Lovely food good service. The only thing was the add on gratuity misunderstanding when paying bill. Clean, lovely staff ,go in the week as not so busy

Lovely restaurant and lovely food. The staff are very welcoming and I had a fabulous birthday meal. They even brought a free glass of prosecco and sang happy birthday!

Excellent service from booking online and having our meal. Service brilliant as always. Attentive, helpful and food excellent. The Cocktail was delicious and the cognac.

It was lucky the people I was with were excellent company as the service was worthy of Fawlty towers.

A super Sunday lunch from the April specials. Service excellent, as ever. The French diners nearby may well have been surprised by the quality, as it's increasingly difficult to find this in the increasngly 'fast food France'.

We had a great time. Would definitely go again. It was a Saturday night and it was buzzing, It’s enough money but worth it. You should check it out.

Brilliant service good food and value for money - asked for a dessert that wasn’t on the menu that had had previously -checked with the chef and no problem was made specially and was yummy 😋

This restaurant is one of the best in Gloucester. This visit we were given 5 star treatment from start to finish. Our request for a booth seat was attended and as it was not available as we arrived we were invited to sit at another table and given a free drink of our choice while we waited. A few minutes we were taken to our chosen seat. The staff were attentive without being overpowering, the food was excellent in appearance and taste. Well done to everybody who made our visit so perfect, we will be back again soon.

A firm favourite of mine at the Quays. Staff are very friendly, attentive and go out of their way to help, food is always presented nicely and a great restaurant if you are coeliac or gluten intolerant as they fully understand your needs and requirements. If you go at certain times eg before 7pm, they do great deals on 1-3 courses.

As usual we were well received though earlier than our time booked, given a nice table and also every attention by the staff. For the first time I ordered steak/frites. For me the meal had a very high salt content, but when mentioned the bill was adjusted to compensate. Pleasant surroundings, conveniently situated in Gloucester Quays, our dining experience was up to normal standard and the dessert was as delicious as always.

Superb! (again). My very first visit here was Mothers' Day. We both loved it so much we decided to go back again this weekend. and we were not disappointed. Once again the service was outstanding, the food faultless and the ambiance spot on (made even better this time because we were able to sit outside in the sunshine). Our new favourite restaurant in Gloucester. We will be back. Thank you to all the staff for giving us such an enjoyable lunch.

The food was delicious and the staff friendly, however there seemed to be only two staff working on what looked like a fairly busy Sunday evening as they were both running around so service was pretty slow and we spent a lot of time trying to get there attention for more drinks, etc. It couldn't be helped but it did make the evening less relaxed. We also had one 5 year old in our group and would've expected his meal at first, however it was the last to be given out which was weird. Overall a good evening, but due to the delays in service we were there a lot later than planned for a Sunday evening - arrived at 6.15 and didn't leave till 9!

Two of us were not rushed and were able to easily converse. Excellent service. The Food was of a high standard, we would highly recommend.

As usual, good service great food and friendly staff love the gluten free menu it is as comprehensive as the main menu

The service and the food were amazing, the little details that they added for our anniversary dinner was fantastic. All the staff wished us a Happy Anniversary, don't really get that kind of service elsewhere.

Service is excellent albeit our French guest requested a Cosmopolitan which the waitress was unable to prepare (no big deal as not a cocktail bar and it's not on the menu). Bread and olive selection standard although the Fougasse was very good. We all had the 10oz rib eye steaks, my 2 guests rare and mine medium rare, all were cooked to near perfection and were very tasty. One major gripe from me is that the steaks were nowhere near 10oz and I felt slightly hoodwinked, it's not the first steak I've eaten so don't try and be clever. I didn't raise it at the time as I was with clients and didn't want to make a scene. Overall the service was great, the food of good quality and cooked well but the steak size and relative cost left me feeling a little cheated.

