Excellent lunch and service as usual. Only reason we don't come here more often is the rather pricey wine by the glass and the added 12.5% gratuity on the bill. Yes, I know it's optional but as it's already on the bill when presented it's rather embarrassing to say you would like to change it to the accepted normal gratuity of 10%. We have friends who will not come to this restaurant because of this. Time for a rethink on this policy?

So nice to relax and have someone else cook breakfast. Formule deal for breakfast is great value and good choice of delicious food as always.

We were given a Kirsty royale on the house as we were about to go on hols - a nice and thoughtful jesture and much appreciated

Firstly it’s all positive comments, lovely ambiance in restaurant, very professional staff and attentive. Food was well presented and tasty, had mussels as a starter and I fear the troublesome gastric upset that I endured during that night was caused by them. I did contact the restaurant to inform them of my experience they appeared sympathetic but they stated mussels are delivered fresh each day. Sadly I can only rate this restaurant low following this experience.

I visit Cote Often. I like the mix of menus which offer choice for every pocket. I also find the choices varied on these menus interesting and not just your 'bog standard' set menu choices. Last visited with friends on a 'catch up'. Service good and staff happy to let us take our time to choose, eat and chat!

Love this restaurant! The service is excellent( worth the added service charge) It feels like a proper grown up restaurant. Love French food and the menu is varied, good quality and reasonable value

As always excellent . Great service, good food and a very nice atmosphere. Staff attentive but unobtrusive . Really like the afternoon fixed price menu.

The staff were efficient and polite and the food very good. We have been there several times and would certainly go again. It appears that I have got to use at least 25 words, there you are!

This was our 1st time at the Cote, we both had the charcuterie platter followed by rib eye steak on the bone, the food was excellent, my only problem is the 12.5 % discretionary gratuity added to the bill, I asked for it to be removed and left some cash instead. Staff were excellent, I will be back

Very pleased with our experience. Service and food excellent. A bit surprised at the assumption of a121/2 % tip unless you opt out. Will definitely be back though.

Everything is of very good quality. My only criticism is having a large gratuity added to my bill. I prefer to add my own gratuity.

The usual delicious food from extensive menus served by friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. We would recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for an relaxed, enjoyable meal.

Although the food was lovely and the prices reasonable, the staff were slow and inattentive. Just took the shine off what could have been a very nice evening.

Calamari grossly over battered and tasted stale. French onion soup tasted of gravy. Steaks ordinary zing peppercorn sauce made with gravy. Good bottle of wine

Received a warm welcome as always and given a choice of table. Our waiter Adam was helpful friendly and attentive. Starter and main course very tasty, will definitely be back.

Food really tasty and good value, as always. Early evening menu is extremely reasonable. Pleasant atmosphere. The place was busy, yet service was prompt. A favourite place to go.

A lovely restaurant. Comfortable with a pleasant ambience. A good menu with attentive service and as I am coeliac a huge plus that this restaurant has accreditation from the coeliac society. Gluten free food comes with a marker to indicate it is gif so no chance of it being mixed up. We ate from the lunch menu which is fairly priced for the food served.

Excellent breakfast and pleasant, efficient service made this an ideal place to meet friends for breakfast. Food was fresh and well cooked and there was a good selection on offer.

Having been to Cote many times, I would say the food was as usual, excellent. However, the service on this occasion was appalling. I asked for the service charge to be removed because of this. But, I would still return to the restaurant.

I've been a regular visitor to Cote, Glasgow since it opened, and have always enjoyed it. I have recommended it to many of my friends, who have recommended it to their friends. Now it is always busy, but still good

Good experience with efficient, polite, service from staff. Food excellent as always. Menu choices were good and we chose off the lunch menu and took desserts and coffee to follow. Very happy and will return again.

Typically good service and bistro type menu plus seasonal specials. Good atmosphere and pretty busy in the evening. The traditional French Onion soup is a good starter if feeling hungry and the grilled chicken with frites a good simple dish.

Staff very helpful and professional . Food and wine most acceptable . Surroundings most comfortable as despite the restaurant being busy we had a nice quiet corner as requested . Music was pleasant and not too noisy. A very good evening and will be repeated . Good range of food on the menu and great choice of drinks .

The restaurant's decor is what could be expected to be found in France. The staff were very courteous and attentive, which when combined with the excellent food made the visit most enjoyable !

Love this place. So convenient for both rail stations, the food is good, the staff are lovely and the price isn't too bad. Don't like the 12.5% gratuity as I think Glasgow people are good tippers anyway but other than that it ticks all the boxes.

This ia a great restaurant. The staff are all wonderful. The food quality and service is excellent. It's nice to have the options of two kinds of set menus and the a la carte to choose from. Would definitely go back.

Food was wonderful and well presented. Initial maitre d served impeccably then second individual came and to remove main corse plates, dropping one onto table knocking over wine glass which was little left in and a full glass of water. She left to go and get cloth which initially i thought was to assist me soak up the mess i was in with the water and the splashes of red wine , nope she came back wiped the table as i was left to mop up the chair myself with napkin. Were we offered a coffee nope " lucky it was only water" really silver service waitressing at its worst.

Very warm welcome as usual,comfortable booth to relax in. Sign outside says 2 courses for 11.50 but you find out inside this is Mon -Fri only,not weekend,a bit misleading and disappointing. Food tasty but everything including coffee needs to be hotter.Friendly attentive staff.

Another wonderful meal at Côte Glasgow with the most attentive and pleasant staff. From entering to leaving you always have a great experience. Now our favourite “go to” when in town.

Had a lovely lunch from the Prestige Menu. 3 courses each in fact plus wine and tea and coffees. Great value for a lovely meal. A bit surprised by the 12.5% tip which was already added to our bill, for 3 of us. Thought that would be just for larger groups e.g. 6 or more.

Very nice city centre venue for lunch. We are regular visitors to Cote. Service very pleasant food good with enough choice on the set lunchtime menu.

As usual, the staff were friendly and efficient , the food was exellent and a great choice from the menu, everything being very tempting ,and much enjoyed, dining in cote is a very enjoyable experience.

Great food, great service, great ambiance. I always look for these restaurants whenever we travel as you can always be assured of a good meal out.
