Côte Haywards Heath

Due To horsham Côte being closed for past few months I've missed my weekly visits to a Côte restaurante son delighted to dine at Haywards Heath tonight to find the same high standards remain.

Charming female staff,overfamiliar mail waiting staff. Most of food quite good however I hope the mushroom sauce was from a jar as it was revolting.

Lovely restaurant but unfortunately the service let it down tonight. We had to wait ages for our main. Several apologies later & a couple of bottles of fizz and all was good.

Nice ambience, service passable, annoying 12.5% service charge added automatically for a party of only 4. Brasserie food was just as expected, would go again.

Good service and never felt rushed. Food was really good as well. Been there many times now and I never feel disappointed after I have left

King Prawns a bit flat and not really tasty. Halibut pleasant but a bit overcome by the sauce. Complimentary water was not chilled, replaced with another a bit cooler.

Lovely meal, great service. Surprise birthday candle was presented to our daughter with her dessert. We always have a good time and good food. Thank you.

A warm and efficient welcome as always in this branch of Cote, and a very good deal as part of the Rewards programme (long may it continue!). Good starters and puds (the chocolate pot is a real winner), but the main courses were a little below the usual high standards: the chicken breasts needed more careful butchery to avoid unpleasant mouthfuls of bone and cartilage.

Booking and pre-ordering was very easy and meant our food arrived quickly. Our only suggestion being the main course food could have been hotter. The restaurant was spacious and not too noisy.

I love Cote, the atmosphere is great, the food is wonderful and our waiter was fantastic! The only niggle is, it gets so noisy you can hardly hear your conversation. It might be the flooring. Overall tho, fantastic!

Lovely food and excellent service. A really enjoyable evening. It was my daughter’s 16th birthday and the staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming.

Good service. Breton stew excellent. Wife enjoyed the risotto. Wine choice good and reasonably priced. Watch out for the service charge already added to the bill.

Excellent food as ever, excellent service, lovely ambience and not noisy. All branches I have tried have similarly high standard of service , attentive, not intrusive, and very beautifully served food of the highest standard.

Great service and warm welcome from the staff at Cote, Haywards Heath. Food was brilliant, we all had the lunch 3 course menu and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The best meal I’ve had at any Cote: the cote de boeuf (for 2 people) was excellent and perfectly cooked. The crepe au grand marnier was fun! Very charming service. Cote seems to be flourishing in Haywards Heath - a full house on a Tuesday night; they must be doing a lot right!

My dining experience with Côte was excellent, as usual. Only once have I had a problem and it was rectified immediately and I wasn't charged. Côte is my favourite restaurant to meet up with friends for lunch.

The food and service was excellent with a lovely warm atmosphere - lots of choice food wise infact too many delicious things to choose from! We will return very soon

Very enjoyable meal in pleasant surroundings, served by attentive and friendly staff. Our first visit, but I’ll certainly be coming again. Atmosphere busy, but not too noisy.

Great meal and very reasonable prices at Haywards Heath Cote Brasserie. Very friendly and helpful waiting staff. Will definitely be back and will reccomend to friends.

Excellent service and of course great food. Good atmosphere too. We booked this for my birthday and had free Kir Royales thrown in which was a lovely treat.

We were quickly and promptly shown to a good table, the ordering, service and attention were very good and the amount and quality of the food was excellent

Warm welcome to us and our guests--- food was, as usual very good. Our guests had not been before and were very surprised at how busy the place was, and also at how friendly the staff were.

Friendly, pleasant staff and tasty food. The circular table for 6 was great - it made things more sociable for a party of friends. As always, good value for money as the lunchtime special menu has good choice and is a reasonable price. My one bugbear is the 12.5% 'optional' gratuity added to the bill. I am happy to pay 10% additional for good service, but I think 12.5% is unnecessarily high.

Good service friendly staff food was well presented. Some of our friends were late so we ordered first so when our friends did arrive the staff arranged it that all the mains arrived together I was very impressed.

I expected a bottle of 'cremant' if I ordered the Christmas menu for two people but was told this was only available during the evening providing there were four people dining. So we didn't get off to a good start. I'm not sure that your advert for this offer was entirely clear. However our meal as usual was good both the quality of food and the service. I paid full price for a bottle of 'cremant' and the total lunch bill was £95 +

We were served a Cote de Beauf which was rather tough. The manager dealt with the problem and without hesitation we were served two delicious rib eye steaks. What could have been disaster was a triumph....

I had a steak & fries which was very nice & my wife had 2 courses of the early evening menu for £11.50p which she enjoyed & thought it excellent value for money.

Had a great meal as usual. Best place on the Broadway for us.

Tasty food, good service, great value. We all enjoyed our evening at Cote and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The specials were all very yummy!

Due to the rain curtailing our afternoon we arrived an hour early but were immediately seated in the restsaurant. Servie and food were excellent as usual

Fab service from all the team members at Hayward’s Heath branch . The restaurant was inviting and warm. The breakfast menu there was plenty of choice and service was quick.

We should have read the t&c as we did not receive our free bottle of wine as it was only Monday to Friday Staff were very good and gave us a glass each to compensate

We have had a brilliant evening at Cote Brasserie - Haywards Heath. There were six of us eating to celebrate my daughters 25th Birthday. The staff looked after us really well, we had dropped a cake in earlier on in the day, and they brought the lit cake out after we had finished our main course, and gave Olivia a complimentary flute of Champagne. A fantastic evening, good food, drinks, company and staff. Thank you all very much.

We had a warm welcome and good service. We both had sea bass which was delicious. My friend had the Praline crepe which looked amazing. I ordered the Grand Marnier crepe which was on the November special list. Unfortunately this was a real disappointment. Apart from my desert the meal was very enjoyable and reasonable.

Excellent as always, the staff are always so attentive and the food tastes amazing. Frequent visitor to this rewstaurant and we have never had any issues. Simple the best

The food was really delicious and they have a nice menu. Reasonably priced too. The restaurant was very hot though and I didnt think we received great service....then they added 12.5% on to the bill autmonatically, which I really disagree with! Overall nice though and will be back

The service was excellent and everyone had a good evening. The food was superb. We would certainly visit again thank you. One of our party had a small accident with a bowl of peas which was quickley cleared and a replacement brought to the table -well done.

Good food with friendly service. Gluten_free menu is wide enough to allow choices so that those of us with coeliac disease don't have to have the same thing every visit. All in all a very pleasant place to eat.

Excellent service and delicious food in a very convivial atmosphere. We have visited the restaurant on numerous occasions and each time have found consistently high standards.

We are frequent visitors to Cote in Haywards Heath. As always, the food was very good, and the service second to none. Will be returning again soon.

Manager and staff very helpful breakfast excellent except for scrambled eggs which were over seasoned with pepper.We like the restaurant and will return again hoping the chef will adjust the amount of pepper!

Wonderful service and very friendly which is why we like coming here. Had to ask for small plates as had none offered when we had bread and again when the shared starter came.

I am a regular customer and my visit was very good as usual. Pleasant staff and delicious food served on hot plates which I love. Cant bear cold food would highly recommend.
