Had lunch in Cote Fulham Saturday 250818. Visit here often. Love the immense choice of food & rarely disappointed with my choice. Service is always good but yesterday was great, our waitress & I'm sorry I forgot to ask her name, was very attentive, helpful & happy, that makes such a difference. All in all, highly recommended.
A restaurant that we use regularly for Chelsea home games only to find that there are no 2 course specials or football specials on the menu. Poor planning particularly as we were a party of 10 people. No apologies when asking staff why more of a take it or leave it attitude. I will give it one more go next week and if its not sorted we will use one of the other many restaurants in the area. The food was fine the waiting time was fine.
Good menu, lots of choice. Very good and pleasant staff, good atmosphere. We all enjoyed our meal and will be back soon. A good staple for whenever you dont feel like cooking.
Pre match meal that pretty much ticked all the boxes. I took a group of four business associates, and they all thought the food/service was excellent No complaints after the debacle of my last visit.
Pre football match dinner - superb fast efficient service and food was excellent
We had a lovely lunch..excellent food and wine with good service this is my favourite local restaurant and I will certainly return as I have never had a disappointing visit.
When we visited Cote in Fulham on Saturday August 11 it came up to all our expectations. Eating in Cote is always an enjoyable experience and we have never been disappointed. There is always a variety of tasty food of good quality and the staff always make us feel that it is a pleasure to serve us.
The free cocktail was delicious, I hope you do more of these. The rest of the was good also. I particularly like your wide range of dishes especially vegetarian ones.
The food was good, great variety and a nice atmosphere. The staff were attentive and we were able to pay our bill in good time and leave for our show as we requested.
Very nice venue, extremely attentive and professional personnel, good food, good wine, excellent value for money. A place where you want to go when looking for both nice food and location.
Excellent August menu. Service from staff at this location is excellent too who are always attentative without being imposing and knowledgeable about drinks and food menu. I will definitely go back with more friends.
Well received, very good food, nice wine, we really enjoyed the evening. The outside patio is a charming venue for a nice summer evening. Well done!!
Went with 2 other friends. We all three had steak & chips for main course. It was awful - chewy & not very nice ay all.
Very good meal and great waiter . We enjoyed our steaks and had a very nice table, a fun birthday night out and will be back there
As requested we were quickly shown to a reserved table despite arriving after well after our time. The food was the usual good standard and the staff were most attentive
Consistent quality and good choice on the menu. Côte is value for money for standard offered. Good to be able to sit outside and not rushed for table return.
As usual, excellent! The service is sometimes chaotic but always put right and the food is consistently delicious. We come once a month and enjoy our freebies:)
Dear Sir/ Madam, I’m writing to inform you of the incident that happened to me 11.07.2018. As loyal customer of Cote Fulham, I decided to visit this place with my manager from my workplace as I recommended this chain to her several times. At first, I realised that there were few new faces compare to couple days ago but it didn’t bother me much. I decided to have my dinner outside as the weather was nice. This particular night was special to my manager because she got promoted and I had my friend visiting me from back home. Anyway, I was receiving very poor service and only Luca tried to make his best to make me feel comfortable. We ordered starters and our drinks, and we carry on having good chat with each other. What happened next, left me very embarrassed and disappointed in the front of my manger. Waiter that was bringing starters (calamari) dropped the tray with all dishes and it felt on my feet. Just to point out, I have injury on my left foot and made my pain even worse. You can find my note from my GP that I was signed off due to my injury until Sunday. The area manager that was covering restaurant, couldn’t even apologise properly and I’ll be honest, he was giving me attitude like it was my fault. In this case manger should be apologetic and understanding. Maybe he should drop a pan of calamari on his injured foot and see how it’ll feel?! They brought the bag full of ice to cool my pain. Anyway, manager didn’t even try to come to my table or even find out if I’m okay! Only person that was extremely good to us was Luca. When we received our mains, my manger pointed out at the piece of the potato she couldn’t chew. We ordered cod with mash potato. There was piece of potato inside mash that was even hard to cut . I asked to call manager to point out at this dish. He came over to have look and I did ask him if it’s okay to have something on plate that cannot be properly cut with the knife?! His reply was extremely rude and arrogant. First, he was saying that this dish doesn’t come with mash. Excuse me? All of us were having the same main-courses, so why one particular dish has something unusual on the plate?! We knew what we ordered, especially I knew what I ordered. We are there at least few times a week for breakfast and dinners. Last month, me and my friend left around £900 each from the visits to this place. I’m sorry but the whole service left me completely devastated and disappointed starting from dropping dishes on my feet and finishing with rude attitude from area manager. How’s that possible when I did nothing wrong and I’m the one who’s receiving this sort of treatment?! I would like this issue to be escalated and cascaded to the authorities so they would manage their employees, especially area managers how to treat people. I think normal person would understand how embarrassing it was for me in front of my manager to have this service, plus my friend came over later and he disliked service he revived that night. I love that place, especially Hubert and Luca working so hard to please every customer they receive in restaurant. This people should be appreciated somehow, and when I see they are busy, I try not to bother them at all as I understand how hard it must be to run around like chicken. Only thing that it disappoints me is managers careless attitude towards myself, especially the incident that happened that night.
Excellent value and service as always but if there were a children’s menu with starter and dessert as well, then we would have stayed instead of going to The ice cream shop opposite. Staff were very obliging about swapping veg on the children’s dish and unlike so many other restaurants, the tables are not squeezed together.
