We had a really good meal and at a very reasonable price. The service was exemplary and the staff were able to deal with all our requests with no difficulties.

the food is excellent and service is good. only down side, could change variety on menu and add some vegetarian dishes; the restaurant at Hampstead is very noisy.

They made the experience really special for my parents Anniversary. The food was lovely and the waiters were attentive and polite. My parents couldn't stop talking about how lovely the experience was. Great job!

Thr service was good immediatly. We were greeted by all of front of house staff and had a good demenor and ambiance. The food was excellent. So rich and filling with delicate flavours. Nothing overpowering. The wine was amazing as well and they had easy pairing suggestions. I will be going here again and would highly recommend it.

I'm a big fan of Cote, the food is usually very good and reasonably priced. But today my fish parmentier was very salty. The service was excellent as usual.

Very friendly and helpful. Did not eventually eat there because my friend had misunderstood where we were to meet. Will go back next time and make sure friend is with me!

Very disappointed with our experience at Cote’. When seated the waiter did not acknowledge us and every attempt to get his attention failed. There were two other parties in our area which he concentrated on. If only had he said hello and that he would attend to us, but nothing! My wife and I were at your restaurant for our wedding anniversary, so we called before hand to request a nice seating area. When we arrived there was no acknowledgement of the call and where to seat. It was more sit where you like... Overall the experience was poor and the service wasn’t good to the extent that we didn’t feel we would enjoy our time there, so we ended up leaving the restaurant without eating. As we left the waiter then pursued us to the door asking why we are leaving and apologising, this created a very uncomfortable experience. The service was quick and helpful, and the food was good, and good value. That goes for chicken liver parfait, Roquefort salad , fish goujons, and steak frites.

Warm and comfortable. Noisy due to party near us. Food delicious and service very good after fairly long wait - but the restaurant was very busy (Sunday lunchtime) Overall excellent.

bad food, bad management. This place used to be so good. Returned a because it had a piece of paper in it and no apology from the staff...just took it off the menu. Really amateur.

Set over two floors giving a light airy feeling with tables set against walls which makes it easier to walk through the restaurant without bumping into tables. Staff very friendly, professional and accommodating. Food was excellent with special 2 or 3 course before 7pm.

Family favourite. Fantastic restaurant for every occasion with lots of choice in a warm friendly environment.

As always, very helpful, welcoming staff (on the phone, as well as in person. Three of us had different dishes, fish, red meat and chicken, and all of them well prepared and delicious.

Food was delicious and prices are reasonable. Service was a bit slow, and very hard to catch anyone's eye. The water for the table comes in really heavy pottery flasks, which don't work all that well - no-one can see when they're empty, for one thing. Also, the tops get in the way of pouring.

Friendly staff, prompt service even though the place was absolutely heaving on a Saturday night. Onion soup was really good, although the crouton was rather too dry. But our steaks were excellent and cooked perfectly medium rare, as requested

I come here a fair bit as our offices are just opposite, the staff are really friendly & approachable & the food is usually great. This time however we had ordered the Apple crumble & wasn’t informed by the waitress that the dish it was served in was then piping hot. My 4 year old nephew burned his finger on it. Knowing that we’re going to give this to the kids we really should’ve been warned that it was piping hot.

Enjoyed the family evening out. It was my daughter's birthday. Relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, food is good but a bit pricey for us. But overall, we all enjoyed the evening altogether.

Nice english breakfast, good choices of wines and aperitifs, helpful and friendly staff, and in a charming peaceful neighborhood! We had a wonderful Easter brunch and will be happy to come back again another time.

Very good food, pleasant service, good atmosphere and great location. Free filtered water, varied menu with monthly specials and early evening deals, make this restaurant excellent value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, as always. The service was very good and the food excellent. Tap water is provided without being asked and there is a good wine list.

Friendly and attentive staff. Food was freshly cooked and very tasty (fish stew and fish pie) - reasonably priced. We went on a Sunday at lunch time and it was jam packed so it was a good thing that we had booked in advance!

Lovely food and great service. The complimentary drink on arrival for my parents’ wedding anniversary was a really nice touch. Will definitely go back soon.

My colleagues and I really enjoyed the menu lunch which we found very good value. Also the friendliness of the staff and service was impressive.

Found the staff to be a little slow offering us a drink or taking our order, but food and atmosphere were great. I especially liked my soup de poissons.

Friendly staff, warm atmosphere, smart but comfortable decor, great food and delicious cappuccino, all in all I had a perfect brunch with my Mum and Auntie.

Service was friendly & efficient , menue offered good choice , kitchen was ok , could do slightly better in my opinion ; ie , Onion soup had good taste but texture was too thick ( as if using glutemate) , prawn starter tasted good , but long over cooked ,) however happy ambience , makes it an ok venue .

The fixed price 3 course menu (up til1900 hrs was very good value. Servce was friendly and efficient. We eat here regularly and are seldom disappointed

Ambience as always good, staff friendly and helpful, but I’m afraid on this occasion the food was only average- starter fine, but the main was uninspired. Have eaten in Cote all over the UK- this time was disappointing.

Excellent piping hot food and friendly relaxed service.Rib eye and Pissaladière were both fresh and hot and the steak cooked as required.Good glass of house rose.

I have never had anything other than a lovely evening at any of the COTE restaurants that I visit. regularly. Last night was no exception, the food was very good and my friend and I were warmly greeted and made to feel very welcome by an extremely competent staff. There was nothing to fault, hence my rating of '6'. If I have a choice of restaurant when going out with friends, I always choose a 'COTE' - best value in London !!

Very bright and elegant setting with excellent service. Child friendly. We enjoy coming here both for brunch, lunch or dinner. The menu is fairly priced.

Overall a very good experience with delicious food. Sadly the toast for pate was burnt however this was rectified very quickly. Good value for money and very nice friendly family atmosphere.

Hampstead Cote despite it being a cold and wet Wednesday night was packed out but food and service still first class. Standards have been maintained since first opening.

We went today for Mothers Day lunch. Despite being really busy the staff were nothing but friendly and polite. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and great atmosphere. We had a lovely family meal together.

Restaurant was fully booked for Mother’s Day so was very busy and noisy.Feels like tables are so close together had to constantly pull my chair in to let waiters pass.Staff seem stressed and overworked but polite. Menu could do with a change,could add some lighter healthier options -most items came with frites or bread.Only one or two salads/ low carb options. On the whole food is good if you don’t mind high fat and carb meals.

Food was great however, I would advise a little warning on olives for starter as other restaurants usually do. Stone chipped my tooth as I assumed they were pitted!
