Côte Gloucester

Had a truly marvellous experience. Ambience was brilliant and food delicious. Well done to all the staff. Can't wait to visit this lovely restaurant again.

Relaxed friendly atmosphere in the Gloucester Cote. Good professional service, consistently good quality food which is always good value. I am a regular Cote customer in branches around the country as well as regularly in London Cote restaurants and the Gloucester Cote delivered the same consistency of quality.

Table ready and excellent service - very friendly staff made our Xmas lunch go very smoothly. Unfortunately just one meal didn’t come correctly but manager stepped in sorted immediately and a very kind offer of more wine for the table. Thank you

This was the first time that I had been to a Cote restaurant. Very good overall, we had the £11.50 lunchtime special which was excellent, mussels, soup, steak and shepherds pie. Service was first rate, will definitely go again

Lovely meal, we eat off the Christmas menu and the food was superb as always. Was busy in the restaurant but we never felt like we had to wait, the staff were very attentive and friendly especially considering his busy it was. Always an excellent night out

Wonderful time with friends. The choice of food was amazing and the quality of the food and service was exceptional. The staff are always friendly and attentive and the ambiance if great. We always eat there when at the Quays and would definitely recommend it.

This is definitely the best restaurant at Gloucester quays. The food is always excellent and the atmosphere amazing. However, above all of this is the service where the staff are brilliant and their attention to detail is second to none. For example on Saturday after our meal they remembered that my husband and one of our friends do not like desserts and offered them both their usual warmed brandy without being prompted. That’s what I call service - can’t wait to go again.

Very enjoyable experience. The meal was lovely but would of preferred a little extra veg. The staff were lovely, friendly and professional. The restaurant was warm with a lovely atmosphere. Others like us enjoying a Christmas lunch.

As always, stunning service, fabulous food, cannot fault it. Always make me feel as if I am part of the family, and nothing is too much trouble.

Staff are all very well trained , polite and unflustered. Manager is very quick to sort out when things go wrong. Our meal was very good.

Always a warm welcome. Food consistently good, plenty of choices, never had a bad meal here. Definitely a favourite worth a visit. Menu changes each month so never boring.

Always good. Great team work here. Kitchen is upstairs and efficient. Quite small but good outside seating in summer. Always have set menu and breakfast deal is excellent value money.

Lovely evening with family. Food was great (french onion soup could have been a bit warmer, though). Staff were friendly and polite. Another teeny problem was the fact we were a group of 9 squashed into a table that would normally be for 8, but it did not spoil the evening.

Great service and fabulous food. Chocolate mouse to die for. Partner had the lemon tarte which was also delicious . Could not fault this comfortable , clean and grown up space.

Great meal, excellent service, the changes to my meal that I requested were dealt with without fuss and bother. We had a one year old in a high chair, and it was the perfect place for a family meal.

This is a really friendly and welcoming restaurant where the staff go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. I would like more vegetarian options on the menu but, that aside, the menu is extensive and enticing.

The staff at Cote were some of the most attentive and knowledgeable about alergies I have come accross at any resurant. For my coeliac wife and for me an IBS sufferer the choice was plentiful. Would recomend to anyone!

As always, great value for money & food excellent. However service a bit rushed eg knocked over drink & all course delivered v quickly. Also noise due to large table booking

Great food,great atmosphere- Cote always delivers. Staff are very attentive but not "in your face". Some of their other restaurants are in interesting old buildings such as a former Bank while Gloucester is a purpose built unit but in the heart of the Quays so still great.

Good service - attentive without being overbearing, although one of the dishes wasn’t very hot. Nice wine and good atmosphere. Lovely touch of a birthday dessert for my daughter, which the whole table was impressed with!

We had a wonderful meal before going on to the cinema, served quickly, no hassle. The staff were really friendly. I would fully recommend, and will definitely visit again

Very good meal, slightly disappointed with my starter as asked for a smaller goats cheese salad but got a main size salad, which was lovely but a bit big for a starter. everything else was perfect as usual.

This was my first visit to Cote Gloucester.I had taken 6 guests for dinner on Saturday evening, we were welcomed warmly by very friendly staff. We did have a few issues with 2 of our orders, but these were dealt with immediately and professionally. I and my guests were very impressed with the service, the food was excellent with a very varied menu to choose from. I will definitely be returning, and thoroughly recommend dining there.

First time at Côte Gloucester and it was excellent ! Great food and service and a good atmosphere. Went off the lunchtime menu which was good value.

The food was superb and the service excellent. The only down side was that the accoustics are poor and it wasn't a relaxing experience as it was overly noisy.
