Good evening. Food as always was excellent. Breton fish stew was great.

There is a very calm atmosphere for a Sunday morning breakfast, not bustling just very relaxed.

We had a very good family meal here, food was excellent and service efficient, my only issue is that the tables are crammed in so close together, I was almost touching the person behind me. I realise that this is a small space but it’s a bit claustrophobic. Would come again but might choose a different table.

Very good food and the service by all staff was first class. The only small downside was that Restaurant was quite cold, due to excessive air conditioning, which was of some concern to an elderly guest in our party. The Manager did try to adjust the situation, which helped slightly.

Lovely mother’s day champagne brunch. Excellent service, lovely food and good value. Great way to start Mother’s Day.

The two and three-course set menu is well priced and has some excellent choices to suit all tastes.

First visit to this Côte for a pre show meal and we weren't disappointed. Good food and friendly efficient service.

Was expecting it to be packed and very busy on Mother's day but was not overcrowded and the service was good and the waiting times not very long. There was also no hassle to eat up and get out which meant we could play games and chat as a family. Would have preferred slightly more scrambled egg on the plate as would say the portion sizes were on the low side.

My friend and I very much enjoyed our meal today. The only 'adverse' comment have is that the starter, although excellent and very enjoyable, was really too large. Almost as much to eat as the main course.

In general, the food was good. We all had steak for main course and they were cooked as we’d asked, perhaps the 2 of us with med/rare, a little bit underdone. Peppercorn sauce was like water! Atmoshphere and wine were good. Service was average.

We had booked a table for two at 7 p.m. The young man who met us at the door didn't welcome us, but simply said, "Yes, what do you want?". I explained we had booked and he pointed to the empty restaurant saying we could sit anywhere except the recessed dining areas at he rear. We were not shown to our table, we found it for ourselves. He brought the menus and we presented him with a voucher we had received from the manager last time to 2 drinks as the avocado pear I had been served was inedible. Our drinks arrived, then half an hour later he came to us and said he had forgotten about us would we like to order. We ordered and the food arrived. We finished our main course, it took some time for our plates to be cleared. he asked if we would like a dessert and he left the menus. After half an hour, no one had come to take our order, so we asked for bill, paid and left. Please don't tell me you were busy, that's your problem. The young man had an unusual haircut.

We went to côte for Valentine's Evening meal. The food was delicious and the shared dessert amazing! The service was first class even though it was very busy.

Great food and service. 2 fixed price menus have super selection. Celebrating 95th birthday of a lady with her friends. Made to feel most welcome - a lovely touch was that her dessert came with a lit candle and happy birthday written in chocolate on the plate.

Had a great lunch at Cote Harpenden yesterday. The service was excellent and so was the food. It's great that they change menu every month!

Enjoyed the atmosphere by having the meal midweek. Far more relaxing than the weekend. Would also recommend the set menu as well as the a la carte..