Delightful staff and great food - what more could you want. We regularly visit for a special meal and we are never disappointed. 😊

Fantastic 50th birthday celebration. Everyone in the party enjoyed their food, steaks cooked to perfection. Staff very attentive. Lovely atmosphere. Service excellent. Birthday card, candle in pudding and staff singing happy birthday was a lovely surprise.

I would usually give 5 starts but unfortunately I had a very bad reaction on this occasion to the creme brulee I had for pudding.. Within 15 minutes of consuming it I was violently sick in your toilets, I then continued to be unwell for the next 24 hours. This meal was planned as a celebration for my birthday with friends so I was very disappointed when I had to leave the party early as I was unwell. I spoke to the female manager on the way out of the restaurant but at the time was too unwell to go into great detail. I've eaten at your restaurant before and never had any problems so it's been a real disappointment.

We go to cote regularly and are never disappointed. The food is always great and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Nothing is ever too much and they are so good with my with my little boy. Would definitely recommend.

This is the 3rd time we have been to the Brasserie and every time we cannot fault it. The early evening menu is particularity good value.

We booked for breakfast on my husband’s birthday. The food was delicious, and the service excellent! The wonderful staff even generously gave us a glass of fizz and pain au chocolat on the house as well as singing Happy Birthday. This was a really high quality experience. Thank you.

Eleven o'clock for Formulae Breakfast / Brunch was great timing for the restaurant being not too busy so we had lots of attention and quick service - which, as always, at Cote Gloucester Docks is brilliant. My vegetarian breakfast - including perfect avocado - with all the trimmings was just perfect.

Excellent food and excellent service, A group of five of us went for dinner to celebrate a birthday, this is the second time we have eaten there and both times have had a fantastic time. Thank you to all of the staff, you are the people who can make or break an evening, and you certainly helped make ours.

There was a few dishes that weren’t available which had been swapped for similar things and we weren’t advised until we ordered, the waiter apologied though.

Superb food, superb service & excellent prices as always. Clean environment coupled with a professional & courteous service makes Cote a great dining experience nationwide. The staff at Gloucester led by Craig & Amy are a credit to the company.

We visited one afternoon with a close friend for lunch it was soooo nice food wonderful and the manager's and staff were so friendly .A lovely place to dine cosy and inviting would definately go back keep up the good work guys you are doing a brilliant job.

As someone who eats out a lot, cote remains a firm favourite. The service and quality is consistently good, the menu is extensive rather than expensive and it’s a warm and welcoming environment. The specials are really good value and compare favourably with otherx within the quays. I have never had to raise concern about an order, or length of service or disappointment on any asect; I suspect it will remain a favourite.

Brilliant food again, fab gluten free options and 4 free drinks just for booking! Only issue being the noise level was quite loud making it difficult to have a conversation but not the restaurants fault.

As a party of ten celebrating a 40th birthday, I booked a table for breakfast at 10 am. The table was ready when we arrived five minutes early and we were warmly greeted by the staff. The service and food could not be faulted. I would highly recommend Côte Brasserie and will certainly be returning. My breakfast was second to none. A huge thank you you to all concerned.

Very good food, disappointingly they didn't have swordfish which I wanted as sold out, but everything else was very good. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

We had lunch and chose from the lighter lunch menu which suited us and was just right. Great food, good atmosphere and excellent customer service. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive without being overpowering.

We had a lovely meal made even more special by the staff. It was our wedding anniversary and as a surprise at the end of our meal we were presented with a beautiful plate of desert, with Happy 37th Anniversary written around the edge of the plate with red strawberry couli hearts and white chocolate hearts. Thank you for making it an extra special night. By the way the food was excellent too! Great staff, great food and an all round lovely experience, thank you.

This is the second visit to Côte in Gloucester. We've had great food and service on both occasions. Last occasion was our anniversary and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. Food was delicious and dietary requirements were not an issue. I would definitely recommend eating here and will definitely be eating here again.
