Lovely brunch, well presented, reasonably priced with friendly staff. Key thing is that it is consistently this way. Would heartily recommend it.

Food was amazingly delicious, genuinely French and served quickly All staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes good cuisine. Celebrated my son’s graduation with lunch here and it was perfect.

Cote is of a consistent standard which is why we return. time and time again, and in various locations. My only slight gripe for our last visit was that the Haddock seasonal main was lacking in flavour. Wrapped in bacon, but the bacon had no flavour and the veg and dill potato puree also tasted 'flat'. A shame, as it looked so inviting on the marketing e-mail!

As usual we had a really enjoyable meal at Cote. This time we had with us friends from South Africa who also had a good time - thank you Cote!

Friendly, efficient service together with delicious food at a reasonable price in pleasant surroundings made for a very enjoyable experience, as we have found in every Cote restaurant we have been to.

Our favourite restaurant. The service is always very good and as a coeliac I really appreciate the gluten free selection. I am always confident that I can eat really good food which is still unusual these days. A recent improvement is the inclusion of specials on the gluten free menu. The veal last night was succulent. One minor point - it would be an improvement if the gluten free cheese board had gluten free crackers rather than toast. It would probably be easier for the restaurant as well. Keep up the good work!

Great breakfast , a busy restaurant with a good atmosphere. Service was a little slow , especially when it came to clearing plates from the table and I don’t like that a 12% service charge is added automatically to the bill so you would be too embarrassed to ask to take it off - the customer should choose how they tip depending on the service

We visited Cote for breakfast, fantastic value for money and excellent service. This our first visit for breakfast and certainly won’t be the last

I dine frequently at Cote Guildford and can honestly say I've always had excellent service from all the all the staff, they have always been polite, considerate and welcoming.The food served has always been of the highest quality.

We never fail to be impressed by everything at Cote. The choice of different menus makes it so easy for a group of people to choose what they feel like eating and what they would like to pay - there being many options. From walking into the restaurant you feel you are in a very professional setting. All the staff are friendly, approachable and really want you to enjoy your meal. The food never fails to please and always looks very attractive on the plate, the presentation being excellent, and the flavours compliment each other. I would highly recommend the cream caramel ...superb!

As always good quality food served with friendly service, this was even with the Guildford Cote being extremely busy between 6-7pm with early evening parties and us as pre-theatre diners. Well done and thank you Cote Guildord staff.

We were a group of 8 with 2 young children, staff were welcoming and attentive albeit it was very busy when we arrived and noisy, but as expected. The afternoon in the restaurant became quieter and in all a very pleasing experience for all. Well done Cote, your consistency from all the branches we have visited, probably a dozen and more, is to be admired.

Extremely pleasant luncheon. Service excellent, food good, more than enjoyed "putting the world to right" with the manager (who is a charming fellow). All in all can't complain. Trust me I would if I thought it necessary. Like its sister restaurant in Chichester which we frequent very regularly, it's a nice place to eat. Well done and thanks, Robert and Gaynor Alexander.

Really enjoyed my Birthday breakfast here, food was great and our server was so delightful!

Had 3 courses and all very good. Would go again. Only downside was a rather mouthy couple of people on the table next to us but all the diners behaved themselves!

The waiters were being very rude, my mum is not good at English so she ordered an American coffee( meaning Americans) and I overheard the waiter laughing with his fellow colleague about this mistake

Fast efficient and friendly service. Drinks came quickly and food followed soon afterwards. The Formula breakfast is great value and very filling. Will be back again when in Guildford.

Excellent service & superb food. A total contrast to Cote Kingston! After yet another bad experience at the Kingston restaurant our visit to Guildford Cote was a great relief! We would definitely dine there again! P.

Decided to visit Cote’s for Breakfaat. Absolutely delicious, excellent choice of food, perfectly cooked and served and lovely and hot. An absolute bargain with fresh juice and choice of hot beverages.

Very disappointed, starters were good although expensive, mains came out cold, begrudge having to pay extra for potato, when £14.50 for a duck leg and a bit of cabbage is all you get, grossly overpriced, left hungry
