Cote serve the best value breakfast in town with friendly and attentive service. Hard to fault.

meeting up within 'the girls' over then years, we have never been disappointed although the noise level can be a problem.

You can see I’m a bit if a Cote fan! Lots of good restaurants in Guildford, but yours is the best.

Really lovely restaurant. Food excellent and staff just welcoming and helpful. We ate sole meunière and they cooked it dairy free for my husband. The Guildford restaurant of which we are regulars is just a delight .well done Cote!

We Had a really good breakfast and will go again.

No way near as good last night as previous times. We ordered the cote de boeuf on the specials, which we have had numerous times and has always been excellent. Last night however, it was slightly over cooked and was not up to the standard of what it usually is. It normally comes with a small salad. We had a few coriander leaves and capers placed on our plates! The two tables next to us also ordered the same, and there’s looked much nicer than ours, with a big bunch of salad and much pinker meat. Sides were good as usual, however disappointed with our visit and we usually leave cote very happy!

Excellent meal, delicious wine and very good service. We will continue to frequent Cote Guildford.

Good food, good service, lovely wine. Starter of crab mayonnaise a little disappointing.

Crab mayonnaise - tasty but too much cucumber and capers which overpowered the crab. Very much enjoyed everything else. The wine was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Just a relaxed end of holiday celebration lunch with family

Lovely family lunch! Mouth watering menu, super service from really amazing staff - they all looked so happy and took time to chat to the kids! The kids packs were also great - a real bonus and a change from a box of broken crayons! The food was delicious, even the kids had clean plates and it was good value for money. Loved it and can’t wait to go back.

The bill showed an optional service charge. The waiter attempted to charge us for the full amount including a 12.5% optional charge.... he didn't even ask. I spoke to the manager. He explained it is standard procedure NOT to ask... This is theft. I have been to Cote at least 10 times - you owe me at least £100 - as I have never noticed this theft before.. I chose not to take that option... Please advise how you wish to recompense me... Really wrong...

The Guildford branch was perfect as usual, highly recommend for all types of occasion.

We were a party of 10 and asked for a table with 4 on each side and 1 each end. The manager organised this straightaway. He also arranged for the complimentary drink to be served. The service was excellent and the food up to your usual excellent standard. We are regulars at this branch (often calling in for breakfast after a session at the gym) and will continue to be so.

A nice lunch time visit. Food presented nicely. One of the meals was not cooked properly but it was replaced with no problem and replacement was perfect.

The Cote de Boeuf was excellent as was the Creme Caramel

Fabulous lunch and great service . The restaurant manger knew we had booked with the pampelle cocktail offer and it was bought to our table almost on arrival !

Really lovely evening at Cote. Lovely atmosphere and waiter was really good, very attentive without being too much. It was nice also that we had a free bottle of wine due to signing up for news emails and the waiter knew about this and mentioned it on our arrival so that we didn't need to ask. Food was also great, so thank you.
