Lovely food, well presented and friendly helpful staff. Air conditioned restaurant which was an absolute must on todays 36 degree heatwave! Good value lunch deals!

The staff are always wonderful at Cote. The food and wine were delicious. Very relaxing atmosphere.

As a real fan of Cote i was extremely disappointed with the very slow food delivery.Wimbledon Cote is a very busy place but can deliver on time so Haywards Heath Cote needs to improve greatly.

Food came very quickly which was good in some respects (we were hungry!), it didn't feel rushed at all but we were in and out fairly quickly. Tasted amazing, after mixed experiences at different Cote restaurants in the past. I cannot fault it.

Superb breakfast, quality food and service excellent, which is what I have come to expect and which is always delivered in this Cote Brasserie.

A really wonderful dining experience at Cote Haywards Heath branch. The service was really excellent and we were made to feel really welcome. I had the mushroom crepes and my friend had the veal - both excellent. We also ordered coupe noir and chocolate mousse, again delicious. Thank you!

On a busy road (if sitting outside) but excellent food & service from the Cote team again. Vichyssoise (cold) was a very good starter.

Excellent meal as always from Cote team. Vichyssoise (cold) in particular was fresh and refreshing. The outside seating at the front took advantage of the sunny weather.

We like Cote as a chain, but this first visit to the Haywards Heath one was disappointing. Service was polite but inattentive, and the food - fishcakes - was less tasty than Cote’s food elsewhere.

Thought the service was slow despite not being that busy. Portion sizes were small and unfilling. Wine was nice.

We received a very genuine, sincere and warm welcome. It was not the usual team, new faces, I understand the manager on duty is from Brighton restaurant. The staff are efficient and professional. We had made a booking but were still able to chose where we wished to sit.

Ashley, my server was a delight. Very accommodating and pleasant. New menu was delicious, shame there is still no tuna carpaccio on the menu this year so far...please bring it back. Thank you. A lovely meal

As Cote regulars at Windsor and Brighton, this is our fifth visit to Hayward’s Heath.....this was our worst Cote experience. Slow service, lack of communication with the customers, out of stock of haddock goujons, an hour before the mains arrived, didn’t bother with deserts due to time. Asking twice for the bill....we nearly walked out without paying. The staff knew that there were problems, but it came as a surprise to the manager! I gave her feedback and in view of everything she didn’t charge us for our meal. A kind gesture but we would have preferred our normal Cote super meal and paid.

Had a lovely meal here, we did have to send our mains back as they were cold, however the staff could not be more professional with how they dealt with this. For me i judge a restaurant on the food and service - and the way the deal with compliments as well as complaints and here they excelled. I would return and recommend this to anyone. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Unbelievable service shown by Wael, the stand in manager from Chichester. He recognised the table next to us was very noisy and without a word from us, offered to move us. All the staff were fantastic. Unfortunately two of us had steak frites which is normally delicious but on this occasion was dry and over cooked. However Wael immediately rectified the situation.

We had an excellent meal and the house champagne was delicious.

Always a pleasure. Never fails to impress. Excellent cuisine.

a really lovely evening spent at Cote, Haywards Heath. our waitress was delightful. The complimentary G&T's were spot on, lobster and all other dishes were delicious and the complimentary birthday cake was a special and welcome surprise. thank you very much.

Lovely warm welcome and a choice of table. Our waitress was very accommodating when one of our party was running late, there was no hurrying us out after our lovely lunch, and delicious coffee. Will certainly be back

As usual very good, apart from the under done beans, however quickly rectified. Waiting time slightly slower than usual.

Still our favourite restaurant. Ambience consistently good. We had the asparagus then omelette, excellent!

As usual our experience was excellent. the staff were all attentive and efficient, our meal was delicious and great value. What more could you ask?

Wonderful staff, very attentive but not over the top. Food was very high standard and delicious in every way. Sitting outside was just as sophisticated as inside. We will return.

We were a party of five and experienced a couple of problems with the meal, which is most unusual for this restaurant. A wrong main meal was delivered and the duck confait was over cooked. However, these problems were dealt with expertly and efficiently by the person in charge and we were completely satisfied with the outcome. His manner and attitude were exemplary.

Food late coming out but didn't mind too much as we were acknowledged and apologised to for wait. muscles were a bit hit and miss as some of them seemed lacking in meat. But overall experience very good due to waiter.
