Excellent! First time of going. First class service and lovely food.

I mainly use the Southbank Cote, but the Guildford branch is very good.

Cotes quality has gone down hill at Guildford. Duck was very poor calamari more breadcrumbs than anything. Fillet steak good. Tasteless french onion soup.

Had a great meal served by their no1 waitress. She made the evening enjoyable and we look forward to dining there again.

A good experience if a little noisy, but it was fine

We ate from the Prestige and Set menus and for 3 courses the food was exceptional, service very fast and friendly. Great Value for money and the standard 12 1/2% service charge automatically added to the bill was fully justifiable.

Why do we keep coming back to the Guildford branch ,not just because it’s convenient but mainly because it’s the best Cote we know .this evening lived fully up to expectations with the staff element on top form

The food was not as well cooked as usual. Calamri started and halibut goujons had breadcrumbs applied too thickly and the minute steak, promised pink, was English grey.

Attentive and charming staff. We weren’t rushed to leave the restaurant.

It’s always busy when I go to Côte but the service is always fast efficient and friendly. Good value breakfast formula. All tasted great and was a big portion. Will visit again.

I booked this place for me and my social group. We all had a really good time, the atmosphere was buzzing! the main meal was really nice, quite big portions! the desserts were very tasty! We all agreed we would come here again :)

Another very enjoyable visit to one of our favourite restaurants

I was disappointed in my char-grilled chicken which was rather dry, but we enjoyed the meal as we know we always will at Cote. And the friendly efficient service is second to none.

We are regular customers at Cote Guildford and we keep coming back. Very good value, excellent customer service and always a varied menu with great food. We always look forward to a visit to this restaurant and will be back soon.

This is the perfect place for a ladies lunch. There is a great variety of dishes on the menu and the 2 and 3 course menu is excellent value for money. The service is faultless.

The Calamari was tender but very greasy, we ordered from the £17 menu and paid extra for Ribeye steak, well I don’t know what steak it was but it wasn’t the usual ribeye very poor, one bucket of chips was hot the other Luke warm the best part of the meal was the tomato salad.

We have been quite a few times to Cote and enjoyed the experience this visit did nothing to dispel that enjoyment in all departments met an excellent standard. Noise level is always a problem but is the norm in most popular establishments. No wonder it in our opinion is ones of the best of its kind

We come here 5 or 6 times a year before going on to the nearby theatre. It is always consistently good with imaginative choice of starters, good food and friendly, fast service.
