As always; Everyone, working at Cote Guildford are kind, friendly and courteous. Foods are as good and as authentic as it was many many years ago when visited the restaurant for the first time. My friends, my family and I visit the restaurant at least 3 times a month. Thank you. Sima

Good lunchtime experience. Very good value, despite the 12.5% gratuity automatically added. Never sure why restaurants feel they have to do this but Cote’s service is good and it was busy. Their waitress could have come to ask about the meal earlier I think. Seemed a bit late in the meal to me.

Reliably great food, excellent service and good value. Restaurant is often busy and pretty noisy. The tables are packed in very closely in some areas, so this can be rather overbearing sometimes.

No complaints re food, apart from chose sardine starter to share and would have liked to know it was tiny and off bone. Service. appalling when restaurant half empty. Requested water, it didn't come after 10 mins (although wine brought immediately!! I wonder why?) So I got up to find a bottle myself. Main course took a long time which with early dinner and booking elsewhere at 8 was not ideal.

Excellent food and service as usual from Guildford restaurant, we were met by the manager as we arrived and given a very warm welcome as he usually does. Our waiter was great too, v busy Evening and great atmosphere. Thank you

We ave been going to Guildford Cote Many Years and you can guarantee Always a Great Service & Always Great Food.

We were at the Guildford store for just over 2.5 hours and we had such bad service. A waiter/waitress only came to our table 3 times in our whole visit; once to take our order, once to bring our food over and once to take our plates when we had finished. We were not asked if we’d like anymore food/drinks after we finished our breakfast. We were asked if we wanted the bill or anything else. I find this really poor. Also my friend asked for a vegan menu, the waitress said they had one and she’s go and get it. Only for a different waitress to finally come back to us after some time to say they didn’t have one. I find this not acceptable when my friend is gluten free and vegan due to medical reasons. She therefore had to have mushrooms and avocado as there was no other choice for her which ends up costing around £5 for such minimum food. Also to have been led to false hope you even had a vegan menu in the first place. We really weren’t happy with our visit to the Guildford branch today. Even if it was busy then I feel the restaurant shouldn’t cater for more people than it can handle. They should care more and consider better service to the people already in there. We had booked a table so it’s not like they didn’t know we were coming.

The food was surprisingly disappointing, the service was okay but the dessert order was taken incorrectly. The coffee was undrinkable.. Overall not good

We always enjoy a really good meal at a great price. All of the staff are wonderfully friendly, attentive and efficient. Which is why we keep coming back here time after time.

Nicely prepared food as usual - we had a mixture of the too set menus. Service was rather slow, especially for the main course - which sadly meant we could not have the third course we would have liked as we needed to get to the theatre. A bit surprising, since the restaurant was not particularly full. We had allowed plenty of time.
