We were very impressed with the food, service and price. We would highly recommend this restaurant. The staff were very friendly. A most enjoyable evening.

We were saying goodby to a colleague and had lovely meals and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend to other friends and come again.

Lovely restaurant good menu unfortunately we had a few issues with food being cold when should have been hot.staff could be better when returning food to the table after being returned.

Everything was perfect, from the food right through to the staff service! However, you are a chain and my biggest complaint is, you look to have an optional 12.5 % service charge put on the bill (independent restaurants do not do this) NOT GOOD!! Believe it or not I prefer to leave a 10% tip for the staff, knowing it will be all be divided properly.

Excellent service and as always amazing food. Great selection great of food and drinks through the day. Breakfast was delicious. Will defiantly be back soon.

The drink was not correct first time round but was changed so not quite perfect. Other than that the meals were great and did not disappoint

Nice food, waiting staff lovely, but background noise meant difficult to hear what waitress was saying. Complimentary birthday Kir Royale was much appreciated by all our party.

Fab food and celebrated my birthday with an extra kit royale on behalf of the manager! Very enjoyable for all! Service was slightly slow towards the end of the night.

The staff were most attentive without being over the top. The food was great, exactly what we ordered. This is by far the best restaurant in Gloucester Quays.

Lovely lunch out today and good value for money with the set menu or weekend offers. Nice size portions and children’s meal was very good.

Excellent service and lovely food as usual. Had the 3 course set meal for lunch, which was excellent value for money. Had the baked crotin- goats cheese salad, salmon for main and a simply divine chocolate mousse for pudding.

Excellent food and service as always, considering very busy. Staff attentive, polite and smiling. Only minor criticism was noise level, sometimes found it difficult to hear.

We quite often eat at Cote Brassiere and highly recommend the Gloucester restaurant. Service is excellent, one of the best managers we have ever come across and the food delicious. A great place way to dine and en extensive menu with something for everyone. Definitely a little oasis of France!

Had a really lovely waiter looking after us , brought lovely warm bread for the children while the rest of the adults had their starter. Food excellent.

We visited in the evening and had the set menu. Wow!! The food was fantastic from start to finish along with the wine and you are greeted with freindly staff who give excellent service!

Lovely dishes which are well presented, Attentive, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Catered for a vegan guest without any fuss. A great addition to the Docks.

Service was incredibly efficient and friendly. Food was wonderful. The table situation was great. They acknowledged the meal was a special occasion and gave us a complimentary drink..........however my partner whilst using the gents toilet noticed that a male member of staff fully dressed in kitchen attire came in, used the urinal and went straight back into the kitchen WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS.

We received exemplary service, even on a busy Saturday night. The food is of good quality, & the restaurant’s ambience is smart and elegant. A small mix up with the bill was resolved quickly & easily.

Attentive staff, well presented tables, best steak frites found anywhere. Such a refreshing change from endless pasta. The heating could be turned up a notch for me.

Always wonderful and caring service and delicious food. Recommended for romantic dinners for two or groups as the seating is done very considerately for the two different groups.

The service was top notch and the food was very good. I've been here a couple of times and has been always well served. I had mussels for starter and SeaBass as main meal. Both dishes very well prepared and presented. Very nice atmosphere , too.

Service was outstanding, staff were accommodating and friendly and did not push us to leave even though the place was full as it was Mothering Sunday. The breakfast menu was delicious and I can't wait to go back!

I always look forward to visits to Cote Gloucester. We have never had a poor or average meal there in our many visits. This visit lived up to our expectations. Staff excellent, meal outstanding and ambiance great. We will return ...soon.

Beautiful lunch/brunch, wonderful atmosphere and seamless service. My only constructive comment, went in to restaurant to book Saturday lunchtime to book for Sunday, only to be told that that it was fully booked. When I got home, thought I would check via Website, only to find there were plenty of places????? Thank you for a nice lunch.

Excellent staff, attentive friendly service and food was delicious & plentiful! My wife was very happy to discover such an extensive gluten free menu and to hear how seriously they take it.
