As usual an excellent meal, whether your set menu or al la carer you excel. The staff at all Cote’s are so polite and make any meal a wonderful experience and especially your Haywards Heath restaurant we dine here 3/4 times a month. Well done Susan Salliso

Managers great, waiters not interested. Not a great experience. Food average. Not that happy with the experience. Managers were the only thing that made the experience ok.

Lovely dinner as always at Côte Haywards Heath. Dined from the March specials menu, loved the warm prawn salad starter. Excellent service, staff are so friendly!

Absolutely amazing service, food and experience. This is definitely the place to visit, whether visiting for breakfast lunch or dinner. The quality of good is exceptional and value for money. Highly recommended...favourite place to eat in.

We have had better meals previously at Cote. It was very noisy, even the waiter was complaining. Not as impressed as on previous visits.

Staff are always very welcoming, friendly and professional. Food and wine excellent and the atmosphere is very relaxed. A great experience as is always the case with Cote HH.

The staff are excellent. Dealt with issues extremely well. The service is very good. The food I had was disappointing, too oily for me but my husband enjoyed his.

Disappointed we had to wait over half an hour for our starter. Restaurant was not full to capacity- one of the mains that arrived was like warm. We informed the staff and to their credit were very apologetic on behalf of the kitchen. They dealt with it with utmost professionalism so a credit to the establishment. I put it down to a glitch as I have not had any problems with other Côte Brasserie’s.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunchtime meal with you. Your staff were most efficient and friendly. Our 7 month old had a child seat, menu and colouring pad and pencils.. We recommend this restaurant as one of the best in Haywards Heath..

Slow service. Two very different versions of same dish. Think mine had been reheated from before as was so dry. No knifes on table. Dirty table , dirty glass. Will not be rushing back.

Truly excellent food, exceptional value as an added bonus, in addition to very good champagne served by the glass!

My steak was so chewy I could hardly eat it and three people in our party had burgers and they were all over cooked, dry and plain. Very disappointing.

We love coming to Cote I Hayward’s Heath. It really was our first choice for our wedding anniversary celebration, but really, we come here all the time because we know it’s great. And the reasons it’s great is because of the people. Tosh who runs the ship along with Mark, Eden and tonight’s waiter Gabor. It’s like coming to meet lovely friends. We are well looked after - every time. Agonising choice of what to eat and the environment is relaxed and yet always busy. I can’t recommend this restaurant more highly. The best place to eat in Hayward’s Heath.

Went for breakfast. Lovely food and a nice restaurant. However it was let down by the service which was rather patchy today. Orders took so long we genuinely thought we had been forgotten.

I’d just like to say thank you to the staff at Haywards Heath for remembering I’d requested a gluten free menu without having to be reminded. It was also my mother in law’s birthday and she was given a free drink which was a very nice touch and she really appreciated it. It’s attention to little details which make customers return. Apart from being seated near the bar which was a noisy area, we really enjoyed our lunch and my mother in law had a lovely day.

Superb food and outstanding service. Made a good evening into a really special one. Thank you to all staff. One suggestion I would like to add, however, is that a 12.5% "optional" gratuity was automatically added to the bill. I would prefer this to be my choice both to add, and the value I add. I felt 12.5% was above the national average and should not be pushed onto people.

My mother in law and partner came for mothers day breakfast yesterday! I ordered the French breakfast and my partner had the full English. It was the best black pudding I have had. Was so yummy. The breakfasts tasted great. However, the service could have been a bit quicker with drinks being served. On 2 occasions i needed to grab the attention of another waiter, which ended up being a error on our bill at the end. Of course this was all resolved. Will certainly be returning for breakfast again. Oh and delightful sparkling wine! Would love to know which one it was. Thanks for making my mothers day morning so enjoyable and off to a great start!

As always at Cote Brasserie restaurants, we were unanimous in agreeing the meal was first class. The service was also excellent, and it was great value for money.

We went to Cote Haywards Heath for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We found that the food was excellent and the service impressively good. We will definitely go back.

Sadly we had to wait too long for our main courses. After I chased them up they arrived and we were given our desserts for free which was nice but I was a shame we had to wait as free desserts dont mean much to hungry children. I am also not convinced our chicken was cooked properly. But staff nice and friendly as always and rest of the food was good.

Maintaining consistency of great food and friendly helpful staff. As usual we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and complementary cocktail was a nice touch to the occasion.

As usual the food and service were excellent, the staff are also very friendly and attentive and as our main course was slightly delayed we had a discount given on the bill even though we didn’t ask for it or expect it, excellent customer service.

As a repeat customer, the food is consistently good as is the service but we waited slightly longer than usual yesterday for service and for our food. Not long enough to warrant complaining but just an observation that the service is usually very fast but yesterday was average at best. As it was Sunday we just had another coffee and enjoyed the company. We will definitely be back another day.

Service was excellent. Friendly relaxed atmosphere. I had a complaint about my steak. This was dealt with speedily and professionally. My meal was replaced immediately.

We sat outside on a sunny Good Friday morning. The breakfast was wonderful, can’t fault anything and the service was efficient and cheerful ..... the toilets (I judge restaurant management on the loos) were immaculate.

2nd visit in a week (food was that good). Great service as always. Our waitress recommended a really great wine to go with the delicious pork belly. Prestige menu great value. Looking forward to our next visit.

The decor was pleasant and there was a lively atmosphere. Plenty of choice on an extensive menu, good food and friendly service. Definitely worth a return visit.

Tosh and his team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble... same as they have been for the last few years. We continue love coming to the restaurant! Well done on having a great team all working together to ensure their customers have a lovely time.

We love Cote Brasserie, we have been to Horsham many times, Exeter twice and now Haywards Heath. And had a great meal at all of them. Good well cooked and presented food. Staff very friendly and helpful. You won’t be disappointed!
