Great food and service! Loved the creamed spinach and a great early bird offer.

Food and service are usually excellent though the food on this visit was nothing special and the service was really slow. Slightly disappointed as it was my birthday but cote didn’t live up to expectations this visit.

Very disappointed having taken a friend saying how good it is in London only to have to repeat my order three times and have my friend brought the wrong food which we had to except as we were on a time deadline. Was offered a free desert I think they should have taken my friends main course of the bill as it was not what he ordered.

Steaks not cooked as requested. Chips overly cooked; returned, and then under-cooked chips instead. Ended up eating meal one ingredient at a time. Served by new staff who are not up to the standard of your usual staff.

Another fabulous meal at Cote in Harrogate! Service was great, fabulous choice of wines and we ate from the prestige menu and every course was delicious. I was with 2 friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience.., we will be back again :-)

This restaurant is becoming one of our favourite go to places to eat. The food is exceptional, ambience great and the staff are friendly and helpful, this comes whether you eat from the set menus or al a carte- all excellent. I would definitely recommend you giving this restaurant a go if you are in Harrogate.

The food was amazing! The atmosphere was superb! The waiter was a super nice romanian guy named Costi. Me and my husband celebrated our wedding anniversary and we had a super day with complimentary kir royal and a nice jazz music in the background! Good job guys! Thank you for making us feel amazing! We will return very soon!

A fabulous evening. Being gluten free the fabulous extensive menu is so wonderful and makes an evening out so much easier and a pleasure. The chef pulled out all the stops. He even made a buckwheat pancake with praline sauce which was 😋 delicious. The staff were very good and service excellent!

I don’t normally review but our experience was so good I’m breaking my habits! Excellent food and service, a real treat. Plenty of gluten free options even on a set menu and staff who understand allergies made me feel safe and relaxed, thank you!

Another excellent evening with great food, friendly and efficient service. We look forward to our next visit.

We went on a rainy Saturday for a pre cinema supper. We were shown quickly to a quiet table and our order was taken promptly. We shared bread and olives for starters; house red absolutely fine; excellent steak and good pork belly. All served at reasonable pace, but not rushed. Service courteous. Ambience little bit noisy, but fine. A slightly more expensive option than Zizzis where we often go, but better quality, and we felt good value.

The food was delicious as usual. The table was one I would not like again as it was right next to a curtain into a service area. My husband had a regular view of that as some of the staff left it open. I closed it myself several times which did not lead to a very romantic Valentines Day meal.

Lovely waiter and good knowledge of wine . Chateaubriand cooked perfectly and sauce delicious 🤤

The time taken to produce the food took the edge off an otherwise enjoyable meal. The starters took half an hour to come. We had finished our coffee and then had to chase for our desserts, which I think had been forgotten.

I have been to many of the cote’s restaurants but this one I was really disappointed with. There were three of us and two meals had to be sent back because they were cold, and the dish wasn’t as we have experienced before when we finally got the attention of the waitress and told her, her reply was “well you have nearly eaten it ( which we hadn’t) but we can do you some more but it will take about 15 minutes “ so we said we were prepared to wait. When our meals came for the second time the waiter was quite brusque. This time our meal was hot however the dish still wasn’t as we have had before. When our bill arrived we weren’t told that as a good will gesture they had not charged us for a bottle of wine which we figured out afterwards but our whole experience of the evening was very disappointing the staff were not attentive and we were made to feel rushed towards the end of our meal even though there were other diners just starting their meal. This has brought our decision that we will give our visits to Cote restaurants a break.

Excellent service. The food was to its consistently high quality. Unfortunately it was a little on the cool side, which is why we can’t give a maximum score. In all other respects a very nice, enjoyable evening.

My starter was very good as was my wife’s, however my main course stack hash was delivered without the fries and I had to ask it to be taken back to the pass to keep it warm. It was returned and the chips arrived separately a few min later. This should not have happened. My wife’s celeriac mash was only warm and her pork was overcooked. The deserts we a delight. However the mains let the meal down. Bill Brooke

Always a lovely meal and fabulous service at Cote in Harrogate

We have dined here on a couple of occasion and always had a very nice experience. However on this occasion the service was not as attentive. We did not appreciate the gratuity of £6.00 suggested on the final bill. We did however appreciate the waiters help with the booking.

Overall quite good but not up to standard of previous visits. Plates for hot starter were cold. Chicken pieces of moderate quality used in Chicken Parmentier. Service average.

Went for breakfast with family and the staff excellent, nothing was too much trouble even with two little ones. We would certainly recommend this restaurant.

Fabulous early doors dinner before the cinema - we love our Harrogate Cote Brasserie.

Service a little slow, while waiting for my friend to join me I wasn’t offered any drink and was waiting for about 10 mins, once we got a drink again a little slow in ordering food

Have been here a few times now for late breakfast or lunch...an evening visit already planned. Food always really good quality and a varied selection with something to suit everyone Service also perfect....always looked after well....look forward to next visit.

I ate there with my family on Sunday afternoon on the 19th jan. we all ordered the same dish, which as a burger, my brothers was over 20 mins late, and we repeatedly had to as for it.

Food is always lovely and the services is always of a good standard, Lovely atmosphere a very enjoyable lazy lunch experience.
