Total shambles today. Completely untrained staff. Real absence of any Management downstairs. Almost felt like panic was Setting In.

Excellent food and service, as always. Great value too. A favourite!

It is a quite well attended eating and sharing experience.

I booked our meal on the January sale 3 course 13.95. with 2 glasses of wine and some bread the bill came to £68.67. I pointed out the error but was told we used to special SET menu rather than the standard SET menu. How was I to know the difference when handed two menus having booked the meal on line We are regulars, and well satisfied but I believe your advertising January sale needs to be clearer and customers should not be handed the menu without making clear which is the sale meal

Our time in Hampstead was great, food was good, service was good and also the atmosphere

Lovely venue super staff and excellent value food and drink. We love all your restaurants

We arrived early and were warmly welcomed. Stayed for nearly 3 hours enjoying excellent food whilst conversing. Attention to our needs/requests were as one would wish.

a lovely meal and excellent value! Just £9.95 for 2 courses, and the chargrilled chicken and sauteed pots delicious! Served by friendly staff in a nice cosy atmosphere! Well Done!

I was met on arrival and shown to my table, the tables were very close together and in that particular area the lighting was very poor. We went for the set menu 2 courses for £16.50 each, there was a reasonable choice and good value, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the restaurant was full so they did very well.

Visited yesterday for lunch with my wife. First time that we have been to Cote in Hampstead. Service & food was well presented & tasty. Marina served our table and was knowledgeable & had a great report with the tables shd was serving. When we arrived we were promptly greated & taken to our table, however waited about 10 minutes before being offered our first drink, hence not the full 6*. Whole team was working well together ensuring that everyone was enjoying their experience. As I work in hospitality I am very much in tune with FOH operations. The team did well yesterday. Thank you and we will be returning.

Lovely evening, fab food, was a bit quiet but it didn't take away from the experience.

Food was good but speed of service could have been better, especially time taken to receive the bill after requesting it.

The wild mushroom brioche was superb. Please always keep it in your menu. The Tuna Nicoise was tasty but I prefer the tuna steak to be rare inside. It was overcooked. The staff were friendly and efficient. I always love eating at Cote Brasserie’s in Hampstead, St. Paul’s and in Eton .

Table, service, atmosphere excellent. However, regret to report that I thought the Half Breton Chicken was very poor. I’ve had much better at Nando’s!

Great atmosphere, excellent service and delightful food as usual. So lucky to have this as a local restaurant. Manageress went over and above to explain to a customer at the next table which foods contained celery which she was allergic to and what mushrooms were contained in a specific dish. Our Portuguese waiter was a treat.

Very disappointing experience. This restaurant chain has gone downhill since we we last were there. Ambience is fine but food is below average and would not be in a rush to return

Booked to take advantagr of special offer on earky evening menu. Bill did not take account of thid when first presented (tho corrected without argument). Chicken main course rather dry and overcooked - not bad enough to complain about ( as my two previous Cote meals - at other branches - had been, but not good) Overall tine forCote to up its game if my frequent experience is anything to go by.

As always food, service and ambience excellent & we enjoyed the complimentary cocktail.

Excellent food and good value especially when linked to the January offer

The food and staff was very good, the only problem was on New Year’s Eve everything seemed very rushed thus taking away from the enjoyment!

I eat here, along with other Cote's, regularly. It's a nice place to eat downstairs, and the food is always great, as is Cote in general. My burger I would never recommend. I know you cannot have it cooked medium or less, but medium to well is alright. It came well done and was like eating cardboard. I should have sent it back, but eating with two friends makes it difficult, as they would finish before my replacement arrived. So no burgers for me at Cote.

Great New Years Day Brunch. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious food. Service as good as usual. Overall a most enjoyable experience.

As ever all staff very welcoming. Insufficient staff for VERY busy New Year's Eve. Long waits between courses, staff did their very best and worked hard.

I always love Cote's in Hampstead. Staff always welcoming and friendly. Food is never disappointing. I go with family and friends. Absolutely lovely!
