Had breakfast for my husbands birthday .. the waitress was exceptional even provided a danish with a candle and sang happy birthday .. great food and outstanding service

It was fantastic. Really accommodating with me personal request made the night.

Excellent service, all the staff were incredibly lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us. The food was very well cooked and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal! We will definitely return! Shout out to Summer the waitress and the managers they were brilliant staff and a real credit to your company!

The manageress is amazing. Food had a couple of small errors but staff more than made up for it. Waiter was new but friendly and receptive to feedback.

Our first visit to a Cote Brasserie. We found the staff attentive but not too "in your face" the food was well prepared and well presented. Overall, it was an evening well-spent! Our only regret was that with so few covers occupied there was a lack of atmosphere

Exquisite food! Had the carpaccio, pork belly and lemon tart. The nicest meal out in Gloucester we have had in a long time, would highly recommend.

The team are amazing, and so thoughtful. The "Bon Voyage sweet was so unexpected and lovely. Cannot speak too highly of the staff. As a regular customer already, we will definitely be back.

We were greeted by very pleasant staff and shown to our table. Both waitresses were very helpful and attentive. The food was piping hot and very tasty. A very nice experience.

Our first visit and having visited a variety of areas of France over the years was pleasantly surprised to feel myself transported back, even though we were in Gloucestershire ! Food was very flavourful and the service was excellent. We will definitely be returning.

We always have a great time at Cote the food and service is always excellent would recommend to anyone while visiting Gloucester Quays. My husband wears an hearing aid and sometimes it can be a little noisey so he is unable to hear our conversations if we are in a group of friends but all in all a great night to have.

Constant battle to get tap water placed on the table. A side was missed from the order. The space was too loud - making our table of 8 difficult to manage for a family reunion. Upstairs kitchen uses the same route to the upstairs toilets as customers, making the route to the loos bizarrely perilous - especially around the corner. I would not visit this restaurant again.

Had a very enjoyable evening with friends at this restaurant tonight. Everyone was so friendly and attentive and the food was fabulous. This was my first time and I will definitely be back and won't hesitate to recommend it to others.

A great evening with lovely food, I'm not much of a fish eater but I had the March special of Monkfish, really enjoyed it. Well looked after by Craig and his staff, they can never do enough for you.

Good Food - but didn't allow enough time between courses.Just finished starter and main course arrived 4 minutes later - felt as though they were trying to rush you, yet there were plenty of empty tables, so not as though people queuing for a table.

The beef bourgingon is superb with generous cuts of tender beef. The red wine was lovely and accompanied the food perfectly. Plum tart was delicious and a generous portion.

Clean and comfortable environment. Pleasure to eat there. Best chain reastaurant at the Quays. Quiet Thursday evening. I can’t hear when it’s busy. Attracts civilised customer. Staff display excellent communication skills.

This restaurant is one of the best in Gloucester. This visit we were given 5 star treatment from start to finish. Our request for a booth seat was attended and as it was not available as we arrived we were invited to sit at another table and given a free drink of our choice while we waited. A few minutes we were taken to our chosen seat. The staff were attentive without being overpowering, the food was excellent in appearance and taste. Well done to everybody who made our visit so perfect, we will be back again soon.

Great food as always. Very attentive staff, who weren't at all phased by a request to wait an hour between courses while we waited for a friend to join us. The restaurant got very busy as the evening progressed but we weren't ignored and even got a goodbye from the staff at the end.

Amazing restaurant, great location, incredible food, they have background music which is perfect for setting an atmosphere, but its not too loud that you can’t chat while enjoying your meal.

The food wasn't as good as I have had in the past, it was all a bit lack lustre. Monday evening, it didn't seem that busy service was slow. Calamari starter was Luke warm and very salty, other starter ordered was the mussels small portion and cream sauce warm not hot the belly pork was off the set menu so it had to be ordered off the full menu but at least that was cooked ok. Meal for two £65 and a bottle of Perrier....

It was very busy but the service and food was excellent. It was quite loud, but that’s to be expected when it’s busy. We had a Great meal!

The team at Cote Gloucester are exceptional. They are friendly, efficient and professional. Another great meal. This restaurant consistently delivers. One of our favourites - well done :)
