Excellent service and food was delicious. We all ate from the Christmas lunch menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend. Wine was great at an affordable price too.

Booking system is efficient. Staff are friendly and efficient but not intrusive. Food is fairly priced and delicious. It would be nice to have new menu options from time to time

Always a great place for a short notice full English breakfast. Staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive and the food is excellent value for money.

The reason for 4 stars is because this visit was not as good as first time when I visited Cote, didn't feel Christmas atmosphere at all inside, food this time wasn't too great even though it was the same fish and chips as fries were really like left over so disappointed but giving you the 4 stars for staff making effort to make the visit worth it. I think I won't try again here.

My husband and I always enjoy our visit to our local Cote. However, our recent visit to celebrate my husband's birthday was spoilt for him because his lamb rump was not up to its normal excellent standard. He reported it to a member of the very attentive staff and the matter was dealt with to his total satisfaction. We will still happily continue to visit this restaurant.

Staff always good. Polite , helpful and friendly. Food was good too. Just a bit noisy this evening. Christmas dinners starting already? I have eaten here a lot. Never disappointing .

Great choice of food and wine from the menu. We enjoyed the food and they took my allergy information into account. The cassoulet had seemingly been warmed for too long and was a little dried out, but they offered another. Nice atmosphere and helpful staff.

We had an enjoyable evening with good service. I ordered the Chicken and Walnut Salad, the chicken was lovely and tender and lots of lettuce and spinach unfortunately not much else only found 2 walnuts!

As always great food and atmosphere, took advantage of the set lunch menu and it is well worth a visit, as we all had a great lunch for just over £50.

Always great for Formule breakfast - superb value for money. The breakfasts are very filling with a great choice. No need to eat again all day.

Great breakfast , food lovely and hot coupled with friendly and efficient service . Particularly recommend the sausage or bacon baguette . Nite that Côte do not do any coupon deals

Lovely food as usual from any branch of Cote. Staff very busy but still managed to serve us. One young lady (name not known) was super and very helpful (she had dark hair!!).

Food quality and atmosphere always reliable and table service excellent. Food delivery today very slow but compensated for by good-natured staff and free large glass of wine. Cote remains our favourite chain restaurant.

As usual, the setting, ambiance and service was good - but very disappointed in the substantial increase in the price of the Early Bird menu.

Restaurant was clean and there was a nice welcome. Service was mainly good. Atmosphere pleasant. Food can only be described as excellent would go again.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, great fun friendly staff and delicious food. Always have the creme caramel as it’s just delicious. The lunch/early evening menus is fabulous value for money.

Great dining experience. Met just inside Restaurant and greeted by name. Shown to a table and coats taken. Attentive, friendly staff so many lovely dishes to choose from. Delicious food and reasonably priced too! I’ll be back soon.

What lovely place to enjoy lunch with good friends and a large choice of meals on the set menu and daily menu. We will certainly return to repeat the experience.

The food and service was, as usual, exactly what was expected. Lovely meal.

Service a little delayed, but food quality and preperation up to Cotes usual high standard. Staff very welcoming .although they were experiencing problems behind the scenes. This will not deter my wife and I from visiting as frequently as we do as every concern has problems from time to time.

As always Cotes delivered on every aspect from good food, excellent customer service, nice environment speedy delivery of meals and good prices, we are lucky to have a Cotes restaurant in Haywards Heath.

Disappointing meal at cote last night. It was a full restaurant and given a table for 2 with no privacy and in a draft so asked to move which was arranged reluctantly. Still added on 12.5% service charge.

we were a table of 6 which we booked from Dublin. We were at least 20 minutes late and made the call in advance and there were no problems with this. One of the party was in a wheelchair. He was accommodated very well. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced and good variety of food on offer. Service was a little slow. Staff were courteous and competent. All in all - no problems here and I would recommend this restaurant. Ted from Dublin

Service really poor. Table booked for 8pm. Finally got our main meals at 10.15 pm . We kept being told it was on it's way which clearly it wasn't I couldn't eat my meal. We finally left at 11. 15 pm as it took that long for deserts and coffee. I was in tears. Ruined what was meant to be a nice family meal for my birthday.

This was our first time in Cote in Haywards Heath, having been regulars at Cote in Lewes. We were treating a friend and had a very pleasant evening. Food was up to the same excellent standard, service was good, but it was noisier than the Lewes Cote.

We went for lunch (2 adults and a child) and we felt there was little interest in serving us promptly or making sure we had a good meal. Prices were high and the food was below the standard expected for that price structure. I ordered haddock with spinach and potatoes. When it arrived the dish had clearly been kept hot, so that the fish was dry and over-cooked. There was no spinach on the plate, and apparently none in the kitchen. I was given peas later, and the cost of the dish was taken off the bill, along with two desserts, so obviously the restaurant felt they had let us down. We hoped for a nice lunch time experience, but it was dreary, and way short of what we expect from Cote.

Well cooked breakfast. Very courteous and pleasant staff who made a birthday breakfast a very special occasion and sent us out of the restaurant with a smile on our faces,

Yet another lovely evening at Cote, Haywards Heath. Great food, great service & a wonderful atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed the new October Menu. The best restaurant on the high street. Look forward to our next visit.

Great meal, great atmosphere. We have never been disappointed with Cote. The staff are unfailingly cheerful and polite. What’s not to like! We’ll be back soon

Really good food and service - and good price too for the Early Bird supper! Feel the soft drinks are quite expensive, but appreciate the free water provided to supplement the soft drinks we had. thanks!

have been here many times,and this was the first time that I was disapointed.Ordered veal,it was full of gristle so the waitress took it back to the kitchen and returned offering me a replacement,but the chef said that the fault was running through the whole piece of meat so suggested I had something else instead.Which I agreed to and had Lamb.Havin g been in the hospitality business I know these things happen.The waiters were very apoligetic and the veal and the lamb were no charged.Its still a fabulous place to go,and I will be going back again

Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was good with the exception of a very stodgy, nearly tasteless mushroom risotto which my friend really should have sent back Overall a nice evening though

As always a very enjoyable eating experience with my friends for a great night out. Sat outside. This is always a bonus in the summer months.

a disappointing visit:- one meal was chicken, which was cold in the middle and had to go back. Another, the lamb was good, but the vegetables were too highly salted. However, puddings and staff were great, and the meal that had to be sent back was dealt with well.

Staff, food and ambience excellent Yet again the menu did not disappoint , the combination of ingrediNiants are appropriate for time of year and very nicely presented. The location and the standard of cleanliness was tip top, all the staff were attentive , polite and very well presented. A most enjoyable lunch-thank you.
