Excellent food - amazing service despite the fact it was so busy!!

Last time I had Cassoulet I had yo travel 800 miles to get it; Provence & back. This time, it was a mile away at Cote Brasserie. Magifique!

Excellent breakfast, cooked to perfection. Good value for money. Lovely atmosphere.

Very pleased overall. I was a bit disappointed that the beef was tough in the beef Bourguinon. We ate in the evening once last year and found the noise level too great so have not returned. However the noise level was much more tolerable at lunchtime.

We had a lovely evening, will go back again soon. Thank you.

Food excellent but felt service was rushed. Starter plates not cleared then proceeded to put mains on small packed table Not impressed!

Meals were very good,thanks but we booked early for the early bird menu but when we arrived and were offered cocktails and accepted them you told us we couldn't have the early bird menu,a little disappointed?!

Nice food but far too noisy, the restaurant desperately needs some room dividers to try and dampen the sound. The gentleman at the table next to us was trying to chat and we couldn't hear him. Staff friendly and helpful, without being over powering. Fantastic ravioli.

At the end of the night the 10 of us had a conversation and decided that under no circumstances did we feel that our experience warranted paying the service charge. Highlights of the evening included a cocktail glass smashing and falling down the back of one of the guests, it actually was in her dress. No compensation was offered for that. One of our party had to go and ask for a second round of drinks. The whole evening took three hours and we were eating off the fixed menu. The team was all staff that none of us recognised (each one of us has been to this restaurant as an individual and was looking forward to the night. We all commented that this new team did unfortunately appear quite amateur. This was a Wednesday night in November and I think they failed by not having somebody more experienced running the show As always credit goes to the kitchen where the food produced is delicious and piping hot. We made the best of it, but it was one of those evenings where we felt we were driving experience by constantly asking for one thing after the other.

We have been to Cote Brassiere Glos several times now and can safely say that the food served is of the same high quality every time, beautifully presented and wonderfully cooked. The staff are polite and professional and I have no hesitation in giving this restaurant a full star rating. Keep up the good work and we will be back time and time again ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

3rd visit and I haven’t been disappointed from the moment you walk in it’s a pleasant hello/welcome. Staff always friendly and attentive, the food is great value for money from the set menu. The ambience is a nice steady buzz. Highly recommend Cotè Brassarie Gloucester be it breakfast, or lunch give them a whirl you won’t regret it.

First visit to this Cote. Standard is same as others visited. Good food and service

Ordered saucisson sec with champagne. Champagne came quickly but had almost finished it before saucisson arrived. Breton chicken and fries far too salty....think may have been salted twice. Obivous ongoing dispute between manager and his deputy (I assume) wasn't good. And hiding dirty dishes behind a curtain wasn't working well. Felt sorry for staff trying to use it. We really like Cote but this wasn't great.
