The service was excellent, food was great, and not overly priced! Cote always generates a warm, welcoming atmosphere! We’ve visited this restaurant a number of times and never been disappointed!

Excellent service as always from the friendly staff . In particular we would like to mention how helpful Denisa , the manager always is . The table we were at in the small room upstairs became particularly noisy when a family with young children came . Without any hesitation we were moved to a quieter table by our waitress . We were very impressed with such good service . Thank you

We love Cote! We go pretty often, especially when we get emailed through the free bottle of wine promotion when purchasing main meals. What we didn't love was the accusatory look from one of the waiting staff about our wine not being on the bill - super unprofessional and not discreet at all

Consistently delicious food. The service is great, and they are very accommodating. The House white wine is also delicious. Minute steak is good. The chocolate pot was very good. Worth a visit.

Great food, well cooked and excellent service, in a pleasant atmosphere. We have not had a bad meal here, and the free bottle of wine, in their January offer is a bonus.

Great Saturday lunch. Lively with groups having late breakfasts or brunch or early lunches like us before the theatre in Hamstead. Great value and pleasant service. Never fails.

I had the fish stew, it was excellent, the duck was also good, served slightly pink, perfect. The third dish for our tables was the clams, in a creamy sauce, my daughter loved it. Service was attentive and very friendly. I have to say the manager at this branch is outstanding. Our waitress was also lovely. Great staff! Well done. We had to have the creme caramel, yum! The best.

All good. Lovely meal. Have sometimes found things a little off kilter here but this time everything was great: food, service, ambiance. Top marks for the bread too.

Côte Hampstead always has a delightful atmosphere and the staff are wonderfully friendly and efficient; the food is excellent value and the speed of service is also particularly good if you are in a hurry.

The service was good and there was a nice ambiance in the restaurant. I was catching up with an old friend and we weren't rushed at all. The food was excellent.

The Manageress is friendly and tries to help but generally the service is very slow indeed even when not very full and it is annoying to keep having to attract attention. It seems under staffed. Value for money on food though. Will go back but not for anything special.

A great place for dinner in the middle of Hampstead! We really enjoyed our visit and the complimentary bottle of wine as a Cote reward in January. The place was lively, staff were all very nice and the food delicious, as usual. We can certainly recommend it to anyone!

From when we arrived to when we left we were looked after very well, the food was lovely all very fresh and piping hot and reasonably priced

Cote has an extensive vegetarian menu in addition to the regular menu. We had lovely food and drink and generally very good service; only let down was waiting too long for the bill...

Excellent food and service, probably the best value for money group of restaurants in the UK. I would highly recommend cote, especially their early evening menu.

Consistently good. We’re regulars. It doesn’t matter what the occasion is, Côte Hampstead never disappoints. Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it will be done well.

The meal, lamb, was excellent but then most of the meals we have had at Cote have been first class. The cheese board is a meal in itself and the service was excellent.

Had a great New Year's dinner for four at Hampstead Cote. The quality of cooking was excellent and so was the service. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We are regulars and go to Cote Hampstead on a regular basis. I went to Cote Hampstead tonight after travelling home after a 3 hour drive. Good food, excellent and friendly service. Have already booked dinner for 2 on New Year's Day.

Nice atmosphere, courteous staff, polite service, tasty food, reasonable prices. I have said all I need to say and this sentence is to complete the 25 words, which is a silly request.

I love this restaurant. Lovely atmosphere, staff are very tolerant of my father's Alzheimer's and it's such good value. However on this occasion, as vegetarians, we were a bit disappointed with the pre-7pm menu. Having chosen the brioche as a starter, it was a disappointment to find that the only veggie main dish on this menu was a whole baked camembert - with more (dry) toast and some spinach leaves. Eating a whole baked Camembert is a bit hard! We would have chosen veggie food from the rest of the menu had the dish been fully described.

My family and I spent Christmas Eve in Cote Hampstead. Christmas Eve in Spain is as big as Christmas Day in England, so I wasn’t sure if Cote was the right choice... we are so glad to chose Cote! Excellent service and excellent food!! Will definitely come back again soon

The food was all delicious. Two of us had the roast pork belly, which is the perfect blend of crunch and softness. The other person had the duck, which was pink and moist. Two tarte aux pommes for dessert - crunchy and soft in fair measure - and one chocolate fondant - pure melting chocolate pleasure. The ambience is good, though sometimes a little loud. Service was good, not too pushy.

Visited the restaurant om 25th December. Everything was fine but not fantastic. Quality is good. Fine but limited Frence wine list Very nice and friendly staff.

Staff were charming and friendly, food was delicious, very fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was lively, and everyone went out of their way to make you feel at home. Nothing was too much bother Will definitely be back soon

It was good overall except I found a olive stone in my chocolate fondue dessert which was really off putting. Ruined the evening. Kitchen hygiene may not be up to a high standard. I would have preferred to have found an uneaten olive instead of an eaten olive stone.

The service is excellent, the food superb value for money; there is a wide range of choices from snacks, light meals, and main courses. All in all, the bet value in town.

Lovely seevice withva greqt environment and good food! Me and my colleagues had a wonderful Christmas Team lunch last week. We've been coming to Côte for years and each time is fantastic.

Well presented , very tasty meal, as I have come to expect from Cote. The service was excellent, despite the restaurant being full at lunchtime. Will certainly return again.

I thoroughly recommend this branch of Cote, the service is very good, the food tasty , good value and nicely presented and on a Friday night we managed to find a quiet corner, though they had a group of 100 upstairs. The ambiance is cosy and has a neighbourhood feel nestled in the middle of Hampstead High Street.

Staff, food, experience all excellent- as usual -despite being very busy. A really reliable restaurant with tasty food and interesting specials that change frequently. Will go again.

The food was absolutely delicious. I had to take my family there again. The service is also great. The waitstaff are very kind and the food served quickly.

As usual, excellent food and service. We were not too pleased with the 40% price increase on the pre theatre menu. It was called a christmas lunch menu but had the same courses usually on the pre theatre menu, only with a greatly reduced choice!

The food was perfect but despite a half capacity restaurant the waitress still missed things off our order and the food took ages to arrive. I had to ask for plates for our bread. The staff were to busy complaining to each other about their manager and complaining to customers about how the manager was an idiot they weren’t doing their job. I had to send food back as it was very watery and when I asked for the gratuity to be removed the manager stormed over asked if everything was ok then proceeded to shout at the staff after my complaint. As if this wasn’t enough the waitress then came over and asked me why I complained about her. I love cote but won’t be going to the Hampstead one again unless the staff has changed

I really enjoyed the food here. I had the 3 course meal for £14, which is absolutely fabulous value for money. Everything was really nice, from the service to the ambiance. Highly recommended.

Nice family environment. Value for money. Employees always there to help you and with a smile. Menu suitable for all ages. Kids menu that works.
