Côte Gloucester

We waited far to long for our food to arrive. 45minute wait for our starters to arrive. The mains were a hit and miss, some were lovely others expensive chicken and chips.

Lovely food, good service and nice table sitting outside. Cote Brasserie are one of the best ‘chain’ restaurants and the Gloucester one didn’t disappoint! Thanks

On a very busy night staff were fast, helpful and good humoured - a good team. Food was good and promptly served. Cote is a reliable venue.

Really tasty, well cooked food. The staff were fantastic and very diligent about my gluten free requirements. We enjoyed good wine and a great 3 course meal. Will be returning!

Wasn’t impressed, unfortunately my husband had a sirloin steak which was tough and chewy and full of gristle. To be fair they replaced it with a fillet but they implied that a sirloin is not as tender as a fillet and that he should have expected that. Whatever type of steak you choose to order should arrive edible! This resulted in 3 of us eating our meals and my husband eating his alone when we had all finished. They gave us a free round of drinks but really we should not have paid for my husbands meal as it ruined our evening. Won’t be going back

Fabulous food, the staff were very attentive, will certainly eat here again. Nothing was taken o much to ask for even after finding a hair in our dinner it was changed and refunded.

Excellent service. lovely food good wine and all reasonably priced. Very good choice of food and wine. Had the beetroot and mackerel followed by the squash and chickpea fritter with poached eggs. This is excellent for a chain restaurant

Absolutely fantastic experience for my mum's Birthday. A card was left on the table by the team wishing her a happy Birthday and she was given a little glass of bubbly. It made the night extra special for her and I'd definitely go again. Food and service was fantastic.

Visited on a very noisy Saturday evening. Food very good, except for two soups which were sent back being only lukewarm! Staff pleasant and friendly.

We had a delicious meal with great service - a lovely way to end the day. The great thing about Cote is that you know the food will always be excellent.

It was good to find another Côte which maintained the high standard one expects. The layout of the premises lead one to pity the staff as the kitchen being up two flights,of not the easiest,stairs meant so many trips up and down the stairs. This did not seem to affect their good service.Thank you and well done for both good food and service.

Great atmosphere, lovely Staff and good food. I met a friend for dinner and were treated really well by the server and manager. I will definitely visit again. No cheese on the gratinee tho!

Great service and atmosphere, always a firm favourite. I had a gorgeous ribeye steak and the Cote classic chocolate mousse. Always recommend it to visitors too.

Flawless service and quality for a party of 7. Celebrating a 21st Birthday in a lovely setting, with authentic staff and dishes. This is 1 of a handful of Cote Brasserie’s we frequent and, once again, Tres Bien!!

Great food, good service. Staff very helpful and polite. Food very tasteful and well presented. Nice decor although they could do with some background music, with lots of people talking it gave off a strange noise.

Food was good but not exceptional. Last time we came it was exceptional. Service not great especially as not busy when we were there and a bizarre situation with two of the party being gluten free and only a manager being able to take their order. Very good that the resturant takes gluten free seriously and a good choice of food but this system meant we all ordered and then had to wait for a manager to come back to do the other two which sometimes took a bit of time!? Good but not exceptional in this occasion.

The staff were charming, and the food excellent. The set menu was very good value for money, and we would happily visit this restaurant again.

Warm welcome on a quiet Tuesday early family lunch. Service timely and efficient. Food very well presented and all starters very enjoyable. Restaurant more spacious that other cote and quiet atmosphere gave us chance to catch up while we enjoyed three courses

Good food better than Carluccios! Good service from an efficient and helpful Bulgarian. The Pate was great as was the Duck Confite done just right in a tasty sauce. The Creme Caramel was wonderful

Very varied menu with lots of choice. The food was well presented, hot and delicious (except the creamed spinach which had a weird taste). Service was very good

Excellent meal and service as usual. Seafood was especially good in calamari, prawns, smoked salmon and Breton soup. Tarte au citron was very good, not too sweet. Will return soon.

Excellent service from all staff on duty on Tuesday 3rd April. The manager even went to the trouble of borrowing a cocktail shaker to make us ESPRESSO MARTINIS even though they were not on the menu. Food was excellent too. The staff made it for us, just excellent. will be back to try the breakfasts.

Good service as always. Portion sizes are very small. Good range of gluten free options. Should check quality of green salad leaves. Many were rather brown.

My mum and I had a lovely time at Cote Brasserie in Gloucester Quays. The staff there were so welcoming and friendly and there was a good atmosphere in the restaurant. Our food was amazing!
