staff very attentive, received our complimentary drink from booking online. Food & wine ordered & starter & main were delicious. But that is where it ends, on finishing our main course, we sat for over 30 mins with our main plates., with no one coming to check or clear our meal. We then moved our dirty plates onto the table next to us, which had been vacated at least 20 mins & hadn’t been cleared. When it was apparent no waiting staff were come over to us, our waiting staff appeared to have disappeared, my friend went to speak with the lady we thought was the duty manager , explained what had happened & asked for our bill. We would have loved to have dessert & coffee , but by this time the moment had past. This is my first poor experience at Cote, always loved my previous visits, with great customer service, what has happened!!!

Food was poorly cooked , not as ordered, discount was given on the bill but as it was our 28th Anniversary meal it ruined the evening. Really disappointed to be honest as It was our first visit after the fire to the restaurant Whether this will be seen by the Cote organisation ?

Excellent food and service. We probably come here twice a month and never had a bad experience!

Cote always manage to maintain a high quality of service and food, even on busy evenings. I'm pleased there was no music as it was quite noisy from general conversations.

Great service - very friendly and attentive. Food was served quickly despite being busy. Very accommodating for my mobility issues. Very impressive how allergies are catered for and the gluten free flags are very good.

The service and the food were very good although it was a little noisy and so a bit difficult to have a conversation

Very busy but greeted as usual with great friendliness and openness. Excellent service and food.

The only critisism I have was that my main course of Seabass was only Luke warm I can only imagine it had been sitting waiting for the rest of the tables orders to be completed before coming to the table. Didn't want to say anything at the time so as not to spoil the occasion for my friends who had travelled a distance and were quite happy with their choices.

Think staff need more training regarding hygiene. Dropping a napkin on the floor and then picking it up to use to hold a plate of food to serve is not acceptable! It would also have been nice if the table had been wiped down between courses.

Côte is always a reliable dining experience, above average for a chain restaurant- Horsham benefits from friendly staff decent food at reasonable prices. The wine list is varied and priced appropriately, we very much enjoyed the Macon villages.

Lovely staff as always but we asked for a break between courses and our was obvious that even though the waitress said this was fine, the food was sat under a heat lamp. Steak was therefore overdone and not very nice

Pleasant welcome; busy restaurant but prompt and friendly service.Good range of options on the menu. Slight problem that soup arrived not properly heated; soon rectified. The remainder of the meal was good for all of us.

Seemed to lack atmosphere today , tables were very close together, I recently ate at the Ivy in Guildford and it is far better..Cote needs to go up a notch !!

As usual meal was very good but as there were several birthday parties etc the service was slow. Staff very apologetic not their fault.

Reservation Saturday 3rd August 2019 @ 7pm. Shortly after being seated I was stung by a wasp just under my left eye. Staff explained they had issues with wasps all day that day. A member of staff informed the manager and he literally shrugged the issue off and offered no customer at all, he did not even check I was ok. The assistant manager however was absolutely amazing, she showed an incredible of care and was genuinely concerned. Her customer service was above and beyond what was expected. Whilst I appreciate the restaurant is limited to what it can do about the wasps, there were basic things that could have been done for example shutting the windows.
