Hi, the food was fab, the service terrific and the whole experience was worth every penny. We also had a free bottle of wine which was so nice we purchased a further one.

The food was delicious and in particular my fish was cooked perfectly. The waiter could have been a bit more attentive with our wine, but that was a minor fault. A very nice restaurant and all the staff were very friendly and polite. We shall be visiting again!

Delightful breakfast. Really good quality food, great service, lots of choice and their breakfast deal with drinks makes it taste even better. Also recommend heading here for special nights out.

Bright and professional restaurant. Have visited twice and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The French onion soup is delicious as are the Moules with frites. Classic French cuisine full of flavour.

Great food and friendly service as always. We usually go with friends and always enjoy the wide choices on the menu. We never feel rushed and always enjoy the atmosphere. When we visit the Quays, it's always our first choice of restaurant.

This was a thank you and birthday celebration for five middle aged to elderly ladies. We all loved the food, the atmosphere and the service. It is such a lovely place for a celebration and the range of food and prices is first class. Cannot wait to go back!

Very good experience from the booking of the table to the service of the food,I must say food quality is excellent ,be aware it is ala carte . What let it Down was the drinks ,you are paying the equivalent of a pint but receive small bottles (1/2 pint ) and the mixed spirits (gin&tonic) are expensive and not served in proper glasses to be able to enjoy them ,it looks like a 1/2 pint glass of water with ice no lemon or lime .I always enjoy meals more if the drinks are presented in proper glasses and are of a respectable price to match the food .on receiving the bill be aware they do add service charge @12.5% which is optional if you ask they will remove it from the bill. Overall a very good meal .

Lovely welcome from waitress and Craig the manager came to say hello. It was like being with a lovely family. Food did not disappoint either.

Food and service was great. Bit of confusion over bill, we actually got another table's bill so, being honest, we checked with staff and found out the other table had paid our bill which was £13 more. Again, being honest, we paid the additional £13 so I hope the restaurant refunds the other table as I don't see why you should profit from yopur mistake and people's honesty.

Lovely food and friendly staff. The offer of £13.50 for three courses before 7 is very good value. The house white wine is delicious. A very enjoyable evening.

Good service. Had set menu which is normally good value. Starters were good and the Terrine very well put together. Mains were good with the chicken salad. Service was good.

Outstanding service, accommodating staff, perfectly cooked food to our request - hot and beautifully presented. The manager was lovely and went far beyond on our anniversary with a complimentary bottle when we left. Fast service from ordering to the food arriving. Possibly the best dining experience in Gloucester right now.

Great food and service! What made it excellent for me was how special they made it for my girlfriends birthday with a glass of sparkling wine and a personalised dessert. Fantastic meal and evening!

Both went for 3 course set dinner menu. Food and service very good. We have been quite a few times when visiting Gloucester docks. It's a great atmosphere and can recommend.

Fantastic food and service. The menu is cheap but the dishes are wonderfull. Location is fantastic. We are coming back when we are in the cotswolds again.

Relaxed lunch on Sunday. Greeted warmly and when I realised my friends were waiting outside for me, one of the staff members told me to stay seated, he would go out and tell them I was already seated. Lovely!! Food was really lovely.

We all enjoyed the choice from the prestige and early menu especially salads in a heatwave and very friendly service from the manager with all the staff being efficient.

Another great evening at Cote Gloucester, as usual the staff were most welcoming. A very busy evening but the staff still had chance to check all was ok with the meal. A thank you to the staff behind the scenes as well.

Love Cote and always go to the Cheltenham restaurant. Was in Gloucester so gave this one a try. The food was the usual fabulous standard but the service not a patch on the one in Cheltenham hence only giving a 5 rating
