Very good lovely meal and service would recommend to others

Great food, excellent service...what more can one ask apart from hot water in the toilets.

The staff were very pleasant & attentive. I have dietary needs & appreciate their g/f menu. A relaxing atmosphere.

A delicious meal and very attentive staff. Reasonably priced & all the little touches made it special. Cotton napkin, ice bucket for wine, competent staff. Loved it, would definitely recommend.

Food was good. Service was ok but it doesn't warrant Cote adding the "optional" tip of 12.5% on the receipt. Please consider revising this practice.

It was nice... but it lacked previous atmosphere etc... staff helpful but two separate items ordered one came very late the other didn’t appear at all. It used to be so good, now average I fear

Excellent food and wine. My two chums were very impressed, it being their first visit to a Cote. Our waitress, a petite French girl, was particularly good, recommending an excellent inexpensive red wine. We'll be back! Paul Campbell

We go to Cote often but we especially love meeting our friend from London when he’s in town, and chuckle as he admires your handsome male waiting staff. Great food, great service and great table. X

Food and service both good. Extremely disappointed that despite calling to confirm disable access was in place and having been before and disabled access being ok we had to provide our own. The insult of being asked to take a wheelchair through a dark, wet lane with cobble stones was a disgrace and we will never come back here. One star for service based on a shameful start not the actual service. Nothing done to apologise or make it right - disgusted.

Unfortunately three breakfasts were cold and sent back. Manager spoke with us and was apologetic. Replaced all 3 and French toast still cold. Replaced with fresh dish. Free drinks given and nothing to pay at the end so well done on looking after the customer. I think running breakfast and lunch menus at the same time is too challenging.

Service was excellent. Food was great. The only reason I'm not giving full marks is cause I'm a veggie, and there was only one veggie starter and main. Thay were delicious, but eating out should be about choice.

We always enjoy our lunches at Cote and yesterday was no exception. The service was efficient and friendly. The food was well cooked and presented. Nice menu.

Really enjoyed our time in your restaurant - and the ambience. We all thought that the food came piping hot ( not the ice-cream, btw!) was superbly cooked, very tasty and certainly not Nouvelle Cuisine. I would have given all full six stars, but for the GF rib-steak which was quite gristly. We did mention it to the waiter who said he would see about it, but never came back to report.

Grear quality food. And first class service what's not to like.

Service was efficient and staff were attentive but not obstructive. The price was fair. The only thing I particularly didn’t like was the service charge being automatically applied to bill and so it’s only the vigilant customer who wouldn’t apply a service charge again! I was in a party of 2!! They would’ve received more of a tip had it not been applied!
