terrible from start to finish. bad service, dry food, not up to standard, alround disappointing. wont be go8ng back in a hurry im afraid ....

Great food, even though it was busy we were still served quickly

The food was excellent, service was a little slow but it was Father's day and they were extremely busy,waiters and waitresses were very pleasant and helpful

Accepting that it was "Father`s Day it was extremely busy, the Restaurant was full to overflowing and the service was poor . We had to wait for over half an hour for a cup of tea and forty minutes for our meals. The waiter apologised but obviously understaffed and the kitchen unable to cope with the numbers. We had booked a table and arrived on time. Disappointed!

Always excellent staff who are friendly and welcoming. Great food and great atmosphere. Would always choose Cote for breakfast as it’s good value all round.

Great food although the potatoes were rather lukewarm. Good service considering they were rather busy. The lighting was a bit stark and killed the atmosphere a little but they moved us at our request and it was better but still lacked atmosphere a tiny bit. Nice location and easy to book. Would definitely visit them again!

Terrible service had to ask for tea spoons, cutlery, to pay etc. place was a mess with dirty tables. breakfast was average. not a good experience

Lovely food but there weren’t enough staff to the amount of customers & there were a few mistakes made. Wouldn’t put me off going though as it’s usually great there

We waited nearly 40 minutes for our hot drinks which I had to ask for after our breakfast had been brought to us. Food was average bacon hard. Not as good as before

It was a pleasant evening. The service was a bit slow when it came to desserts but the staff were friendly and did a great job considering how busy it was.

We were happy with the food but not happy with the service. It was very slow and none of the waiters were attentive. I had to wave my arms in the air several times to get someone's attention or had get up. It was very frustrating. Unless improvements are made, I can see Cote Haywards Heath losing business.

Good food. Friendly service. Two smallish slices of toast with crab starter bit mean - lots of crab not enough bread!!! Glasses gin and tonic served in very disappointing !

Very pleasant evening just chose the wrong main with the Veal just not quite to my liking .....but the pudding made up for it .....

It was a very busy Friday night but the staff were all calm, friendly and efficient. The food was up to the usual fresh and delicious quality. Can never go wrong st this Cote.

We had the new prestige set menu at Cote and it were not disappointed. The food quality as always was excellent and the service was efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend Cote.

Our first visit to Cote Haywards Heath and we were very impressed. The food was the usual high standard but the thing we noticed in particular was how extra friendly the staff were. Cote staff are invariably a great bunch but the team at Haywards Heath were incredibly happy, chatty and engaging. It made for a lovely atmosphere and a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We'll be returning.

Great friendly staff, we had to wait a while for our food but the manager noticed this before we did and apologised which was good. The food could have been hotter but the quality was not impaired.

Excellent Ambiance and friendly efficient staff. Main courses ie fish and steak were excellent however starters were disappointing. Asparagus soup thick and needed more cream; Calamari was too thick with breadcrumbs and rather heavy.

Fabulous set lunch. Met my sister and her 7 month old baby! The staff accommodated our needs extremely well.

Very nice décor, attentive staff. Could use more Vegan and vegetarian options although chefs were very accommodating and offered several bespoke options for our vegan diner. I am not sure if this will still be offered at busy times.

Maitre d' obsequious,waiter charming , did not know a chicken salad could be completely tasteless but do now. Will not hurry to go back.Very disappointing.

Good evening with very good service. The meal was pleasant but the pudding of creme caramel was as usual the best course. We sat outside which was great being a warm evening.

The food and service today were excellent as usual. The staff looked after us and didn't mind being asked questions, everyone was very helpful. We will look forward to our next visit.
