Lovely Sunday lunch at Cote in Highgate today. Delicious food and excellent service. Look forward to our next visit soon.

Birthday brunch. Some wanting Breakfast and some a la carte. Waiter so professional. Nothing too much trouble. Good food served nicely. A treat.

Service not up to usual high standard, lack of attention to detail

As ever, the food was excellent and the service impeccable. We were with two friends, one of whom is particularly picky about his food (he once complained in another restaurant about having lumps of onion in his French onion soup...), but even he had no complaints. Thanks for a very pleasant evening and a good meal.

We had a delightful family meal on our last night in London - we always enjoy eating at Cote with our children. Our son had mussels, our daughter had the mushroom risotto and my husband and I had the Breton chicken and lamb, all delicious. The food is always very well cooked, the atmosphere buzzy, good service and it’s excellent value for money. Everything you would want from a good neighbourhood restaurant.

I Was welcomed on arrival and given a choice of 3 tables. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the service was very good, nice friendly and helpful staff. food was good ad value for money. I had Onion soup and steak with chips and garlic butter, nicely cooked.

Tonight service was extremely slow. I was really looking forward to it. Others were restless with the service too. Maybe next time will be better

I booked a table for our Sunday meal, when we got to the restaurant, we were able to choose our table. The young Lady who served us helped us to choose our food from the menu. We needed her help, as the names of the dishes are in French. I think they do that just to justify the prices. What made it a great experience was the young lady’s sense of humor. The food and service were good. We look forward to going back again.

This was a return visit to Cote in Highgate after a dreadful experience last time. Emails had been exchanged with the area manager and I let him know that we were coming. We got an extremely warm welcome and the manager, Simona, knew we were coming and also the bad experience we had last time. Couldn't fault it at all this time, both for service and food. I had the crab bisque followed by fish parmentier and both were very tasty. Others in our group had onion soup and steaks, and all were cooked to perfection. Well done Cote for rectifying a terrible experience last time. We will return again.

On arriving we were shown to our table. All the staff were friendly and that made the experience excellent. Food was amazing. So congratulations to everyone, will be going back again.

Professional staff, discreet and efficient. Very nice atmosphere, they know not to interrupt your conversation when serving. Which is usually the worst thing in London restaurants!

Wonderful food. What a treat and surprise when we were served kir royal upon arrival which was on the house. Thank you for helping us celebrate my son's birthday. Will definitely come back soon.

Excellent meal from starter to dessert. The calamari was tender with breading lightly done. Hadn't had pork for an age and this pork loin was delicious. The three of us each had a different dessert; I chose the apple crumble, worrying it might not be crunchy, sweet and juicy , but it was! Thanks very much

The food was very tasty and the service was excellent. My chicken salad was served lukewarm but the problem was dealt with immediately so it did not spoil my lunch.
