Côte Haywards Heath

Nice venue and very attentive staff. Only small criticism is when my main arrived I wa a disappointed in that the quantity of the main item was very small. I was not looking for a whole plateful but the main part of the meal was tiny. I provided this feedback at the time and the staff listened and also offered a free dessert.

Excellent evening.Great restaurant,fantastic food (as always) Recommending to everyone. Will definitely visit again very soon as well as the Cote in Brighton and Horsham. The food was outstanding.

Restaurant was packed, but the service was exceptional. The waiter was superb, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend it.

It was my birthday - lovely free drinks arrived without a word from waiter. He was obsequious (sp?) and the staff looked run off their feet. Good food though

Greeted by a very warm welcome (as always) - the restaurant is certainly a cut above the others in Haywards Heath. Food excellent and value for money.

Good value for money, excellent service and great atmosphere. Each visit I intend to try something different but always get drawn to the steak as it's amazing.

Good - but a noisy table with a 91 year old isn't great and while the waitress was lovely, the place seemed understaffed. Nice food tho.

Arrived at 6.30pm. Not too busy. Service & food were very good. As it got busier the noise element was quite loud & service slowed down. Overall food quality very good, enjoyable night. We thought the added 12% service charge a bit steep on a small table of 4, so declined & offered a tip to waitress that served us. We will go back again as good quality always good. Best to pick a time when not so busy tho for better service & being able to hear one another talk. !!

Excellent service and food. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely go there again. Only problem is "where to park" but we were lucky on this occasion.

Waiting personel were very efficient and friendly. Food was hot and well presented but lacking a little in taste. Lack of choice of beers or ciders if you don't drink wine or lager.

Great authentic French food at prices that are affordable to all. They offer a 'Parisian' style Steak Frites for £10.95 which has to be a real bargain.

Good quality food, with a wide choice, at very reasonable prices,in comfortable surroundings and served by pleasant staff. Having been to the Haywards Heath restaurant a number of times as well as Exeter and Tunbrige Wells the standard and quality was consistent in every meal taken. Throughly recommended.

Lovely food! service tailed off a little towards end of night - think our waiter had clocked off and no one took over our table!

Great vibe on a buzzy Friday night, excellent service and perfect brasserie food! Côte is by far the best restaurant in Haywards Heath and I highly recommend it.

food was very good, service was also good though the complementary kir royales were included on the bill and we had to draw the staff's attention to that. All dealt with efficiently and pleasantly.

Excellent friendly service - quality of food at all the 10 or more Cote meals I have experienced at three different establishments have been consistent, very good and reasonable value.

Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly service and good food. Fresh mint tea a little expensive considering it's just a sprig of mint in hot water! Enjoyed our complimentary Kir Royale!

Chapeau. Excellent service. Good menu at reasonable prices. Attentive service without being overbearing. Recommended. Good atmosphere. Lively without being too noisy. Will be back soon.

Cote - Haywards Heath. I always look forward to dining at Cote. Great food, service and ambience, makes for a lovely lunch and dinner with friends.

Great service by very friendly and helpful staff, the food is excellent with generous portions, don't miss the creme brulee or chocolate mousse which are equally scrummy!

Great value food, as usual. The waiters are always so pleasant and fun. This is now our favourite Cote and we have tried six others.

Slow to greet and show to table Duck was cold and returned to kitchen twice, though we appreciated we were not charged for this !

Haywards Heath is my favourite Côte restaurant. The staff are always friendly and the food is great. I particularly like the veggie breakfast and the formule deal.

Most enjoyable and good value. Four of us ate a variety of dishes all of which were of good quality. We have eaten at Côte Brasserie on quite a few occasions and except for once in May we have always enjoyed the food.

Excellent high quality and plenty of choice of food and drinks. Efficient friendly staff. Highly recommend. This restaurant never disappoints. Look forward to returning very soon!

Very attentive staff without being too intrusive, also good food. Would be able to recommend to anyone without hesitation. The restaurant also has a very good ambience.

Slow service. Waitress was lovely though. Ordered Salmon with Hollandaise sauce ( was more like a butter) and had a strange taste. Also ordered 'pavlova' ( filled meringue) was actually fruit in a glass with a meringue on top, more like an Eton mess, so slightly disappointing

Cant fault the food but considering there was only about 16 customers it took a very long time to receive the wine we had ordered and we had a long wait to order food.

One of my favourite go-to restaurants. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is superb, but the food was a little slow to appear on this occassion. I'll be going back though :)

All the staff were friendly and efficient. There was a lively atmosphere in the restaurant and the food was great, especially the flaming Grand Marnier Crepe!

Good food and service. Never have agreed with the addition of the optional 12.5% service charge. Why don't they just alter their prices to reflect a decent salary for their staff rather than relying on tips?

As usual the service and food was excellent. We all enjoyed the complimentary Kir Royal. Really appreciated the aircon with the temperature in the high twenties.

Food was like a neighbourhood restaurant in France - not fancy, just tasted good. Good selection of wine, and friendly and efficient service. Well worth a visit.

Friday and attentive staff. Nice ambience on a lovely sunny day with the windows wide open. Menu has a nice choice of dishes and the salads were really enjoyable with a lovely dressing. Fresh and made to order.

Very pleasant time, excellent service, good food although not as hot as it should have been, nice atmosphere, for anybody over six feet tall the seating for a couple is very limited in leg room, and cramped.

We visited Cote Brasserie,in the Broadway,Haywards Heath,West Sussex for lunch. On our arrival we greeted by a member of staff and selected our own table. The service and food were excellent.

The new vegetarian menu was excellent. Please promote it more as we had to ask.... Between the 6 of us we tried everything! Non vegetarian customers will also love it;)

Lovely little restaurant, me and my friends had a most enjoyable evening and will def be back! Fish pie for main was to die for.

Wifes birthday lunch and had a fantastic visit again ..staff were lovely ( sang happy birthday) food was really great . Breaded chicken was outstanding ( though glad i ordered a side) sat outside and atmosphere was just perfect.

Duck a little overdone. Some nonsense about insistence of the local council officer! Otherwise, perfect as always. Serve good, asparagus great, dessert wonderful. Bye for now
