Good food and great service from friendly and welcoming staff!

Well what a welcome change from our last visit, at last management have managed to support their fantastic team at Harrogate, everything went smoothly, and food as always was fantastic. It was a shame that our previous visit was spoilt by a very low staffing level. 10/10 for Saturday night. Management you got it right, please keep it that way. I will have to go back and check soon.

Had the prestige set menu, it was all really lovely. The staff are a credit to the restaurant so helpful and friendly, will come back when we are next in Harrogate

I booked online which was quick and easy. When we arrived at Cote a table was ready for us and the waiter was friendly and courteous. The meal was perfect, the wine was perfect and the atmosphere was perfect. I would thoroughly recommend Cote Harrogate.

You charged us for the free side car drink which was very disappointing

Excellent food and service. Also interior was superb and sound acoustics were really hood , you could have a good conversation around a large table.

We enjoyed a fabulous dinner. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Such a fantastic venue and so close especially as we had just arrived back home from holiday. Thank you.

Food and service generally okay but took some time to receive bill and pay. First bill was £60 overcharged.

FIRST CLASS TASTE AND FIRST CLASS SERVICE LIKE A NIGHT IN FRANCE.

Several problems with the food -cold soup, one cold main course and cold vegetables. Some items were missed and didn’t arrive until main courses were nearly finished.Apart from that the food was good and the manager was excellent and did his absolute best to make everything right.

Lovely restaurant, staff and food on the most part. Only exception was my chicken supreme was served with raw potatoes. I notified staff who immediately apologised and exchanged them for fries. This was only spoilt by upon the return of my meal, I was told I was wrong, the raw potatoes were on fact artichoke. Somewhat patronising. I’ve been eating both potato and artichoke for many years and do indeed know the difference. Left a bad taste unfortunately. Slight discrepancy with the bill which was quickly rectified but being stood over while I counted out cash for the balance was slightly intimidating!

We had a lovely evening. It was a Saturday night very busy and we still received excellent service. I tried the herd chicken which was delicious.

Lovely food, good sized portions and good variety.. Waitress kept abruptly interrupting us for orders, extra drinks etc when we were in conversation which became quite annoying! Didn’t agree with the 12.5% optional tip added either which we then had to reduce because of the waitress’s service and rather abrupt interruptions.

The food was delicious and the service warm and welcoming. The whole experience was a delight.

Brilliant staff as always. General manager warm, friendly and knowledgable. Very much appreciated the complimentary drink because I had inadvertently ordered the wrong one. When the manager & waitress learned what I had meant to ask for, they brought me said drink & told me it was on the house. Fantastic customer service. Lovely atmosphere as always & a menu that offers something for everyone.

Really good menu and my wife and I enjoyed bisque soup french onion soup followed by haddock special really well cooked dish and beef bourginion good service and knowledgable staff. Would have been 6 star but onion soup was a bit light but I was given a good explanation. Will visit again

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our visit. The ambiance, the choices, the service and most importantly the presentation and quality of the food. Loved it. Just please open a branch in Stratford upon Avon.

I have deducted 2 stars the food was the normal high standard The poor staff were doing their very best 10/10 for effort but were badly let down by staffing levels. Management you must do better and support to your excellent Harrogate team

We love cotes in Harrogate we go with friend's and as a family or just as a couple never dissapointed

Fantastic experience for my wife’s 40th Bday meal. Service and food first class.

Lovely food, good wine and great service. The Specials are always good and offer a nice alternative, the Cote du Rhône is great value and good quality, and the staff are friendly, courteous and professional.

Fabulous late lunch on the Menu Prestige with excellent service.

Service was excellent. Steak wasn’t great at all. Moules frites were ok.

Staff were lovely and food was very tasty, albeit could have been a bit warmer.

Main course and pudding were great. Starter wasn't hot enough , but we go here a lot. Sadly had a very miserable waitress which is not good for your brand.

As ever an excellent meal and service which is why we keep coming back.

Food was fantastic but there was a lack of clarity over menus and this led to confusion and mismatched expectations. The set menu and prestige set menu need greater separation. £6.50 for a white wine spritzer is top end, and -although service was good- asking for12.5% gratuity for a simple lunch for 2 people is a little impertinent.

Excellent lunch on quiet convivial surroundings. On a cold day you can't beat Cotes onion soup! Service as usual was excellent and we were delighted to find the Provence Rose is now available by the glass.
