Food was great as was the service. Signed up for a free bottle of wine but forgot to book online - just had to do that and no problem. Would highly recommend - food was beautifully prepared and tasted great. We sat outside so it was quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Harrogate but were disappointed that the cost of our “free” Pampelle Spritz appeared on the bill. This mistake was soon rectified & the manager apologised profusely. Unfortunately we were also overcharged for drinks when we visited Esher recently, you need to do better.

The only complaint about the service was that in spite of the place being virtually empty we had to wait for food and our white wine was nearly at room temperature before we got an ice bucket and I had to fetch it myself.

Disappointing to find our first two choices for a main course meal where not available. One would expect a restaurant chain of this scale to be able to get its stock control right. Belly pork and lamb are both popular choices on most menus. Also don’t like the automatic addition of a 12.5% service charge added to the bill when clearly we could not get what we wanted. One feels uncomfortable to challenge this.

A very enjoyable meal in a relaxed and comfortable environment. There was a good choice of menu, with many traditional French dishes with a modern twist.

First class meal and service ,far and away exceeded expectations.

Starter of prawn gratin was cold - we sent it back and it came hit, but with just prawns and no croutons. Main course good, but after 9pm the service disappeared and we were eating next to the off duty staff sitting adjacent and chatting amongst themselves. Disappointing overall.

Lovely environment, superb service by lovely staff who really seem to care about their customers, amazing value early evening set menu. Can't believe I've never been to Cote before.

I'm not a fan of "chain" restaurants but Côte is the exception . The food and staff were both lovely as usual. Really enjoyed the Pampelle spritz.

Enjoyable evening. Gluten free choice is excellent. However French onion soup was not as good as usual. Lack of cheese and not hot. Had to send back dessert as it was incorrect then it was advertised as raspberry and came out with strawberries which I cannot eat so had to put to one side.
