Lovely meal, great service as always. The gravadlax looked better in the photo.

Service was as always friendly and good The only reason for a less than full star rating was that my steak frites the steak was quite unusually fatty and I think as a gesture the additional charge for this on the set menu should have been waived - this was really unusual Regards Rob

Great food and atmosphere....Only downside was the Ravioli was off the Menu...sold out!

Just home from having a more than reliable catch up evening with a friend at Cote. Food - delicious. Complimentary cocktails - superb. Staff - warm and friendly. Ideal mix for the perfect relaxed evening! See you next time!

Awesome food awesome service what else is there to say

Service was very friendly and welcoming and the quality of the food was good, except for the creamed spinach which was tough and not melt-in-the-mouth as it should be. The ambience was pleasant, with the only slight drawback the elevated noise level at times because of a baby crying at a nearby table - not that I am against babies and (well-behaved) children in restaurants.

As always, great food and service. Our group chose from the set menus which are amazing value. Cote never fails to deliver!

Absolutely no complaints following our visit to Cote Guildford. We are always made very welcome and enjoy every meal at this branch of Cote.

A pleasant location and friendly service. We prefer other locations eg Kingston for location and atmosphere but it was fine for a quick early lunch.

As ever food and service was good but seating not comfortable especially for me as being vertically challenged I nearly always need a cushion which sadly was not available

It was good food but very rude service. It was most unsettling, I shall not return. Also, why do the staff eat in the same place as paying customers? Thoroughly disappointing.

The front door was locked open a number of times, when I asked it was possible to close it the waiter replied “it’s not rocket science”

Ate with friends on a busy Sat evening... our mains came luke warm but staff addressed it immediately and service was excellent all evening. my friend had vegetarian sausages, do not choose, they were not.pleasant. (We all tried them). Biggest problem was the noise level in there...too many covers packed with tables on top of each other, we literally couldn’t hear each other... one friend came out at end of eve with sore throat! if Mgt addressed that, we would definitely return. Best service I’ve had in a long while however at any high street Restaurant chain....

Being regulars we’ve got to know many of the staff here. We always are made very welcome and the food is always cooked to perfection. We look forward to our next visit - next week actually.

Just can’t seem to get a well done sirloin right. Dry like leather. Rest of the food great. Service spot on. Would love to see a wild mushroom sauce added to the menu.

Nicely welcomed and shown to a window table after a few minutes. Service was initially good, food was good but not amazing, as the evening came to an end the service dropped off a cliff and was difficult to find any staff. Didn’t order coffee in the end because they didn’t ask. Left feeling this is an average restaurant and probably overpriced.

Lovely food and ambiance. The waitress was only on day two and therefore we were waiting for orders to be taken and the bill to be paid. Food was great - only one thing which could be better - the chocolate fondant could have been hotter.

We had the 3 course set menu which was delicious and great value. The creme caramel was the star of the meal! Service was very attentive to start with but then petered out as the restaurant got busy (it was a Friday lunchtime). Would have given it full stars otherwise.

Service was a bit hit and miss but food good, as usual.

Lovely meal, good wine, reasonable price and pleasant service. We ate from the fixed price menu, and had a glass of their house white wine. The quantity of food was just the right amount that you would expect from a French restaurant. The wine was really good for the price, in fact I'll be looking for it in a shop. The restaurant was very busy and slightly noisier than I would have liked, hence the slightly lower star rating for atmosphere and noise. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to have warmer plates. Thoroughly recommended.

Our overall experience was excellent. We were a group of nine meeting up for breakfast. Our waiter was friendly and took care of our requests in a timely manner. The presentation of the food was attractive, it was fresh and good quality and taste was very good!

Another great visit to Cote Guildford. A great selection on the menu, a very good meal that was well presented. As always excellent customer service and great value for money. Will be back soon.
