Service excellent and food lovely. No complaints, definitely will return. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Not hurried or made to feel they needed our table soon.

Always very good value. Good selection of food and very well trained and friendly staff. Try the pre 7.00 menu which is even better value. Never disappointed.

Went early on Saturday and there were noisy children. Suggest the beefburger which is only avaliable over the weekend. This is a pity because it has always been excellent

The staff were friendly and the food was great, but I didn't like the food being served across me. The waiter should have walked around to the other side instead of leaning in front of me to serve.

Restaurant Busy so best to book, Nice table in covered garden, Good service, food and drink was fine, but portions very small for the price.

Staff were brilliant. The only complaint was that the chicken was so overcoked that it was dry and tasteless and the mushroom sauce that went with it was very watery.

We have been to lots of different Cotes' and have never had a bad meal. Service excellent and food always delicious. Wish there was one closer to where we live!

Always enjoy this Cote. Staff friendly, Knowledgeable, and professional. This place runs a tight and successful shift. Have recommended to many friends and have taken many friends to other Cotes around London. I would be happy to work for Cote.

This was a celebratory lunch for a very good friend. We had a splendid time. The waitress, who was very attentive, took our photos. The food was fine and so was the champagne!

Excellent service and venue. One of our party arrived late and it was unfortunate that his first course was delayed because of rush of orders just ahead of it. Could it have been fast-tracked?

We ate from the new 3 course which included a glass of house champagne. The restaurant was quieter than usual because it had rained all day but food, service and quality were as good as we expected.

We had a very nice evening, the staff were very attentive. The initial setup for 5 people wasn't comfortable so we were moved to a round table. Unfortunately there was quite a draft from the air-conditioning, which only improved slightly after we asked if it could be turned off. The food was delicious

The location of the Highgate branch is beautiful and we were lucky to have a seat looking out over the high street and entrance to the lovely Waterlow Park. Staff were attentive and pleasant. The menu contained classic French dishes and some more imaginative dishes and the food when it arrived did not disappoint.

Delicious lunch (starter and main from set menu) enjoyed by two adults and one child (Kids menu) in a relaxed atmosphere. It was a shame to have to leave without experiencing dessert as we had to be elsewhere! We'll have to come back again and make sure we give ourselves enough time - one particular offering sounded really appetising - i.e. chocolate mousse!

As always, good food, good service, good price. Great restaurant in a great area, all Cote restaurants are to be recommended- especially this one in Highgate

Standard is well maintained. Good service and friendly. Food good value and varied. All the Cote restaurants are similar. Only once have I had to mention the size of the starter.

Both our respective choices were delicious even though we both chose from the special menu. The dishes were presented in a very attractive way. The prices were surprisingly low including the extras such as Cointreau. We will certainly be making a return visit

Côte is always reliable and the serving staff friendly and efficient. This was my first visit to the Highgate branch and I would definitely recommend it!

Slow service. The food was fine. The restaurant really noisy and as ever very limited veggie options which never change. Really think Cote need to up their game on this one

It was nice and easy to book a table online. The cote brasserie in Highgate has a very large room and is our favourite. The food is always delicious and the staff are very helpful. Beware....There is a 12 and a half % service charge to consider which is automatically put on the bill at the end....

Great food and great service. The fishcakes were excellent and the wine list is quite good. Definitely will return. Great place for friends to eat and relax.

We had a lovely evening. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. We thought the specials available were great - the asparagus in particular was delicious.

Our evening at Cote was a delight. The service level could not be faulted and after spilling my own glass of wine, the immediate attention to clearing the mess was impressive. Our food arrived in sequence and without undue delay. It was as ever of good quality and value. A small criticism. The waiters rarely know who ordered what when serving and have to ask. (unlike The Ivy). From greeting to leaving , the staff were first class. Alan Johns

A very pleasant experience overall - enjoyable food, nice ambience. One minor criticism - our waitress was not on the ball - had to be reminded about a few things, but was very apologetic about it. Perhaps more staff on Friday night? In spite of this we had a nice relaxed evening.

Food is consistent. Service is slow. Not sure if they were understaffed but the servers were all racing around and we had to wait quite a while to give our order. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy so I'm not sure what the issue was.

Wasn't happy with all the salads ordered as there was hardly anything in them but the manager was very polite & apologetic and took something off the bill as good will.

It was a very nice visit to my local Cote Brasserie in Highgate. We had a table at the window as we booked despite the restaurant being extremely busy tonight. The meal excellent. Staff was attentive. We spent a very enjoyable evening.

Great food we had the specials on the June menu. Normally go to Islington branch went to Highgate for a change . Great choice the outside patio area ideal for warm weather. Staff are very accommodating .

Dined on two consecutive Thursdays at 6:45pm for the early-bird specials. The first time I had the tuna pissaladiere followed by the seasonal vegetable risotto. The started was dry and the main was stodgy. On the second occasion my partner had both the same dishes; this time, however, they were one hundred percent better. Consistency is obviously needed in the kitchen...

Good food and service but the first course ( we had ordered soup) had to be sent back as it was lukewarm . It was fine after that.

Great staff and an imaginative menu. The service is slick, fast and friendly. I go often. Cafe Rouge is one star; Cote is FIVE stars!

Regular customers. Sad that standards have dropped. Crab salad bulked up with onions? mint and hardly any crab. Taste masked by everything else. Calamaris tired and I suspect I inherited some pieces not finished by my guest as a starter and re=heated for my second course. Staff still good but disappointing after such a great launch a few years ago. John A.

Great food and top class service - a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The Crab Mayonnaise starter is wonderful. If you are a seafood lover, I would recommend trying this!

The members of staff that looked after us were friendly, helpful and patient. The food was tasty and attractively presented and was surprisingly good value. The wine list was interesting and also suitably priced.

I often eat at branches of Côte. I like the fact there is a wide choice of dishes and the set menu offers good value for money. This time I was lunching with a group of 8 friends and we all found something to our taste. The service was good also.

Lovely restaurant, good food and atmosphere. Staff polite, attentive but not too attentive. Food arrived quickly and hot. Busy restaurant but the tables were not too close together.

We had eaten there earlier in the week and had an excellent meal. Today was nearly as good. We both had the steak which was tough and the chicken salads which one of our guests ate appeared to have no dressing. Service was fine but the food today was a disappointment.
