Nice environment, well trained staff, excellent menu, well cooked food. Most enjoyable as always. Not sure why I have to add another 11 words, I have said all I needed to say.

Hello, meant to say in my last review if having the full English make sure you order the ‘formulae’ or if wanting something a little lighter the French breakfast (think brioche eggy bread + fruits - both yummy👍👍

Too noisy. Probably due to the low ceilings. But not good having to shout to make yourself heard.

Best place in Harrogate for a breakfast deal. Coffee, juice and a cooked breakfast for ~£10!!

Made to feel very welcome very helpful staff and a superb meal could not be faulted in any way we would certainly recommend and will use again.

Lovely atmosphere with low lighting giving an intimate feel to the place. Helpful & obliging staff. There was a choice on the menu. The food was very tasty.

Booked at short notice but great table on a busy night. Food and service good initially but as staff disappeared towards the end of service for a bit patchy hence a point lost.

Starters are very good and the main courses are also tasty and well presented. However the portion size of the main course is small and the addition of a couple of new potatoes would be welcome. I feel that you are encouraged to buy extra sides as the main meal is so small.

The food was of a good standard. Service was also good. The seating is such that you're just a little too close to the table. So on a Saturday night when it's very busy it's difficult to hear and you have to raise your voice quite a bit. I also found the drinks menu a little limited. They only stocked one gin and it was served with a single piece of ice and lemon. That's not a gin! Just a few missing touches that would've have made the night a little more enjoyable. That said the wine menu was reasonable.

Very good service and friendly staff always plenty of choice on the menus . My sister and I going to the one in Leeds this afternoon .

Well there’s nothing much you can say about go to Harrogate and then it’s excellent visited many times and always enjoyed it. Staff always appear happy and helpful service is very good.

Poor quality warm white wine in cheap glasses.Hot food served on cold plates.Half empty restaurant lacking in atmosphere.Better service and restaurants elsewhere.Won't be dining there again.

Our food was quite good, however the Children’s sausages were very well done almost burnt. My young Granddaughter was not told that the Crumble dish was very hot by the waiter. I knew as I have had it at this Cote. Our service was not marvellous and it sadly let our meal slow. Sadly this branch of Cote is not the same as others I have been to, which is quite disappointing too.

Excellent food and really excellent customer service. The waitress could not have been better. The menu choice is was varied and everything my wife and I chose was perfect.

We had a great evening. Lovely food and friendly service - efficient but did not feel rushed. We definitely be back. Great value too. Only fault is how far away the toilet is...... quite a trek for a heavily pregnant lady!

Always great food and a good atmosphere at Cote in Harrogate and our last visit was no exception. Perfectly cooked salmon and rib eye steak and, of course, the French onion soup is always a winner

Lovely food as always with friendly attentive staff. Easy on road parking too after 6pm. The free wine deal is, of course, too good to miss.

The food and wine were good and the waitress very polite and helpful. Also appreciated the complimentary Kir Royals for my birthday. A very pleasant evening.

Very good service as ever at Cote and food all good. Only downside this visit was that atmosphere was not as intimate as usual as we were adjacent to birthday party of about 20 people.

Great restaurant, staff really friendly, moules were great! Atmosphere relaxed and not pretentious will be coming back soon! Moules, frites, Diet Coke, water and a starter happily consumed

Good as always lovely and warm on a cold night. Staff friendly and welcomed us back.My husband thought his steak had been cooked awhile flabby. Mine was fine.

As always this was perfect for a late Sunday lunch. The food, we both had crab mayonnaise followed by steak which were all excellent. The staff are attentive without being in your face all the time. We highly recommend Cote and breakfasts are very good too!

Good service, food good, free water! Which is refreshing! Would definitely go there again. Perhaps the food could be elevated by not being pre-prepared then heated to order.

Friendly staff who are polite and not pushy. The food is always good, though I always have my same favourite starter! There is a nice atmosphere, although it sometimes can be a bit noisy for we old folk! We very much like Cote!

After many visits, the duck breast remains excellent,fully on a par with restaurants in France. Service is friendly, but not intrusive. One quibble - not all red wine is best at room temperature as labels suggest e.g. 16 to 18 degrees. Prices are also sensible.

Food excellent, waitress very attentive gave us plenty of time to look at the menu and order when we were ready. With no pressure We had a very pleasant evening thank you.

Had a lovely meal. Wonderful waiters as always. Cant fault it and the set menu is a bargain price too Will be returning again soon.

We love going to Cote for a late lunch when it is less crowded. We really enjoyed the latest monthly specials .

Food and service were good but spoiled by the high prices and 12.5% gratuity that is added to the bill. Good job the wine was free for signing up to newsletter.

We visit cotes quite a lot never disappoints food wine and service always good we come as a couple with family or friends we will definitely be back

Cote now has a "premium" fixed price menu - 2 courses for £15.95 in addition to its normal 2 courses for £10.95 menu. Still really good value. Food and service is very good every time we go here. Lots of choice of traditional French dishes done well

Lovely venue; first class food on each (of three) courses. Authentic "French" feel to the dishes and décor and a good wine list. Would definitely recommend !!