The service was not up to the usual standard We waited half an hour for ok our order to be taken despite asking staff. There was a large group sitting next to us and all staff seemed to be concentrating on them .Also had to keep asking for water.
Very pleasant evening, our waitress made an excellent wine suggestion, the service was fast, attentive but not intrusive, and the food was seasonal and good - all for a reasonable price. Lived up to Cote's brasserie model.
Good location nice to be able to seat outside on the terrace in the sunshine and the food and wine was good. the staff were not very attentive had to ask if we could order our food the service could have been better.
Food was good but service was patchy - the waitress was very nice but new to the job and the waitor forgot things but overall a very enjoyable evening
Service initially good but we had to wait 40 minutes for main course - Chicken and Walnut salad. It only arrived after we asked for it several times. When it arrived it looked and tasted as though it had been standing for 30 minutes.
Food was good, however service was not very good as we were continuously trying to get the staffs attention, one member was grumpy with us for not wanting to order mains straight away and when not wanting to leave a full tip, we were brought the manager. This Cote has been a lot better in the past!
Lovely outdoor area not on a busy road so in warm weather ideal. Food very reliable we have never had a bad meal at Côte. Reasonable price. Try it
Always a lovely breakfast at Cote - very nice to sit outside. Some mismanagement of the order but efficiently corrected. Staff are all very professional and friendly.
Very good food, we enjoyed the free bottle of Rose. The only negative e would be the lack of vegan food. I'm not. Egan but my guests were and all they could eat was olives and bread. But the rose made up for that 😉
We were celebrating a friend’s 94th birthday and we went to Fulham Broadway Cote. The staff ,as usual, were excellent.Christopher and Lukas were particularly helpful. I always think that the staff and the pleasant ambiance of Cote Fulham are the main reason for going. All in all,a very pleasant experience
Reliably good food at a sensible price underpinned by efficient service.
Really nice environment and outdoor eating area, possibly helped by the warm weather and time of day we ate. The menu choice was good as ever and cooked well. Staff attentive without being pushy. Enjoyed our time here before we moved on to the rest of our evening. Many thanks.
Good food. Staff were friendly, especially Ester-Lee, but also because of the little touches the staff did that made the experience enjoyable and go smoothly. Enjoyed the morning sunshine sitting outside.
Good location. Good ambience. Good food. Good service. Good value. Always worth a visit, particularly in the summer when a table on the outdoor terrace is an ideal vantage point for enjoying the village atmosphere of the area.
We ate from the set menu, beautiful, seasonal food. The service, as always was friendly, attentive and efficient, and not overzealous, so we could relax and not feel pressured.
Helpful staff who assisted with our selection of wine ....we admittedly are rather particular. Food menu priovidrd good choice. This Cote is nice and large with better sound qualities so we use it quite a lot
....I asked for runny 'soft' poached egg with asparagus and runny, soft, 'baveuse' omelette. Both were hard and rubbery. I didn't have the heart to send them back as we were in a hurry. Richard Roxburgh
Salmon smelly Service a little lacklustre Not busy I would not recommend this branch Exeter 5*! Not enough tables have daylight Facilities not great either
Consistently good food and great service early on, the restaurant filled up and then service was a bit sporadic. I am not sure who was supposed to be waiting on our tables as it seemed we had every member of staff come and check on us in the space of three minutes and were then left alone for over 20 mins... However this is one of the nicest Cote Restaurants in terms of decor and vibe.
Although it is noisy when full and busy, it’s the buzz of people chatting. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were a group of 6 adults (plus a baby)- all having different meals and we were all very happy with the food we received, although the grilled salmon was a bit overdone. Very reasonably priced too. We were not rushed by the staff which was unexpected as it was Fathers Day lunchtime.
Food was excellent as always. Service was a little disorganised but showed a willingness to help and solve any issues that arose. Would definitely go back.
We found service poor - manager excellent but over stretched and we had to get the bill changed 3 times which was not ideal. Good food and ambience
Great food, service and quality time spent, never had a bad meal or experience
Enjoy the Cote offering usually but the Fulham ribeye was below expectations. Ordered 'medium' served 'well done'. My guest ordered the same with same result. Had I been alone I would have sent it back . The asparagus was super. Have booked at St Pauls at the beginning of next month so fingers crossed. Michael B
Great food + very nice to sit outside as a family. The escalalope de beau was a winner for the kid + my 13 year old polished off 2!!
Lovely atmosphere. You can sit outside if the weather is good. Inside the tables are not too close together. Staff are super friendly. Food good too.
The food was excellent, and we received very good service. It was probably the best meal we have had at Cote, and it is generally high quality.
welcoming, lovely airy restaurant with plenty of outside seating. food delicious and good wine selection My husband had his arm in a sling and they offered to help if difficulties. Very good experience, thank you
I have been a regular patron of Cote restaurants and always find it good value for money. The set lunch menu provides reasonable choice at a competitive price. The food is good and the portion reasonable. It is not fine dining, it is good eating, but neither is it at the cheap and cheerful end of the spectrum. If you enjoy food more than embellishments on the plate, I thoroughly recommend the chain.
Was great ! Just minor problems ! But Cotes is always great the chips were not cooked enough & we had to wait ages when everybody else seem to be served !!!
As ever a good pre match lunch with the Charcuterie Board and a cooked to perfection Sirloin Steak. Service spot on and looking forward got our last visit of this Football Season
